This branch is really hit or miss. Some days, service is decent, others, it's deathly slow. Today, the intercom guy couldn't understand any of my english. Said "No. 1 - Whopper Meal" several times and was really tempted to use my very limited Spanish of "Numero Uno." Afterwards, I asked for Zesty sauce for my onion rings (nothing else works as a good dip). Adding to that, I ordered a large and the container and onion rings were the size of my hand. I placed a mobile order this morning and went to pick it up via drive thru. I had to wait at least 5 minutes past the pick up time. After I got my order and left I realized I was missing 2 of the 4 breakfast sandwiches so I had to turn back around. I went inside and they gave me the missing sandwiches but when I got home one of the sandwiches was wrong. Just go during off hours like after dinner time or Sunday nights. The drive thru staff have been very pleasant and offered recommendations on what to get. They were way more pleasant than other BK's I have been to and makes me keep wanting to go back for the great 8 piece original and spicy nuggets for a dollar each. This is a poorly run Burger King. The lobby is closed and only the drive thru is open. During peak meal times, the drive thru can get backed up and prepaid orders and delivery drivers are stuck in the same line as customers placing new orders causing severe delays. For delivery drivers, time is money and sitting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes to pickup a prepaid order is totally unacceptable. If you're not going to open the lobby, at least have a walk-up takeout window for prepaid orders and delivery drivers. This is not just a suggestion, this should be mandated. I will say, some Dairy Queens are drive thru only, but their lobby is only open for delivery drivers to pickup prepaid orders, so they are not stuck waiting in the general customer line. read more

The drive thru ppl, yes two ppl, were so horrible and the wait was so long that I decided to pull past the window and not get my order. Well, the two cars behind me decided the same thing! Something is very wrong here. The entryway has water damage. The restaurant reeks of raw sewage. The Original Chicken Sandwich tasted metallic & watery. Most of their business is drive-thru so they never get to see (or smell) the inside. I couldn't wait to get out the door. EDIT: Glad I'm not the only person who smelled sewage. Had a pretty shite experience tonight. We got to the speaker and there was the automated message and after a few minutes of waiting we said "hey anyone there?" And the guy said "one second". Ok cool, so we waited. And waited. And waited. For 30+ MINUTES. (It's midnight ok we be hungry). Many cars behind us were beeping and going to the window and yelling but to no avail. We knew they were in there so we pulled up and honked and beeped and we saw an employee with headphones on blatantly ignoring us. So maybe I was being a Karen, but I got out and knocked on the window. The headphone dude laughed and shrugged. Lovely. Finally another employee came up and I was upset explaining how he said one second yet left us hanging for 30+ minutes and how we could've just left if he told us they were busy or couldn't complete our order for whatever reason. The employee stated that he was pulling 18 hour days and his headset died and he forgot we were there and it just happens. Which I understand to an extent, being as I worked in a restaurant myself- it's pretty stressful. But I was just hangry and fed up so I was a bit meaner than I'd like to admit. But nonetheless, I find the service unacceptable, and shame on BK for forcing their workers to do ungodly hours with no help. Good customer service, good food. Gets busy and backed up at times but that can be said for anywhere at this point in time we are in. If you have an issue or a question the staff, night staff in particular, is great for offering help and solving issues. Remember right now many places are short staffed and this location makes it work pretty productively. Sometimes I go here and there's only one person to do drive thru and main lobby and two people in the kitchen and even in those situations the wait isn't as long as you'd expect and they try to do and offer anything they can to make your visit satisfying.
