I'm conveniently located between 2 McDonald's and this isn't my first pick. Depending on what side of the road you're on, good luck getting in OR out of this location. Unfortunately, I just finished an errand nearby when I was told they brought back Pokemon merch and Pikachu happy meal box. Decided to go inside personally to confirm, which I saw the Pokemon display. To my surprise, it was just a regular happy meal box...then to top it off, I got a Starfire coloring map thing. My niece is happy with it, so a win I guess? Not sure how kids get full off the meal though, everything seems smaller. I thought it was just the Big Mac and other adult items that shrunk. The 3/4 apple pieces are a joke if they are trying to make kids healthy or balance the soda, fries and burger. read more

Ambiance is good. Modern McDonald's. Nice landscaping outside. Cool abstract art. Game table. No get your own sauces, only if you order them. No loitering sign says 30 minute time limit on eating time. Self serve kiosk. Fresh fries were great. Nuggets were great. Burger was very good - perfect ratio of burger to ketchup to mustard. Little onions and pickles were good. Drinks are good. Guy at the counter was very nice and helpful. They have the baseball game on which is nice. Today I ordered 2 orders of 6 piece chicken McNuggets with honey sauce for my grandchildren waiting at home for meals. I've driven by here countless times and there has always been a long line at their 24-hour double drive-thru. Luckily I had no desire to come here, up until now. BTS limited edition sauces! Lunch starts at 10:30 am which is great, earlier the better so I can avoid the drive-thru traffic. It's updated and looks a bit more modernized for a McDonald's. Pretty neat! The BTS Meal- A large came with 10 nuggets, large fries, and a large drink for $10 (is that normally the price?). Here's the thing, I'm not the target for fast food but I think the nugget might be the only thing here I like. But as I'm testing it out with the Cajun and Sweet Chili sauce, the sauces were not good. I would say, if you want to try one of their sauces, go for the Cajun, it has a nice kick to it, something different at McDonald's to try. Wow, this is the land of nickel and diming! It's hilarious that when you order a Happy Meal, they upcharge on every drink can possibly choose from. Almost $2 for either juice or water. Milk is an extra $.20. How don't you include a drink with the meal? Isn't that exactly what the term suggests? No, this place decides make UNhappy meals y'all. I had asked for a refill on unsweetened tea. The girl behind the counter happily refilled it, but when she handed it to me, she was accompanied by her supervisor and got all angry red faced to tell me "no refills on teas. This morning I order a big breakfast with 2 extra sausage patties, extra syrup, and a coffee with cream and sugar. what I got: A black coffee with no sugar, I only got one extra patty. Well, this is McDonald's, not gourmet burger place. So my expectation on taste is very low, but at least the taste is consistent. Another thing that is consistent is the service, very bad service. I am not sure if they train their crews which I highly doubt they do. More than half of the time (~70% of time) I was there they messed up my order. Why is it so difficult to order and get hamburger, fries and soda? What is there to mess up, but they seem to do it in consistent manner. I don't think you can teach that in any job training, but I am amazed that they actually make that happen. Oh, did I mention they lied to me also. While 2 for 5 deal is still going on, the manger lied to my face saying they don't do that any more. The sign was up outside and also checked other stores. I go to Mcdonald on Drum Hill every night after work. Then 1 night I ordered my Usual 1 Medium strawberry Smoothie, 2 Large Fries, and 1 Quarter Pounder with Cheeze. They Charged me $19.11 on my Debit card, a young man in his 20s gave me my orders, and I drove off. When I got home, I open the Bag and saw 1 smoothies, 2 large Fries, but I didn't see my Quarter Pounder with Cheeze. I was very Upset, and was to tired to drive back to get my orders right. I'm surprised this place hasn't gotten a review yet since it's on a very busy intersection. I stop here all the time for either an early morning hot coffee or a mid day iced coffee... It's a good place. The double drive thru makes ordering quite efficient so that's a bonus. The big disadvantages of the store is the fact that thus location is on the left side of a busy road (left side if entering Lowell which is almost always my primary route) and it takes forever to let both sides allow you to pass. Came here around 3am, thrilled to find a 24 hour drive-thru to fuel our long road trip. Service was curt, fries completely unsalted.

I only buy two things at Mickey D's - coffee and vanilla cones. This particular McD's is my favorite because - they ALWAYS have the $1 medium iced coffees (and a good price for the large too) and their cones are almost always 49 cents and 99 cents chocolate dipped - when available. Also I've always had consistently good cones - sometimes at a McD the cones are slightly icy in texture but at this one they are always creamy and yummy! Whenever I am down near Boston I always stop here on the way back to NH for coffee. read more
