Went to Dunkin to pick up my walk-in coffee. When I got in Dunkin, it wasn't there. The manager said that he had just given it out at drive-thru. I said "How can you give it out when it was supposed to be a walk-in pickup?" Horrible Dunkin. Waited 20 minutes at the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered online and when I got the the window they forgot my whip cream(which always happens anywhere and I don't mind). She was kind when I asked but gave me such a small amount of whipped cream it was a waste of time. When she handed my drink it was spilling at the lid and it got on my hand and spilled into my cup holder. Very messy. I drove off just happy for that to be over but was disappointed all over again when I took a sip of my gingerbread iced coffee. It was disgusting. They definitely didn't put any flavor swirls in it, or maybe just less then a pump. I went home and tried to fix the drink but it was so bad I had to dump it out. I probably get coffee at Dunkin every day and many times twice a day. I love Dunkin' ice coffee and it's very much a part of my daily routine. That being said, wherever I go, I'm hitting a Dunkin and I would say on average... almost all Dunkin's in my area, I can expect my order to be correct 49 out of 50 times... and not only correct... but consistent ingredient ratios such as ice or flavoring. This store is by far the least consistent for order accuracy. I order my coffee the same way every day and at this location my coffee isn't right 2 out of 5 times. Even when it's "right"... there is usually something else wrong... like not enough ice or flavoring or it tastes funny. Most of the Dunkin's in this area are owned by the same people, except this one... and it really shows. The people that work there are for the most part really nice (hence the two star instead of the one star review) but when it comes to delivering quality... they either lack training, discipline or simply just don't care. This is the closest Dunkin to me and it disappoints me that it is also the worst Dunkin in the area. I would love to see some manager or owner really turn that place around and start delivering the excellence that we as Dunkin regulars pay for and have come to expect. read more

Went through the drive through at 9:15pm to grab some Munchkins. I didn't see the quantities they sold them in but saw a sign that mentioned 10 for a dollar (or something along those lines). I was also going to get a coffee as well. The man at the drive through window screamed "you want 10 munchkins?!" and I said back "yeah is that okay? I know it's a bit late". I even asked about other donuts if the munchkins were an issue for them to serve. He continued to scream at me so I kindly said never mind and drove away. Worse Dunkin Donuts!! No matter how many times you confirm your order they STILL get it wrong! I ordered donuts and since I went they the drive thru I didn't look inside the box before I pulled away because there was a car behind me. I made the mistake of not checking and when I got home saw that they gave me 3 wrong donuts! Vanilla powered cream donut is what was ordered and instead I got chocolate sprinkled donuts with cream inside! If I could rate zero stars I would. I went to this Dunkin' this morning, 6/15/20 and bought a bagel. When I asked for a receipt the associate said my debit card did not go through and I gave it to him again. When I looked at my purchases later that day I saw that I was double charged, When I called this Dunkin to let them know that I was double charged, naturally, no one answered the phone. Worst dunkin donuts ever! Ordered a meal and the server repeated everything that comes with the meal questioning if that's what I wanted. I thought the point of the meals was to make ordering easier?! Once getting the food, the English muffin wasn't toasted, and neither was my friends bagel even though we asked for them both to be toasted. I love my Dunkin' Donuts iced coffees. But this DD is way too slow for the drive-through. There will be only a few cars in front of you and you'll wait over 10 minutes. The location is also bad because you can only turn right out of the parking lot and not left, which is a pain in the butt to turn around in heavy traffic. Even during the ordering process there have been mistakes, repeating an order that isn't even close to what I asked, plus it's just really slow. I was at this Dunkin Donuts location on November 14th at around 4 pm. I stopped for a chai tea and a donut. I drove up to the drive thru to order and no one said anything to me, but a girl's speaker must have been "on" because I could hear everything she was saying. She was speaking to another co-worker about how much she hated her job and how she was just "over this day." I just waited patiently to order and finally (after a good couple of minutes) she spoke to me. I wanted a chocolate kreme filled donut. I had to explain what it was to her (filled with chocolate kreme - duh - and has powdered sugar on the outside). They didn't have it so I got something else and completed my order. I drove to the window where a young man completed my transaction, but told me the chai tea would be a minute. While I was waiting I saw the girl who took my order standing there waiting for my beverage and giving me dirty looks. She handed me the cup and I said "thanks" but she never spoke a word to me while I was at the window. Not thanks, not have a good day, nothing. She must've felt like I was inconveniencing her! I wouldn't go back to this location based on the staff and awful customer service I experienced that day. First and last time there!
