    Fried calamari
    Shannon S.

It's a very traditional Italian restaurant. Nothing fancy as far as ambiance. The menu has all the classics from clams and mussels to pastas and meats. Our party started with the fried calamari. It was fried well and they taste was clean and fresh. The marinara on the side was served hot and it complimented the calamari well. I had the ribeye special. The steak was cooked to the right temp. It was tender and seasoned well. It was served with roasted potatoes and fresh sautéed zucchini and squash. The porkchop parmigian was the best dish out of all the entrees. It was huge and covered in cheese. It was pounded thin but it was tender and juicy. It was fried to perfection and slathered in a tasty sauce. Not pictured, we had the seafood extravaganza, which consists of shrimp, mussels, salmon, calamari and clams. The seafood was cooked nicely, but the pasta could have used more seasoning. Tiramasu was the best out the three desserts we ordered, which included a pistachio cake and an icecream ball covered in chocolate. The server and the assistants were attentive and did not let a glass get empty or an empty plate remain on the table. Overall it was a nice meal and we would return.

Wow!! So good!! Came here on a Thursday because I didn't feel like cooking and so glad we did. Really great Italian food. The bread and oil dip was amazing!! I did the Prix Fixe Dinner special, a 3 course meal, which is available Monday-Thursday for $31.00. I had the salmon. It was absolutely delicious!! Delicious food at a great price!! I definitely recommend this restaurant.

So I have read some of the mixed reviews and if you know me you know I'm super critical and after reading some of the lower star reviews I was shocked because from the moment we walked in the experience was pleasant. Let me mention that we walked in no reservations on Valentine's Day weekend, full house no seating available and we were greeted and seated within 5 minutes. The servers were very prompt and the food was delicious. The setting was very relaxed, quaint, warm and inviting. I started off with the onion soup and I will say it is probably one of the best I have ever had. My fiancé ordered the fried calamari and for the price there was a lot on that plate. The entrees ordered were the seafood extravaganza and the Chicken Amore, Both very delectable meals the server asked if we wanted cheese or pepper and he applied what was requested. If your food was over cheesed or peppered it's bc you allowed it!! The only thing that was a nuisance was the table was unstable so it kept rocking and I enjoy that the fireplace was going but it was slightly hot in the room other than that I give them 5 !!!! SN: I also ordered the lemon cello cake to go and the cake was delicious. The icing was light and tasteful. The lady also serving the water never let my glass become empty props to her for that as well. Also I would like to say that the people on here saying this food is mid may your tastebuds be awakened bc this is far from that. The shrimp was large and tasty the clams and mussels were the perfect size. You could taste the difference in every bite. Did not disappoint!! We will return.

Amazing service and delicious food. Ambiance is very welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

We had an amazing first experience at Amore. I'll start by saying we hesitate to try any new restaurants because we are usually disappointed at the nice places that have the best "reviews" online. This is not one of those places! The service is excellent and it's a nice, small and cozy atmosphere. The food was all delicious. The onion soup and chicken parm were great. My husband was very impressed with his ribeye special, and he is not easily impressed by steaks. And the tiramisu was out of this world! And the best part- we were honestly shocked at how low the bill was given the quality of the food! We were really happy with every part of our experience. We'll definitely be returning!

First time here, 8/21/25. Pulled up to this BYOB and it looks like just a normal restaurant. Got inside and greeted by two very nice gentlemen and we were seated immediately. The decor is on the upper scale side and very nice. Received our bread within 5 min and it was warm and toasted, Very good. Had calamari as an appetizer. Nice taste with a slight crunch. The sauce had a small spice kick to it. I can't do spice, however this was good and not too spicy at all. I ordered the chicken park and Andrea ordered the veal Marie monte. Both portions were excellent, to me the chicken parm was normal, tasted good but nothing to write home about. Andrea's veal was excellent and she would order it again. My sister Alyson had gnocchi and her partner Sue had ravioli's in a truffle sauce. Both said their meals were excellent. All in all it's an excellent place to go where prices and portions are good. I would definitely come back again. Total bill with one app, one bowl of soup and 6 entrees bc we had a party of 6 was $157. They do charge 3% if you use a credit card.

Inside were shrimp shumai, gyoza, Chili Korean Bao, a two-protein poke burrito stuffed with crab meat and spicy tuna, plus a spicy tuna roll and a spicy scallop roll. This is more food than any two people strictly need, which is one of civilization's finer achievements. The good news: nothing was bad. Not a single bite asked to be forgiven. The shrimp shumai were the clear overachievers: plump, warm, and reassuring, like a friendly lecture from someone who actually did the reading. The spicy scallop roll was their equal, delivering that perfect balance of heat and sweetness that makes you briefly optimistic about the future of humankind. The poke burrito was ambitious, a bold little manifesto wrapped in rice and seaweed. Crab meat and spicy tuna got along just fine, though the whole affair leaned more toward "good" than "revelation." The spicy tuna roll was solid and dependable, like a Midwestern uncle who always shows up on time. The gyoza and Chili Korean Bao did their jobs honorably, though neither demanded a standing ovation. Everything arrived intact, flavorful, and prepared by people who seemed to care, always a comfort in an indifferent universe. Four stars, then, because perfection is suspicious and because it's nice to leave something to strive for tomorrow.

They'll provide like a checklist you can mark and since I was ordering for 2 people that would have been helpful. 4 stars Ambiance had something to be desired. I'd very much recommend ordering takeout. The place inside was actually very nice and had a good vibe... but there was an overwhelming chemical smell that I could have never been able to eat around. The good news is that it was definitely from some sort of cleaning product. Disinfectant? Bleach? Degreaser? Sanitizer? So from a cleanliness perspective, im reassured that they are thorough. From an appetizing perspective. Not so much. 2.5 stars Summary: I'd definitely order take out from here again in a minute.

They push themselves into every open piece of land thinking they are essential for our economies, and refuse to accept that they are not all that to many of us. In my line of work Wawa is often the bogeyman we fear will knock on the door in the middle of the night. This particular location in Morrisville, PA, is one of their large footprints with EV charging stations and separate drive thru facility. Can't complain about the electric car plug in, nor the supposed convenience of a stand alone building for faster pick up of their most popular consumables, but I don't know who produced the gas they pump, nor am I enamored with their selection of torpedo rolls for hoagies. And, then there is the sheer ugliness of their too big operation that dominates the local horizon due to oversignage, canopies and gasoline service islands. No matter what the community wants, Wawa insists we need more. So, I tend to avoid these 21st century icons, except when I absolutely need to buy petrol, find a restroom or can't drive another mile without their decent Java. 2.5 STARS just for their boring sameness and hegemony over our worlld.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I'm not familiar with the brand other than seeing pictures of their sandwiches and thinking to myself - damn that looks good! For my food order I went with the employees recommendation of the Tavern Club - Honey Baked Ham and Smoked Honey Baked Turkey Breast piled high with bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and honey mustard on multigrain bread $8.99. If you make it a meal for $4.50 more you get a small side, drink and chips. I chose the Potato Salad. I thought the sandwich was well constructed and had great flavors. The meats were thick cut (mostly the ham) and delicious. The bread was fresh, and didn't tear apart or flake. The Potato Salad was ok, but salty. I would repeat to try other items on the menu such as the sliders, BBQ Smoked Stacker and the Honeybaked.
