While it doesn't look like much from the outside, they have an efficient setup for getting people in and out with their donuts. It is grab and go, so there isn't any space for eating on premises. While they only have 3 bays of donuts & sweet treats, both registers have a fairly good view of the selections to choose from. Donuts run $1.60 each, with a slight discount for those wanting to purchase a half or full dozen. The donuts are generous in size and pretty sweet, so not far those seeking something healthy, but perfect for that occasional sweet tooth indulgence. The chocolate glazed donut was moist and flavorful. While I do prefer a donut that is more crunchy than moist, it'd be splitting hairs to deduct for a personal preference, as it was a solid and quality donut experience. I look forward to digging into some of the other donut flavors I selected later, but Yum Yum Bake Shops made a solid first impression, and would return to one of their locations if craving donuts.

The girl working the desk offered to replace them but unfortunately didn't want anything else. She told me she wasn't able to cancel it on her end but to go online and I could cancel it. Then she gave me a whole box of mini glazed for my trouble and I got my refund promptly from the company. Awesome customer service. She was polite, acknowledged the problem and offered compensation - perfect ! Thursday I went with my mom to see if they had the doughnuts we ordered the other did - they did - they were fully stocked! Awesome customer service with a super friendly greeting and she gave us hot mini donuts to sample as she prepped our coffee. The hot donuts are something else and you cannot get those at any other chains. Someone said Dunkin is better and I argue against that wholly. This is a great ratio of texture and flavor. Yes their cream filled leaves a bit to desire but overall it's well balanced and proportional. Dunkin doesn't have the variety or the flavor nor do they have the cleanliness or customer service. Plus Krispy Kreme branding is on point ! I like that this location does order ahead and drive thru and they have ample parking, an outside seating area andddd nice bathrooms.
