When the coffee was put in the pick up area it didn't have a sleeve on it. I saw some sleeve right at the edge of the counter (about a foot in reach), the barista was right next to them so I asked her for a sleeve. She pointed about 20' feet away and said I can get one over there myself. So I walked to the counter near the exit, walked back to the pick up area, and sleeved my own steaming hot drink. As someone that works in customer service and was also a certified barista at Starbucks, that was a mind blowing experience. I will absolutely never return to this location. Since Yelp likes us to mention ambiance, the layout was ok, music was loud.

Absolutely no complaints from my first visit: The staff was pleasant, welcoming and accommodating; food was on point-tasty and prepared as ordered-I especially liked the light and fluffy pancakes and the bright and tangy salad greens; atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I waited in line at the only register where people were standing and being served. They left. The woman employee behind the counter ignored me. I was the only customer waiting in line at that point. Then another line formed at the other register, to the left of me, with two customers. A different, older female employed waited on them, even though they came in after I did. After she realized I was standing in the other line, she asked me if I was waiting for a hot sandwich. I said no, and that was it. She didn't seem to care what I did want and was not friendly at all. I walked out. If you have two separate lines for different items that you sell, then put up signs so customers know what's going on. Also, don't ignore them. I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts for an iced coffee because I was desperate for caffeine. McDonalds iced coffee is way better and cheaper. If you're going to spend more and want quality coffee, then Starbucks is the way to go. All Dunkin Donuts store's donuts pretty much suck too. If you're in Warminster, PA and want a really good donut go to Yum Yum on Street Rd. I do not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts location . I will never go back there.
