When the coffee was put in the pick up area it didn't have a sleeve on it. I saw some sleeve right at the edge of the counter (about a foot in reach), the barista was right next to them so I asked her for a sleeve. She pointed about 20' feet away and said I can get one over there myself. So I walked to the counter near the exit, walked back to the pick up area, and sleeved my own steaming hot drink. As someone that works in customer service and was also a certified barista at Starbucks, that was a mind blowing experience. I will absolutely never return to this location. Since Yelp likes us to mention ambiance, the layout was ok, music was loud.

Absolutely no complaints from my first visit: The staff was pleasant, welcoming and accommodating; food was on point-tasty and prepared as ordered-I especially liked the light and fluffy pancakes and the bright and tangy salad greens; atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.
