    Deluxe Burrito with Chicken
    Jacquelyn O.

Visited for the first time. We were promptly greater and seated upon arrival. Once seated we're immediately brought chips and salsa. The salsa was very good. My husband ordered the special margarita and felt it was ok. I had a burrito with chicken and my husband had enchiladas. Our food came out quickly. The food was good, but felt it could be a little fresher. It was not anything we were blown away by. If we were in the area and needed something to eat we may return, but it is nothing we would make a special trip for.

Service is fast and food is always consistent. Plenty of parking in a convenient location.

Margaritas served from a large plastic bucket. Tastes like margaritas served from a large plastic bucket.

This is a very average Mexican restaurant with average service including at the bar. Visited several times hoping it would be different. The house Margarita was okay - served from a 5 gallon plastic container. One of my benchmarks for a Mexican restaurant is the fish and carnitas tacos. Carnitas was good. The fried monkfish was is small pieces making the fried outside the overwhelming taste and less the fish - it was a 3 star taco and no more. Not something I would rush back for... something I eat across California, the southwest and Mexico. Chips and fresh salsa are very good. The guac is very average, and little spice. Please just remove the Negra Modelo tap since it hasn't worked there three times I wanted one. I have a passion for tacos unfulfilled here. These are authentic tacos - please aspire to this and I will be there weekly: https://bartaco.com/location/reston/ Good to see a manager overseeing host area and greeting people. Haven't seen a manager checking in and getting feedback. It does seem a little expensive.

Really loved the ambiance. Had a great vibe to it. The service was excellent too. The fresh Guacamole was the best and fresh which is made at the table. The drinks and food were decent.

First off, Dad Approved because that man is hard to please with Mexican food! I recently learned that they have margarita flights and I HAD to try my favorite type of drink. They do have their distinct fruity flavor (didn't see a menu to show the flavors, but colors were blue, yellow, clear, pink and dark pink), but overall not that strong. For the main dish, I ordered barrias, which are like tacos, but you dip them into the sauce. It also came with rice, but unlike other places, it's just enough to fill you up instead of half the plate. Also came with beans and coleslaw. I was stuffed, but had just enough room for churros. The staff here is quite quick too, I swear I saw a few running with dishes to their table! The price isn't bad either, so I would definitely come back again.

The tacos were good but need a little more authentica taste. They seem like they're playing it safe.

It's a no for me. The food did not taste good because there was no flavor, spice or anything to make it taste alive.

The atmosphere was great -- warm, relaxed, and really comfortable. We started with the chips and salsa, which I'd rate about a 7/10. Mild to medium spicy and tasty, definitely a solid start. I ordered the chile rellenos, (vegetarian)which came with rice and what I'm pretty sure were refried beans. there's a thin coating of batter over them and I'm pretty sure the waiter told me that it was gluten-free which is awesome. The rice was really good, and even though I'm not a big fan of refried beans in general ,the flavor was still nice. The chile rellenos themselves were pretty decent -- nothing spicy at all, so if you're someone who doesn't love heat, you'll enjoy them. I personally love spicy food, so I wished they had a little more kick only because I am a heataholic The best part of the visit was honestly the service. I don't remember our waiter's name, but he was fantastic. Super accommodating with my food allergies, really friendly and funny, and our food came out extremely fast. Prices were moderate and felt fair for what we got. Overall, cute place with great service and solid food -- especially if you like milder flavors. I'd definitely go back to try more of the menu!

Is great food and great service Love to have new places to…read morego w great food and drinks Totally recommend it

There are two parts to this review the first will be the food, it was amazing. The second will be…read morethe service, it was abysmal. 1) The food was mostly delicious. It was late in the evening so we opted to share Queso Fundido and the Texas Fajitas. The Queso Fubdido was meh. Nothing terrible about it but nothing good either. The fajitas were delicious. As a Texan I still find humor when restaurants name something for Texas and then deliver a dish that has nothing to do with Texas but the fajitas were delicious regardless. Thin strips of steak and chicken. A healthy portion of shrimp. So good. I love when a sizzling plate puts a little char on the veggies and this was done to perfection. Absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that they put cilantro on their guacamole. I am one of the 14% who think it tastes like soap. I love avocados, I love guacamole, I can't do it with cilantro. I hate that cilantro has taken off in recent years. Please make guacamole without cilantro. It can be added. 2) The service. Ugh We were seated promptly and had water and menus almost immediately the young waiter was pleasant and took our orders. I asked if I could keep the menu to look over the drink list and he obliged. Everything going well to this point. When he came back with the food, he never did come back to get a drink order, he turned and left after grabbing the menu. I tried to get his attention, not happening. This is where it really goes downhill. Not once during the entire evening was our water refilled. Not once. I made multiple attempts to get his attention, we even made eye contact a couple of times, and no water refill. People sitting around us had bottles of water to refill their glasses with, not us. We had spent a long day hiking and, while not parched, were thirsty. When the food was delivered I asked for water but he had turned around and walked away. He was very attentive to the difficult table next to us. Difficult only because he couldn't figure out how to split the check between five people. He came back and forth to their table no less than six times and still wouldn't bring us more water. As we finished our meal we decided to try a piece of Tres Leches cake and waited and waited and waited for him to come by. He came by, still trying to figure out the bill for the table next to us, but never even looked toward our table. He was literally standing one foot away from me at one point and I called to him and he never turned around. Finally my wife stood and motioned for him. He finally came over so we could ask for the check. I also asked for a water refill. He brought the check but no water refill seriously. We believe in tipping well and did tip this person 18% but our usual is 25%. To sum it all up, delicious food, lousy service.
