Let's start by saying this is a chain - a fast food establishment if you will. I'm not comparing it to a mom and pop shop or rating it like it's fine dining I'm giving it a five stars knowing this is a fast food chain. The building is immaculately clean everyone I come in here and considering it's been open for years - that's impressive. Their restaurant is always well staffed. I went this week on "Fat Tuesday" and they were super staffed. Went again on Thursday and they still had 5 team members working. They're all wearing appropriate gloves / hair coverings and all dividing the work. When I went on Tuesday I placed an online order they were unfortunately out of everything I wanted. The girl working the desk offered to replace them but unfortunately didn't want anything else. She told me she wasn't able to cancel it on her end but to go online and I could cancel it. Then she gave me a whole box of mini glazed for my trouble and I got my refund promptly from the company. Awesome customer service. She was polite, acknowledged the problem and offered compensation - perfect ! Thursday I went with my mom to see if they had the doughnuts we ordered the other did - they did - they were fully stocked! Awesome customer service with a super friendly greeting and she gave us hot mini donuts to sample as she prepped our coffee. The hot donuts are something else and you cannot get those at any other chains. Someone said Dunkin is better and I argue against that wholly. This is a great ratio of texture and flavor. Yes their cream filled leaves a bit to desire but overall it's well balanced and proportional. Dunkin doesn't have the variety or the flavor nor do they have the cleanliness or customer service. Plus Krispy Kreme branding is on point ! I like that this location does order ahead and drive thru and they have ample parking, an outside seating area andddd nice bathrooms. Will be back for the customer service alone - the workers here seem to genuinely like their job and it shows by how they treat their customers! Great experience!

Those 8 were as follows - Coffee Roll Cherry Bomb Glazed Caramel Delight Pumpkin Cinnamon Chocolate Glazed Boston Cream Chocolate Chocolate Glazed They were all good, however a few excelled. My partner fell in love with the Boston Cream...it epitomized the Yum Yum slogan "Donuts are the heart of our business and our hearts go into making them". The Coffee Roll was somewhat unique in that it had the ideal amount of cinnamon and sugar for a 'coffee roll'. My partner thought it should be 'sweeter', like a sticky bun...no this is different. The hand rolled, sweet dough pastry with its soft texture, honey glaze and a light vanilla icing made it an excellent choice! The Cherry Bomb was really number 3 on my partner's list - she loves cherries and the doughnut was stuffed with a thick, sweet and chunky chopped cherry filling. Let's not forget it was topped with a maraschino cherry which she made sure to eat (with her first bite). I think there may be one or two more doughnuts on the list but I think you're probably done reading my doughy doughnut descriptions for now!! You'll have to stop by the Yum Yum and try a few doughnuts for yourself! It's most certainly worth the trip!

The place has donuts broken down into multiple categories- fan favorites, specials, and the regular type donuts. The special for this month was peach. We ended up getting a blueberry pancake donut. It came out pretty quickly (considering there were so many orders for pick up). It came out in a pretty cute single use box. The donut had a good amount of syrup on it which really made it taste delicious. The blueberry tasted pretty fresh. I also liked how warm the donut came out. I wouldn't mind paying a premium if it was something exceptional, but there's nothing remarkable about it--just a basic, small coffee with a not-so-small price tag. You're better off grabbing your caffeine fix elsewhere and saving your money for what FedNuts actually does well: the chicken and donuts.
