Updating my review because I have had some great experience recently and I don't think the other reviews on here reflect this well. Let's start by saying this is a chain - a fast food establishment if you will. I'm not comparing it to a mom and pop shop or rating it like it's fine dining I'm giving it a five stars knowing this is a fast food chain. The building is immaculately clean everyone I come in here and considering it's been open for years - that's impressive. Their restaurant is always well staffed. I went this week on "Fat Tuesday" and they were super staffed. Went again on Thursday and they still had 5 team members working. They're all wearing appropriate gloves / hair coverings and all dividing the work. When I went on Tuesday I placed an online order they were unfortunately out of everything I wanted. The girl working the desk offered to replace them but unfortunately didn't want anything else. She told me she wasn't able to cancel it on her end but to go online and I could cancel it. Then she gave me a whole box of mini glazed for my trouble and I got my refund promptly from the company. Awesome customer service. She was polite, acknowledged the problem and offered compensation - perfect ! Thursday I went with my mom to see if they had the doughnuts we ordered the other did - they did - they were fully stocked! Awesome customer service with a super friendly greeting and she gave us hot mini donuts to sample as she prepped our coffee. The hot donuts are something else and you cannot get those at any other chains. Someone said Dunkin is better and I argue against that wholly. This is a great ratio of texture and flavor. Yes their cream filled leaves a bit to desire but overall it's well balanced and proportional. Dunkin doesn't have the variety or the flavor nor do they have the cleanliness or customer service. Plus Krispy Kreme branding is on point ! I like that this location does order ahead and drive thru and they have ample parking, an outside seating area andddd nice bathrooms. Will be back for the customer service alone - the workers here seem to genuinely like their job and it shows by how they treat their customers! Great experience! read more

Management does whatever they want whenever they want. Krispy Kreme at this location is just another factory that produces donuts. I would give it a -1 if I could. Don't be fooled. They might look like they are open, but check the doors first. read more

Amazing customer service! Ordered through online with set time, but because from out of town we arrived hours earlier. They haven't prepared it yet and was told not able to until certain time. The manager stepped in and found my order, she fulfilled it in less than 5 min. Love the Harry Potter donuts! Please collaborate more in the future! read more

The scent outside his place should come with a warning 'your waist line will hate you' It just smells that good. Inside the place is clean with the service counter down one wall and the kitchen visible in the back. It is all clean and what you would hope for in a place food is prepared. For around $6 I got the two doughnuts and a coffee deal. The coffee was meh, but the doughnuts- the reason for the trip-maple frosted, let's go for the season, was very good. Then I had the glazed, the basic doughnut on which Krispy Kreme was built. OMG. It didn't melt in my mouth, it just dissolved into puff of wonderful flavor. his is what God intended when he told someone to go make doughnuts. Then why the low score? Service. and I want to be very careful about this. There was one girl in the front of the house and 2-3 in the back baking. There were more customers waiting than workers and at first, I thought the counter girl was surely, but I made a small joke, and she smiled, and I realized she was over worked. With a half dozen customers under the roof, they had one person working the counter AND the drive through. no wonder she was having a problem getting a smile up. Strange business practices. Went before lunch on a Tuesday morning. Got to the drive thru and sat. Nothing. Called out twice and nothing. Thinking this place will not survive for long. No one is ever there when i drive by. Part of the parking lot had a few cars but maybe it was Barnes & Noble patrons. Maybe this place is already closed for good! I Just had to drive back to the nearby Dunkin donuts since that was the direction i came from. Does anyone know if this place is done for or just lack of employees? The Krispy Kreme reputation can't save this location. The service here is beyond misery. I'll take stale donuts over stomaching an interaction with these miserable employees. I can respect customers can be terrible but these interactions weren't that. These people just can't bring themselves to provide service at all. read more

The donuts taste like the oil was very old. Not up to Krispy Kreme standards at all. Very disappointed!

I loved their Italian specials. It added a good variety to the menu. My latte had the perfect amount of flavoring. Shannon and Zoe worked well as a team. I went through the drive-through and stated my pick up order and by the time I got to the window, it was already open with the box ready to give me. I was really impressed by the speed. I will definitely be back. I could eat the cannoli doughnut every day. read more

Love me some Krispy Kreme. Drove up to North Wales, PA, from Newtown to satisfy that craving for a couple of original glazed and/or raspberry filled last Sunday. Unfortunately, learned when I got to the drive-in order point in the take out queue that this store had neither the glazed, nor the raspberry (nor even the cream filled) available for purchase that day. What the hell...!!!? The donut conveyor belt was stopped? No explanation offered. No real apology given. Settled for a couple of strawberry glazed with sprinkles just so the whole trip wasn't a complete failure. Come on, guys! Why be open if you don't have what most of us want? Might as well give your people the day off, and avoid all those unhappy customers. read more

Ambiance Place is neat & clean available hats on each table plus a shelf to buy accessories. Bathrooms clean no dirt on the floor or graffiti in the stalls. Hence the one star. Food We watched three orders come on grub hub, Uber eats all get cx cause the items were not made. The workers did not want to make or have items on the board or online. This is a shame! Krispy Kreme is back and better then ever! They have a drive thru and plenty of parking for easy access. They have new mini donuts that are certain to be a big hit , especially with children. 2-6-24 is the grand opening and the service was really great as they have three registers to check out the customers. The drive thru was at least 30 cars and it seemed to move relatively quickly. I can't wait to start stopping in for sone of their fabulous coffee! The seating looks like it will only fit about 20 people do I am thinking the drive thru will be a very popular option. Nothing beats a fresh, warm Krispy Kreme and I'll see you there! read more

I grew up thinking that Krispy Kreme was the best donut money had to offer. I was wrong. Through the years this chain has slipped further and further down my list of places to go. My recent experiences with this specific location has been nothing short than AWFUL. A month ago I went to this location and they were closed for renovations. Then a week later I went to grab some of their speciality donuts to which they only had glazed and one other donut. Now today me and my wife put in an online order that had some of their cake donuts. I figured okay since they are online that it should be available and if they weren't they would say something like "unavailable at this location currently". As we arrived to pick up our donuts (30 minute drive) we get to the drive thru window where we were told that 6 out of our 12 donuts were unavailable and that we needed to replace them with their regular donuts. I then asked if they had their cake batter donuts to which the employee said "We have never had those here". THERE IS A SIGN FOR IT OUTSIDE OF THEIR BUILDING ADVERTISING IT!!! To make everything worse the employee said that they could replace them with Hot and Fresh original glazed. As soon as we received our dozen donuts I ate two glazed and it was colder than the North Pole on Christmas Day! I will not be returning to this location and possibly any Krispy Kreme ever again. read more

Was closed at 9:00 when they are supposed to be open until 10:00, they had to refund my order because they would not give me the doughnuts that I had already paid for on the app, which says that they are open. read more

The assistant general manager is awesome! The donuts are always cute and taste fresh and delicious. My coworkers and I at Wawa love getting donuts from them. My kids also love going into the store with the cute hats they have set out and it always is clean and well taken care of! read more

Went there yesterday. Specifically asked for the regular strawberry frosted through the drive thru. When I checked my order they gave me and charged me for the pop tart ones. When I went back the young lady was rude. Said she will refund my card and then recharged me for the order. I'm waiting to make sure I was not charged double. What a horrible experience not only with this store but the main headquarters as well. Did a huge fundraiser of 160 dozen donuts at the beginning of March. Called and spoke with the manager 5 days before to confirm the order as I was driving 1.5 hours to pick these up. Arrived 10 minutes early to pick up and not one single donut was made for us. They had no idea we were even coming. The manager that I had spoken to told us she could have them done in 1 hour, 3 1/2 hours later and they were still not done. The manager never once apologized, owned up to it nor did she offer us a free donut for beverage while we waited for 4 hours. Have contacted headquarters 4 times now with no response at all. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will NEVER work with Krispy Kreme again. read more

I ordered Krispy Kreme minis one week in advance for a baby shower, received a confirmation receipt with a pick up time today at 10:00 am. This is a 45 minute drive from my house and when I arrived I was told they don't have any minis and they will not be "running them any time soon" and the best they could do was offer a refund! I can't believe anyone would give this place more than 1 star. I've tried it twice - thought maybe the rude staff, slow service was just an "off" day, but nope. There was 1 person in front of me, I counted 10 employees, and it still took 11 minutes to order 3 regular glazed donuts. When I went to pay, using cash (oh, the HORROR!), I was told "we don't have no change". Not a word of apology, a smile, nothing. The second visit was worse than the first. I'll never go back. Pulled up not realizing it had just opened a few days prior. I don't live local so I thought it was just a relocation of the one that used to be out that way. Went in the drive thru. Pretty simple order however asked to make a minor change at the window and got nothing but attitudes and dirty looks by two of the girls working at the window. They were so rude. Understand it just opened but I know in customer service sometimes you have to hide your feeling and fake a smile. I wasn't asking for a major change. Pulled away and my daughter wanted to get milk. So I made her go inside as I didn't want to deal with the drive thru attitude. Staff inside was just as rude. You might have thought it was the end of the world. She eventually said forget it and left without the milk. Staff is rude. Only pleasant experience were two kind security guys opening the door for you. Being a new establishment doesn't permit you to be rude to your customers. If and when I go back I sure hope they weed out the ones that aren't cut for customer service under stress or no stress.
