My family and I were in the area and were searching for a local Dunkin'. This was only three minutes down the road, so it was perfect! There was hardly anyone in line which we appreciated. The building looks different than other Dunkins I've been to. It is shaped almost like a car wash or a bank or something, it is unique! We ordered 2 medium iced coffees with cream, caramel, and mocha, a medium hot caramel coffee with cream and sugar, and a double chocolate donut. When we got to the window, unfortunately they did not have any double chocolate donuts left, but the worker asked if I would like chocolate glazed instead (which was perfect). The employee was really friendly and nice. The donut was delicious and we enjoyed our coffees! read more

Very mixed feelings about this location. It is closest to my home so I go several times a week. Service is fast and usually friendly. I order a common drink with one simple adjustment. The teenagers there make it correct every single time and are very friendly. However, the manager almost never accommodates my request and makes the drink how it is listed on the menu. He is also always miserable, unlike his younger employees. I normally don't have time to go back so I just drink it but as a former restaurant manager it is embarrassing for your teenage employees to give exemplary service while management is preforming so poorly. read more

Make sure if you go there and use your card you get your receipt they like to play games and take it because they charge your card twice and then pretend they didn't even though you can clearly see the charges online these people think Your stupid and don't realize what they're doing but it's clear is that especially when you ask for your receipt and they crumble it up purposely and throw it in the trash knowing they don't want you to see it and then act all weird when you keep asking for it and then they refuse to give it to you until you look at your account and realize why . Every single time we have been there with more than just a single order, it was completely wrong. We are nice people, the last 3 times we gave them the benefit of the doubt. This is the 4th time, not only is there multiple mistakes wrong with our order (per usual), there are 3+ items missing. This place has no adult supervision, teenagers hanging out their feet on the tables, boys 2 - 3 at a time going into the bathroom for a long time, make a me wonder what they are doing, person behind the counter has no one idea what he is doing. Couldnot figure out how to enter our coffee order. Placed order for two coffees and he only charged for one told him we ordered two said he couldn't figure out how to charge for two! I was in tonight at 7:15. I ordered a mocha latte and a vanilla frosted donut. I paid $5.01. The boy handling the donuts kept wiping his nose with his arm. Nasty. I took my donut bag. Coffee came next. I pulled away. I was given a regular coffee. No cream or sugar or anything. Not the flavor I ordered at all. My son went to eat the donut.
