Open for over a decade and still cannot handle a dinner rush. I know how slow they are so I order online and pick it up. Well this time I go in, wait in line, give my name and was told "you need to wait outside with everyone else". Like wtf?!? So I wait outside as they call names and mine is never called. Many people love Chick-fil-A, but if you are not a Chick-fil-A frequent flyer I would to know, how does one know what to order when there is no menus before the order taker. There is a large menu after the order taker which makes absolutely no sense. There is a Chick-fil-A in New Jersey, which is the only one that seemed to have gotten it right, there is a stand with laminated menus that you can take place your order and then you hand the menu back and they are replenished back to the stand at the end of the drive aisle. I think this location in PA can do better for its customers. read more

From Staff to food to ambiance to Manners this restaurant is spot on! I always enjoy this restaurant as a treat and have been coming here for over 15 + years. I don't care who the Staff is , maybe one or two stinkers but for the most part everyone here has a smile on their face, and always tell you , "MY PLEASURE! " The food is excellent and when I had an issue which was only once, they gave me all my yogurts back , when I had an issue. They wanted me happy , not upset. i would give negative stars if i could, but i can't. while the food was good and the normal service workers are decent, management is far from good. in fact it is horrid. while in grieving the death of a loved one, we were trying to get a tray of food, we had a horrid encounter with the manager whom not only had terrible customer service but yelled at us that he had excellent customer service. if you have to yell that, then you don't have it. it made the whole vibe in the restaurant feel like a crime scene. in summary, food is good, service is good, but management is so bad that i fear for the employees working there. read more

Love this fast food restaurant. Great service, friendly staff, and great food! I always get a military discount when I go when showing my ID which is also a plus! The chicken sandwich meal is my favorite and always tastes so delicious. I usually ask them to add extra pickles and add honey mustard to it. The sweet tea is the best and is always so fresh. If you are eating in- there are staff who walk around to refill your drinks or empty your trays in the trash for you- which is pretty cool! If you are in the drive thru- there's usually a few employees working outside to take all the orders since the drive thru is always crowded! It makes the wait faster and smoother. I love this fast food chain and feel like there's no problems with it- I haven't had any bad experiences here. read more

I came here around 8:30 on a Saturday and just had my best fast food experience here in this Chick-fil-A. It started off by my Cashier Angel. I had 2 kids with me and it can get really chaotic. Angel was patient and still got all my order right despite the chaos. I sat down and almost immediately the food came. The person that delivered my food took the time to ask us if there is anything else we need. The chick-fil-a mascot (the cow) started walking around and happily let us take pictures with our 2 kids. I normally don't write negative reviews but the woman who was working the cashier slid my credit card thru the system 3 separate times! I asked her why and she said it didn't go thru the first few times. I said ok Went home after eating to check my bank account and the chik fil a order I had placed, was placed three times on my PNC account ! And I had only got one order of food ! To make matters worse, I was low on funds and it over withdrawal money from my account causing my bank to charge a late fee. Decided to come in for lunch with my mom. Even though the restaurant was busy, the line moved really fast, and we were served quickly. We placed our orders for a Spicy Chicken Strip Combo Meal and a 3 Piece Fish Tender Meal. My mom also wanted coffee, and they said they would need to brew fresh pot, which we actually appreciated instead of getting old coffee. Once our meals were brought over, I noticed my tenders didn't taste spicy. When I looked at the receipt, I realized that the employee taking our order entered regular strips instead of the spicy ones. I informed the employees at the counter of this, and I was given a new box of spicy tenders without question. I greatly appreciated this, and I feel that customer service is something that Chick-Fil-A always does well. Overall, I would recommend this location. I frequent it pretty often, and I almost always experience great service. Even though the store get busy, I still feel that they uphold Chick-Fil-A quality and outstanding service. read more

This chick-fil-a is wildly unprofessional. I made an online order through the chick-fil-a app and was charged but there was an error. I called to make sure it went through (it didn't) and they insisted I have to call DoorDash (I didn't order through them) the charge is from Chick-fil-A on my bank account and the app clearly says the restaurant is responsible for the refund. I couldn't have been any nicer and the woman on the phone acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back and she did the same thing. For a fast food restaurant there is no contest. The food is great quality. It comes out piping hot. The service is efficient and they run the drive thru like a well oiled machine. The thing I commend Chick Fil A the most is there lack of asking for a tip or having a tip jar when paying your order. Kudos to the employees who work for this company. This was the best Chic Fil A service I've ever received. The staff here really know how to tend to the needs of their customers. While waiting on a really long line at the drive through, staff members were able to come up to the windows of cars with iPads to help place orders to speed up the waiting process. I visit this one for lunch 3 times a week. It is run like a smooth oiled machine. Service is so quick. Employees are all very friendly when you dine in. They will take your dirty tray away when your done and ask if you need a refill. The drive thru was just updated and employees take your order outside and you pick up your food fast. This is a newer Chick-fil-A in the footprint of the dearly departed Krispy Kreme. They have done a nice job renovating the shop, and setting up dual take out drive up lanes. The actual restaurant is also well laid out, and has very well trained staff running the place. I ordered a late lunch there earlier this week, and was surprised by the level of friendliness and care coming from behind the counter. They even brought my meal to the table so I did not have to wait off to the side while it was being prepared. That was only the second time a fast food joint had risen to that level of service, and the other occurred right down the road. Must be something good in the water. My Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good. The breast was soft and tender as if never frozen. Somehow, CFA chicken is always the most flavorful and chewable of all fast food cluckers. The waffle fries were crisp and plentiful. Their dipping sauces are pretty unique, and my sriracha packets were a mix of that well known chili heat and a subtle Thai-like sweetness. Tasted great on both the chicken and the taters. Of course, the hand spun shake was as cool and creamy as always. Went the way of plain vanilla, as the cookies and cream option would have clogged the straw. Generally, I like the breakfast sandwiches offered by Chick-fil-A more than their chicken, but I have to say the improved service here and the high quality of their menu is slowly making me a believer that they have something special going on. read more

Clearly, this place does tons of volume....hence the 20 minute wait. I would not mind if my food came out hot. If they can do it at other locations, why not Langhorn by sesame place. The is one of the only "fast food" restaurants I will visit. I enjoy their standard chicken sandwich with pickles and their waffle fries paired with an ice cold lemonade. My favorite item on their menu is the chicken egg and cheese biscuit. You wouldn't think chicken would go well with a breakfast sandwich but it definitely does. I typically visit on weekends when I am too lazy to make my own breakfast-the unfortunate thing is they are closed on Sundays :( Service is always great.
