Beware! The same gloves they use to handle food are also kept on their hands when working at the register to hand out change

Clueless disrespectful workers that always mess up orders. Avoid this location and go to another Dunkin.

While it doesn't look like much from the outside, they have an efficient setup for getting people in and out with their donuts. It is grab and go, so there isn't any space for eating on premises. While they only have 3 bays of donuts & sweet treats, both registers have a fairly good view of the selections to choose from. Donuts run $1.60 each, with a slight discount for those wanting to purchase a half or full dozen. The donuts are generous in size and pretty sweet, so not far those seeking something healthy, but perfect for that occasional sweet tooth indulgence. The chocolate glazed donut was moist and flavorful. While I do prefer a donut that is more crunchy than moist, it'd be splitting hairs to deduct for a personal preference, as it was a solid and quality donut experience. I look forward to digging into some of the other donut flavors I selected later, but Yum Yum Bake Shops made a solid first impression, and would return to one of their locations if craving donuts.

Asked for a beautiful but simple semi-naked cake, and they delivered. It was half chocolate and vanilla with the most luscious smooth icing. The cake was beautiful and Kevin was able to add a plaque to the top that we needed. They did everything we asked, and it was so delicious and I would highly recommend them for any occasion. Whether it's a cake, donut, sticky bun, or a fresh cuppa coffee, this is the place to go. So happy with our decision. The cake was perfect and we enjoyed working with Kevin and Katy so much. I wish I could give them more stars, they deserve it! Thank you for making the ending to our rehearsal dinner a huge sweet success.

I'm not quite sure what happened to this bakery, but whatever it is, it is very disappointing…read more Their prices have shyrocketed, yet their quality has gone down. I used to love their crumb cake, but now it's awful. First off, the crumb is too loaded with cinnamon- that's all you taste. The cake is not traditional crumb cake, it' just basic yellow cake. All of their Danish and scones are drenched in powdered sugar glaze...it's just too much sweetness and at $3,75 each, not worth the price. They could really take a lesson here from Crossroads Bakery in Doylestown, whose pastry are fantastic! The donuts are so small they fit into the center of the palm of your hand and $2.75 each! Do they realize that is $33.00 a dozen???? Yum Yum Donuts are $18 a dozen and twice the size. Honestly, Brown's has gone downhill fast.

They don't request names or give order numbers for breakfast sandwich orders and rather walk up to the counter and simply announce "1 sandwich" "two sandwiches" etc. so multiple people were skipped while waiting when other people went up to grab the sandwiches as they came out not knowing who they were actually for. They also just say "next" when they are ready to take another order and there isn't an organized line or ticket number system so there was a good deal of confusion from the people hanging around the counter as to whose turn to order it was. They really need to implement some sort of system for this as it ended up being a pretty chaotic mess waiting for the MTO foods and placing orders Every doughnut and item we tried was delicious, but not a single item in the case was labeled with a name, basic description, allergens etc. so for every single item in the case they had to explain one by one what they were. There was plenty of room for signage on the walls and in the cases for item names at the bare minimum that would have helped the ordering experience tremendously and really sped up the process. We couldn't even find descriptions of the weekly or daily items on their instagram or website to try and help narrow down our choices ahead of time We will definitely be back for the food quality alone which was a 10/10 and again the staff were very helpful and friendly but they really need to iron out the rest of the process. It was way too chaotic and unprofessional in that regard

I also am fully aware it's a small business and with inflation prices are bound to increase but I felt very ripped off. I bought 4 cupcakes - they're $3.50 each - totally fine. Thats $14. I also bought 3 macarons which the girl said were $1.25 each, also totally reasonable. So now I'm at $17.75 Tell me how I spent $41 and change when the only other things I bought were 3 decorated sugar cookies and 6 petit fours. That means I spent $23 on 3 cookies and 6 petit four. Maybe that's an okay price actually . If the cookie were 4 that'd be 12 and then I spent 11 on those cakes. Sure I guess the price isn't bad. Everything was beautiful by the way. But the cupcakes weren't filled. Again not bad for the price. And the petit fours were not the traditional layered I'm used to. Maybe I just expected more ? Again nothing per se is expensive. And the quality isn't bad either I just don't ever leave loving anything I've purchased. My petit fours also got stuck to the wrappers so I had to eat paper. I just wish I could go in here and order something and know I'll love it. I'd spend more if that were the case ! Again- not a bad review. I know my best friend loves their pastries - but it's just not a place for me anymore to get what I love. I wish them the best and many more years ahead!
