This location hired a new manager and the food had improved. I recommend it now. Last year they fell apart but they've gotten it together now. read more

Just got back from a long drive was hungry and saw that chipotle had just opened to only arrive and watch one of the employees eating in the window and watch me pull on the lock door when it should be open for 10:45 and has there for the last 10 minutes when they should be. Poor decorum, not coming here again. read more

Terrible Customer Service every time I go there. They will always mess up my order and I have been going to Chipotles for years and this specific establishment constantly messes up the price of my order, the contents of my order, or mine and other peoples requests. Would not recommend this location and would say to drive the added 10 minutes to chelmsford. read more

The service was not great on the side that gives out chicken. Maybe gave out half of a spoonful the chicken was also overcooked. They did not hold back on the lettuce or cheese though making this bowl a salad. The checkout lady was super nice though. I would have loved a little bit more energy could barely hear the people when they were asking me what I would like. I'm a fan of Mexican cuisine but I might need to step back from Chipotle for a little bit though. read more

Great location, consistently good food and service. This one has been my local Chipotle for years and they do a great job.

This place was absolutely wrecked on the Sunday I stopped in to pick up a to go order for some hungry teens. The dining room was in disarray, trash overflowing and the serving area was just chaos. They were out of quite a few items - steak, chicken, rice. But there was one guy working food prep and he was a champ. So nice even when I gave him what probably seemed like an endless list of orders. I usually would give this a two star review but this young man's willingness to serve my meals with a smile brought it home. I really felt like the other four people working should have stepped up to help but I'm not running the store. Food I was able to order was good and enjoyed by all. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food spot. Service was terrible little portions and burnt chicken. Never been more upset in my life heard good things about this place and this is what I'm welcome with the little Asian guy behind the counter fucked me over on the portions with chicken seemed like he was paying for it truly am upset had I known this was going to happen I would've just burned the money instead. read more

I'm doing this because I thought customer service was dead until I walked into this location. Nandi I hope I got it right.. really showed me that amazing service still exists! She went above and beyond the scope.. thank you! read more

After many happy prior visits to Chipotle, I walked out without my order today because the meat and the rice portion of the bowl dish was stunningly paltry. I suggested that they add a bit more meat and was told that I'd have to pay for an extra portion. I told them to keep it. The server also wiped her nose on her wrist while serving the person before me. read more

Got served 1/2 scoop meat. When I asked for a little more, was told I had to pay for double or live with it. Total weight on my meat was 1.87oz. Miserable service and quality. Just rude. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicken serving - Mexican Near Me - Westford, Massachusetts

The portion sizes are terrible, store looks like it's lacking meat. Spoke to the manager and they said something useless about corporate. TELL CORPORATE IF THEY REDUCE THE PORTIONS THEY NEED TO REDUCE THE PRICE. One spoon of meat should cost 16$ read more

this place is disgusting. i was so unsatisfied with my burrito and the lady literally wrapped my burrito with the sour cream coming out of the burrito like hello??? the sour cream was curdled outside my burrito idk but i felt sick after and threw up a little in the tropical smoothie bathroom next door. charged me double carnitas for a normal amount. like wtf is this place. if i could give 0 stars i would read more

Staff member messed up my order and was extremely rude when I kindly corrected him. On my next burrito, they ran out of honey chipotle chicken so I asked if he could make more or add regular chicken instead. He rolled his eyes and told me that he "can't" and insisted that I had a normal serving of chicken (even if this was true, it's still my right to request more chicken). Getting annoyed, I repeated that I wanted more chicken and he said he is not able to do that. He then walked into the kitchen and loudly shouted "Someone go deal with THAT." I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service skills in this establishment. I will not be returning. read more

I ordered a chipotle chicken bowl with white rice," with tortillas. I had a few bites of my taco and the rest is history, including my very liquid diarrhea!! Chipotle never disappoints as far as consistency & taste but this location was totally off. The taste was bland, the guacamole was too black for anyone's liking. I also asked the manager why his kitchen employees all have no hair protection just do better 2/10. read more

The food and service was decent but they need to clean their dining room. 230pm and I know it's after a lunch rush but too many employees on the clock not to be cleaning the dining room. Not a clean spot to eat. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - a view of the dining area - Mexican Near Me - Westford, Massachusetts

They ran out of fajita vegetables and corn. Ingredients looked old/brown. The service line was filthy, and the workers didn't care.

Really disappointed in the portion size of protein. Everything was rice in beans. The staff was the nicest part, but I'm really upset about the portion size with the protein. This is the last time I'm going to eat chipotle for a while even the flavor fell off. I'm gonna start supporting locally read more

There were no beans, guac, or carnitas. The resurant was dirty and there were no forks, napkins, or ice. I love Chipotle but do not go here. Update: There was dirt in my cup. Update: I got food poisoning read more

No protein, high price for rice and beans. Worst service, is unusually mediocre for this area.

Will never order online again and probably not from this location. Missing a few things on the order, an order of chips and Guac and another bag of chips that comes with kids meal. All portion sizes were extremely small. I ordered a burrito bowl with double the chicken and barely got enough to be called one portion of chicken. This is also not the first time this location has messed up on the portion size or the order. Attached a picture of untouched meal. Never written a review before but this order and all the portions were on a different level read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - This apparently is a burrito Bowl with double chicken - Mexican Near Me - Westford, Massachusetts

Says they close at 10:00 in reality they close at 8:00, this place sucks and always has

Horrible customer service, and never guaranteed quality food. Took my dad here for the first time. He was excited to try it. We were there 40 minutes before closing (4 pm is the latest they are open, already an embarrassment). There was barely anyone there and they made us order online, just for the online order to not go through and they denied in person service, wasting our time. This place is not capable of running, SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY! It is never open. Should just be replaced by a chain food service or small business that actually is capable of running. This chipotle is a waste of space. read more

This is your standard Average Chipotle. It's clean, well lit, and the staff are friendly and did a great job. This is a nice location.

It's a good chipotle. The serving sizes seems less then most chipotles I've been too. The beans are a lil hard seem under cooked. It is spacious and clean. Good employees, nice, friendly. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Westford, Massachusetts

Sadly this Chipotle has gone completely down hill. They are often not open during their posted hours and the last 3 times we tried going they were out of food. Once they were out of tortillas and chips! All you could buy was a bowl or tacos. Last time they were out of steak and chicken so we could not place our online order! Today I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 5:30. I didn't get my order until 5:55. They were out of steak and carne asada. They were making more but it took way too long. And all the chairs in the restaurant were on top of the tables indicating they don't want you to stay and sit there. Only the tables with stools glued to the ground were open to use. Sorry but how can you run a business this way?? I will never I back. It's too unpredictable! read more

gave me 8 single slices of lettuce gave me dirt looks for how my bowl looked. the food tasted mid. the service was horrible and the ambiance sucked read more

They closed at 7 instead of 8 tonight, having run out of a number of menu items, but had no problem charging myself and other customers full price. What kind of Chipotle closes at 8pm on a Friday night, anyway?! The ones in my City are open til 10pm Friday and Saturday nights. A few customers showed up around 7:05 tonight, and the lady just said "we're closed" in a rude tone to them. No sorry, no reason for the early closure, no sign on the door. My food was made properly, however, the employees here are Not polite in the least. There are pizza shops nearby. If you need a quick bite, try one of those instead. read more

Wow closed at 7 pm even though the web AND the door says open to 10 PM. What the stones that make burritos have a curfew?

Horrible portion sizes. How the hell do you only give one small scoop of rice in a bowl??Management needs to review how these employees serve food because it is horrendous. Also paying $10.91 for a chicken bowl that has one scoop of rice and 4 small cubes of chicken is ridiculous. If you are reading this and considering going to this chipotle, please don't. You will be disappointed. There are many other restaurants in the area that are better priced and will actually give you food. read more

Surprised at how bad this chipotle is! The staff was extremely slow and asked my order, then re-asked my order twice as I went down the line because they couldn't retain two things. Wanted a little rice, got a lot- the only thing I got a lot of. The bowl is like half empty and the guac scoop is the saddest thing I've ever SEEN! Thanks for the 2.25 up charge for that, I even asked if that was really what I get for the extra charge and his response was "I only work the register" I laughed. The kid putting the food together kept sprinkling everything on the bowl OVER ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS. sorry if your vegan and got some cheese in your salsa! Sloppy sloppy sloppy. Good thing corporate gives them recipes so easy to follow a squirrel could do it- flavors were still good (only reason they get a star) read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Barbacoa bowl with sad guac, sad meat, sad cheese etc. - Mexican Near Me - Westford, Massachusetts

Not sure why I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time to get my order- the place was dead. The burrito was assembled sloppily; it was coming apart and had a huge rip down the side. Won't go back. read more

No restroom for paying customers. This is outrageous! And even more disturbing is that Shitpotle doesn't have the integrity to respond to or correct such abhorrent managerial practices. Of course, what can they say? Their food is overpriced, consistently cold, and now they are engaged in racial profiling as to who uses their restrooms and who does not. I hope this company folds. read more

food and service good. 6pm and all the chairs are stacked upside down on the tables and the two bar areas to sit are dirty. It's relatively dark inside. people keep asking "are you open?" Changing review to two stars due to the stupid reply and waste of my time from mgmt below. "Contact us." Why should I contact you? I already contacted you via the mediocre yelp review and told you the failings of the day providing you with opportunities to improve your service. You don't need more info, perhaps just visit your store. read more

This used to be a favorite location but they have gone way down hill and the management should be ashamed! I traveled there tonight from Townsend (about 30 minutes away) went into the restaurant to be told its online only. It was like this for most of March but my son was able to get something from them the other night. The staff and there was plenty of them was RUDE and told me basically to get out as it was online only. Some people don't know how to do online and even more so I like my burritto bowl hot and made to order as I'm picky about the stuff that gets put in it (e.g., I only like 1 scoop of rice). I love Chipotle but it looks like Moe's is going to be my "go to" in this area until they can get their act together! read more

this place sucks, I always get ptsd coming to this place wondering if I'm gonna be waiting for an hour to get my food when they give you a pickup time. the kitchen moves very slow and barely pumps orders out, management closes up shop randomly sometimes, very unprofessional. employees standing around and cracking jokes. there always trash on the ground and counter tops as well. read more

The worst, most pretentious, least consistent Chipotle in the world. Serving sizes differ. Who can predict when you have to order online vs. in the store. Pick up orders seem de prioritized some days. Sloppily put together food. Small servings some days, but don't dare point it out! Change owners or managers. Been this way for years. read more

Worst Chipotle Experience - 3 Strikes and this one is out. Order 2x on the App and the food prepared was a disaster. I decided to go in person to make sure the food and order was correct. When you do online orders you find out they are randomly closed and can't pick up the order. Have to spend at least 20-30 min on the phone to get a refund that you won't see for 1-2 weeks.
