This used to be a really great place, but it has gone downhill badly. I went in the other day to buy some doughnuts. The few types showing in the counter did not look appetizing- seriously I just wanted jelly filled and maybe a chocolate frosted, basic doughnuts. I asked the man behind the counter if these were all they had? He smiled and answered and I have no idea what he said. He repeated himself and was completely incomprehensible. I looked down the counter there was another man there "Would you like to buy something" he said in heavily accented but understandable English. I repeated my question and he gestured to the wall inside the work area that is not visible to the customers. Whatever else he said I couldn't follow. "Look I'm just trying to see what doughnut types you have available." I was getting frustrated as they would only gesture to a panel on the wall they could see but I couldn't unless I went behind the counter and into the work area. At this point I gave up. An abject failure of customer service "what are your wares' and I couldn't get anything like an answer. I went into a doughnut shop to buy doughnuts. This should be a no brainer sale made yay everyone is happy. Instead they fell on their facing with their inability to do the most basic function of their job-sell doughnuts- Looking at other reviews here I'm not the only person to have marked the collapse of their customer service and quality control. It's a shame the home office/franchisee has failed to notice this and act. After this experience I won't ever go back and considering there are other Dunkins' in close proximity I won't lose anything but they lost a customer. read more

Worst coffee ever!! I've been ordering iced coffee from this Dunkin for quite some time and most of the time the coffee was great. Within the past few weeks, my iced coffee every time has been un drinkable. Not sure what's going on, but I would NOT recommend this Dunkin. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more

Honestly, I'm getting fed up with Dunkin workers. There's honestly no point on spending money at Dunkin anymore when they can't even get your order correct. I asked for half glazed and half chocolate munchkins and they gave me all chocolate. They didn't even ask if giving me all chocolate was okay. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, not just this location. I REALLY enjoy going to this Dunkin' Donuts. It's one of the newer ones, although it's tough to keep track. I've used the drive through but my car is so small it's just as easy going inside, no problem for me...they are always welcoming and glad to see me. It's nice to look for the new products (mugs and such) I ALWAYS get bags of dark roast for my ex for Christmas, I also enjoy the cappuccinos and cafe lattes here! My daughter likes the munchkins, Suzi and I usually get coffee (hot OR iced) I would recommend THIS Dunkin' to ANYONE in the area! read more

Pretty much your typical Dunkin' Donuts. Stopped in here on a Sat morning and walked in to grab some donuts and coffee. Clearly the person helping behind the counter was new as he struggled to operate the register a bit, but not a big deal. Store inside was clean. Donuts are just OK. This is one of the friendliest Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. The staff greets you with a smile, even at 5 in the morning. I haven't had any problems with my orders. You really need to take advantage of the mobile app. It allows you to get in and get out without any delays. I usually opt to walk in and grab my food because if you wait in the drive through you might have to wait behind someone that didn't order ahead. This will make you have to still wait in line. That defeats the purpose, right? Make sure if you are in the area you give this DD a visit! read more

Horrible customer service. I called store because I placed my mobile order and accidentally selected drive thru instead of curbside pick up. They answered the phone and said "you can wait through drive thru" and hung up on me. I attempted to go there anyway and wait drive thru but after 10 minutes of minimal movement I needed to leave otherwise I would of been late to work. read more

This location used to be my favorite. For at least 15 years, I have bought their ice tea and a breakfast sandwich. Before Covid they sold any size ice tea for $1but now any size is regular price which is understandable with the economy being what it is. But in the last month, the ice tea taste horrible and the sandwich comes out lukewarm. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with anything but friendly courteous service. They now have a kiosk but if you want service from a staff member, you are left waiting even though they know you're standing there. It is rare to find a friendly face among the staff but now that the tea and sandwich are mediocre there's no point in going there again. read more

Line was long so I went inside. I stood there 10 minutes and not a single word said to me even though some employees were standing around. I walked out and my fiancé ordered at the drive through. We got our coffees and the coffee was so burnt we couldn't even drink them. Won't be returning. read more

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts in the area, I always enjoy coming here. Unfortunately I'm not here as much as I used to be, I used to pass this location on my way to class at Montco and I would stop in every once in a while no matter the time of day (morning, afternoon or night classes). The donuts/food is always fresh, the beverages are great, the eating area inside is nice and the manager DJ (who I am not sure if still there or not) is cool too! Granted, the parking lot is small and the spots could be a pain to get in and out of it crowded and getting onto Sumneytown Pike can be complicated too at times but this is still an awesome Dunkin Donuts I'll look past it. I came by the drive thru one day and was the only person there. No people in the parking lot. I waited so long to receive my drinks. So long multiple people finally pulled up behind me. I even opened my door to look through the window to see what the hold up was. The people were laughing and talking and doing what looked to be nothing. When I finally got my drink they were so insanely rude and the drinks weren't even very good. I won't be coming back any time soon. read more

The first time they messed up my coffee order I refrained from reviewing because they were busy and when my husband went back they fixed it without complaint. The second time they messed up my coffee order I cut them a break because the person at the window seemed to be flustered and I assumed they were new. This time I'm unwilling to cut them a break. My coffee order isn't hard. Large Mocha Latte. Every single time I've gotten a plain latte. I could understand if I had some obnoxious order with adds and subs but I don't. They're friendly here (unless there's a kid at the window), but next time I'll spend the extra dollar at Starbucks. It's worth the lack of hassle. read more

Love this Dunkin'. The staff is so friendly especially their early morning crew, being 530 AM and half asleep, my order is always right and the staff is always so friendly! Their food isn't that good anyways and at other locations it can be prepared horrible, but the food at this location always taste ok and is prepared fine! They can make coffee and toast their bagels great with a perfect amount of cream cheese!! (Not too much, not to little) This location can get busy but patience is a virtue and they do try their best to work and move everyone along efficiently! How is this a donut shop and yet never has any donuts? This is the third time we have gone though the drive though this year and there are no donuts! I asked for three different types of donuts, not weird donuts or anything Boston cream or any cream or jelly filled donuts. They have nothing and their people seem stupidly stoned or slow. I cannot believe how slow the service was when you don't even have any donuts! My daughter loves their vanilla iced coffee so we go there occasionally as a treat for her. read more

Some of the staff are great. However, it is not uncommon to wait 15-20 minutes in line to order a coffee. The line is backed out into the street. The buisness they must lose by slow service would not surprise me. It would be nice if they could speed the process up. A few months ago I game them the benefit of the doubt saying that they can't find help. School's out, plenty of summer workers and they are still the slowest Dunkin I ever went to. If there was another Dunkin even remotely close. I would go out of my way to go there. read more

The folks that work there are usually very pleasant. I just wish they were as competent. 4 out of 6 of my last orders have had something wrong with them. I've gotten the wrong drinks, poorly made drinks, sloppy sandwiches with no napkins to help with clean up and I've gotten the wrong donut twice. This all happened in one month. I figured it was just a bad stretch and wanted to talk with the manager. Unfortunately my attempts and requests to communicate with them were never reciprocated. Really disappointed. In my opinion, nothing beats Dunkin Donuts. This location has been in business for a few years and I have been going to this Dunkin almost everyday since it opened....yea...i know. No matter who they have had working inside, the drive through moves very quickly, and i cant really point out a time where they messed up any of my orders with the exception of hot coffee instead of iced which really is not a big deal. For the most part, Dunkin can be known as being reliable and always available to provide a great cup of coffee, bagel, or donut. Overall, you cant go wrong with this specific location. read more

Being from the Boston area, I have high standards for my DDs ;) I've gone here probably 30 times before work. They've never messed up my order. It's super busy in the morning and they're always efficient, fast, and pleasant. I honestly don't know what has happened to this dunkin donuts in the past year or so. This used to be one of my go to places, but now it has really gone down the tubes. Every time I go weather I go in the store or through the drive through I end up waiting way longer than I should for my food/drink regardless of weather or not theres a line. Every other time I go through the drive through they get my order wrong. I used to stop here almost everyday on my way to work/school and now I hardly go to this location any more. It's really hit or miss with this place. Sometimes my lattes are perfection, other times not so much. Just this morning I ordered a large and was given a medium. This has happened several times in the past. When I call them out on it I've gotten mixed reactions. Only once was my order corrected, other times they denied it was a medium and pushed me through. This morning they denied. I might have to start keeping an empty large cup on me to prove they are lying. I get that they are busy, most mornings the parking lot is a mess and the drive thru line is out in the street. But I'm paying 3.50 for a latte and I want it to be what I ordered. I go to this dunkin a few times a week and they know my latte order by the sound of my voice, which makes it worse when they mess it up. I've contacted management three times about messed up orders, from my latte to my sandwich. I received an apology and promise that it would never happen again, but it always does. The dunkin in Souderton is pretty awesome, I've never had any issues with my order and the staff is great. And they're open 24 hours. read more

This dunkies used to be my favorite because it is close to my place and they do a good job. However I went in with my friend around 11:30 and the elderly woman who rang us in was critiquing ever single item we ordered or judged us for the whole order. She was constantly making snide remarks. When I was already having a rough morning, she completely made my mood worse. I went to order and she completely ignored me and went to ask for the person behind me's order. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. And she made a snide comment about how I was ordering breakfast and then when I went to order she made a comment on how it was too sweet. And then made those same comments to my friend. Then she basically called my friend fat. Honestly, because of this experience, I would go to a different dunkies from now on. read more
