Haven't been to one of these in years, every so often I need a good salad so I know this is a good place. The way they mix the salads....

Cell works is what I would consider a little bit above average. The salads have been good, but if you look at the nutrition, they're not always healthy so you have to look at the cholesterol the nitrates what kind of oils are used in their dressing they need more healthier dressings and more organic product. As far as the salads are concerned it's a different culture today and people are now moving this way I don't see sal Saladworks really shifting in this way. read more

When I walked in, I was the only customer. They had a lot of seating. The dining area was a big room. You could have parties there, or if you're at Sesame Place, it's just a jump, hop, skip away, pretty much walking distance, but I would not advise that; there is way too much traffic to cross safely. I ordered a Chicken Cesare Salad and a roll. They are very stingy with their dressing; I do not understand why you need to pay extra to get enough salad dressing to cover your salad. The size of the salads they make need more than 1 Tablespoon of dressing. That's my only gripe. I also noticed it at another establishment that charged me extra for salad dressing, and I thought the same thing: not good customer service. I was not a big fan of the dining area; it was dark and drab, a little depressing, which is surprising, being so close to Sesame Place. I am getting off the subject because we are not remodeling Salad Works. My salad was great, and I ate every bite; the chicken was delicious, and the parmesan cheese was plentiful, which I loved. The Romaine was fresh, and the dressing was tasty. I will come back, probably several times a month, now that I tried it and loved it. Open till 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday, 8:00 pm Sundays. Wheelchair access, non-smoking, did not serve alcohol, and I did not see a sign BYOB. There is no service at the tables; strictly eat or wait for your order. The salad is the only reason to return; I was impressed with the food and good cooks. And preparers. They did not have any menus left, only the catering menus; sorry, I'm unable to post one. read more

I used to come here a lot and haven't been in a while. The salads were always sooo nice and full and fresh. I went on 6/29/22 asked for avocado as one of my toppings and she gave me legitimately 4 cubes. I don't even care as much that some of the other toppings weren't as full as before, like I asked for double grilled chicken and it was barely 1. I really only just can't get over how she gave me 4 cubes lol. I watched her miserably take one sliver of a sliced avocado and cut out the pieces. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I go here all the time and lately the employees are miserable and rude. I won't be back to this location after my last experience. I asked for extra lettuce because my salad was so skimpy and for a salad that's over $12 , an extra scoop on lettuce that didn't even look fresh shouldn't be a problem but it was. He told me no and his reasoning was because they only come in this size and then I asked if he could just charge me an extra topping so I could have extra lettuce and still refused. Frankly I'm not sure how this place is even still open. We stopped today after furniture shopping. My wife has always been a huge fan of Saladworks. This particular location though needs some serious overhaul. With the days of fast casual restaurants there are too many good choices out there to choose from. We arrived and the line is so awkward, employees were coming through and moving people out of the way. The staff were extremely unfriendly and just standing around. My wife went with the fall salad and I didn't the avocado blt. The salad was just okay. The brussel sprouts were beyond soggy and not fresh. My wife said it was just okay. My sandwich was flat out terrible. The bacon was pre cooked like Oscar Meyer and simply reheated. Probably the thinnest bacon I've ever had. The bread while fresh wasn't toasted. The avocado was literally brown. It was bad! Not to mention I ordered the whole and only received half. They tried to make up for it and bring me soup, that was just as bad. I'm not one to review franchised places but this place is DISGUSTING compared to other saladworks. Everyone is rushing, putting huge globs of dressing on and just throwing bread into plastic bags. My final salad is always a mess. Globs of feta cheese, I usually have about 5 ingredients in here that I never asked for, and all the greens just look dirty and unwashed. I've never seen such an un appetizing salad. And for the price?!?! you think you'd get more I've seen workers using their bare hands putting all the greens into the tubs and then touching other things in the kitchen. I'd definitely recommend going to the one in Newtown. CORPORATE i hope you see this and make some changes read more

Right in our wheelhouse. Perfect late dinner if you've abused your body with cheesesteaks, baklava, etc for the day. They have 15 salad recipes to choose from, as well as build your own. They also sell sandwiches and paninis if you need more carbs. The salad makers are FAST. We were basically the only ones here at 630pm, but still. They took our orders (3), made the food, and had the trays ready before I could get my wallet out. All ingredients were fresh - not a wilted spinach leaf in sight. Crisp granny smith apples, crunchy cucumbers, all types of lettuce (iceberg, romaine, spring mix and baby spinach), and just the right ratio of lettuce to other stuff in the bowl. We had the Sophie's, the Thai Chicken, and the Mandarin Chicken. All came with choice of dressing (on the side by request) and a whole grain roll. Some customization too (no blue cheese for me). Its expensive, yes, but that's how it goes with fresh food that is good for you. Ever buy organic lettuce? Ridiculous. This one is run by teenagers, not a surprise, but they were friendly and their salad preparation game is strong. Would recommend. Combine with regular workouts for best results. read more

Their salad made me extremely ill and when I let them know the GM of their store lied and acted as if he was a regular employee. I was told that the actual manager would call me later and go over everything to see what they could do but that how could I get sick from their food many others would have complained. Amazing for a company not to take responsibility or have any type of accountability for their mistake. This call happened at ten am, I waited until 545pm as to not bug them and give them time. I called them back only to find out both the GM and assistant manager had been there and had left already. It was brushed off and shows how much they really care about their guests. I ordered a custom salad. they charged me 2$ for each topping 4$ for each meat. I got five toppings with chicken and bacon the total was $30! For one salad!!! They have no communication and a lack of care for anyone's order. Will never go back again. Would recommend going to any old grocery store and getting a salad instead. you'll save 20$ read more

Amazing customer service is always a game changer. I ordered a salad in person then when I got home I thought something was wrong with the dressing, it didn't taste like the Saladworks I frequent near my house. I drove all the way back assuming someone used the wrong dressing but it turns out my local place is just using a completely different dressing lol. They happily remade me a brand new salad with a different dressing even though it was definitely my fault for not noticing the different appearance. Will definitely return when I'm in this area just for that. read more

In today during the lunch rush at 12:40 there were 15 people ahead of me in line. Only waited 4 minutes to be served. The restaurant was clean, comfortable temperature, lighting and music volume. Restroom clean and stocked. Selection case was clean, everything looked fresh and nicely presented. Employee who took my order smiled warmly and offered a nice welcome. I did a 'create my own' and added additional toppings, packing in the protein. The employee kept me up to date with my topping number and asked nicely if additional charge for extra toppings was okay. He has worked here for some time and I have never encountered him in a bad mood or not being focused on great customer service. A mature gentlemen at the register also smiled and asked my fresh roll type, I declined that and a beverage, I don't drink when I eat. He then nicely asked if I would like a courtesy cup of water, nice gesture! I was seated with my salad just 7 minutes after entering with that long line. My salad was excellent with every item cut perfectly, fresh and delicious. The tables were being kept wiped as soon as they emptied. It doesn't get any better then this! read more

About a week ago on a hot day we stopped in here for salads. I frequently concoct salads with inventive ingredients and scratch-made dressings at home, so salad is an entree I rarely order out. However, the Farmhouse salad caught my eye here, with its chopped turkey, roasted brussel sprouts, candied nuts, butternut squash, and goat cheese (a list of items that are usually NOT on hand in the fridge at home) so I went for it. I usually order salad dressing on the side because many commercial dressings are too sweet for my taste. However, the apple vinaigrette that accompanied this salad was (hooray) not overly sweetened - so I actually used the entire serving on the salad. My only wish: that the serving sizes were smaller and the price proportionately lower - or that they offered a half-salad option. If the price point were $6-$7 for a salad and the portions more modest, I would dine here for lunch here MUCH more frequently. Salad is not the best doggie bag candidate. It wilts quickly. And if one is not heading back to a location with a refrigerator, leftovers go into the trash, which seems terribly wasteful to me. My husband's taste in salad additions is almost polar opposite from mine, so sharing a salad is not an easily workable option for us. PS: Shop Rite supermarket of Fairless Hills (Levittown Parkway) often issues register tapes that include coupons for buy one entree/get one at 50% (or $2 off entree plus beverage) on the reverse. read more

I didn't know that salad works has wraps. I haven't been in a long time. Walked in today and had the most delicious and perfectly crafted buffalo chicken wrap. You pick every fresh ingredient that goes in and watch them make it. They are fully staffed and the long line didn't cause a long wait. Worst salad place of my life. Normally a salad place has green lettuce, but the lettuce was mostly white and it looked like it had been left out for a while, despite going shortly after they opened. They had many options to add to their salads, but it seemed random, not very cohesive. They also lacked many vegan items, despite being a salad place. I asked for a vegan dressing and the staff was not sure which ones were vegan. I was very disappointed. read more

I've never heard of this chain before, but I was in the area with my kids and wanted something a little healthier (and tastier) than mall food, so I decided to give it a shot. I had the chicken caesar salad, which was nice and fresh tasting, and my daughter had a grilled cheese, which was good, too. The bread doesn't seem as good as Panera's but I didn't notice Panera's tendency to oversalt, either, so it kind of balanced out. I wasn't in the mood for soup, sandwich, or pasta, but several of the options sounded good, so I'm sure I'll be back to try them some other day. read more

She said okay. she put it on there anyway, and when I called to get it fixed she hung up on me twice. i work in customer service, I could never see a reason for acting that way. Best salads in Yardley/Bucks County area: I eat lunch at Saladworks at least two/three times a week. The Oxford Valley establishment is, without doubt, my favorite because they make the best salads, hands down! The establishment makes sure the ingredients are inviting and that the establishment is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are always pleasant and go out of their way to accommodate any requests for any customer. They really know how to make the best salads anywhere, hands down! It makes it a pleasure to visit. Salad, usually not what's for dinner, but you can enjoy a nice meal from here. Usually salad is what you get before the main meal, but decided to check this place out after eating so many meals on the road to try something healthier. Usually you would imagine wilting lettuce and and stale ingredients from a place like this, but ingredients were fresh and clean. They also sell soups and sandwiches, but did not have time for a sandwich here. The salads are very large and the combos they have for their main salads go very well together, if you want to create your own or add something to an existing salad then that's fine as well. The soups while I am sure they are good, I did not like as much as the salads, I think they sit a little more than the salads. The chicken noodle still works if you are suffering from a cold though. My only complaint is the roll they give you, the center is very soft, but the outside can break teeth. The rolls are good for soaking up the soup. This place is a chain, I would definitely go here again when I am in the area. read more

Stopped by here to get a salad as I have done many times before. Paid for the salad, got home and cracked it open and it was very fishy. Granted I did have tuna on it like every salad I have ever had from them in the past. Moving on, put my dressing on and took the 1st bite AND THE TUNA WAS SPOILED....LIKE WHAT THE? So I call and ask for the manager, she refused to give me her name. Told her about the tuna in the salad and she was not concerned at all. Just said ok and then waited for me to hang up. It's nice to see there is one in this area. They restaurant is actually huge, and they had an assembly line of employees so it made our ordering go fast. We got there at about 7 and didn't have a wait, but wow did the line get big after us! They are only open till 8pm which seemed odd to me. In general I have a hard time buying salads I can make myself. I made a custom one with spinach, oranges, pecans, cranberries, blue cheese, carrots, and cucumbers. It wasn't anything special, but good for a quick bite. Had they had provolone, I would have gotten a diff sandwich. Calorie count was nice to have. read more

I've eaten at Saladworks across Eastern PA and NJ and really wanted to like this one because it's close to me. However this is the worst one I've ever eaten at. Ive been here on several occasions over the years with friends, thinking maybe I just caught them on a bad day?! But every time I feel it's gotten worse. I've chosen not to eat here ever again, which is sad because it's so close and I love Saladworks. I've had brown salad and vegetables several times. All the servings seem to be processed with a food blender to chop things up. The broccoli which is my favorite topping resembles something like party confetti! And most of the time my salad ends up with other topping in it which I don't eat, because they don't clean their utensils or care to pick out the toppings that fall in other bins. read more

I normally go to a different salad works but was in the area and I decided to stop at this one. I am a salad freak and love to try different salads. The worker that was helping me was so friendly and greeted me right away. I always make some slight modifications and the person was glad to do so. If I could give this salad works less then one star I would. I usually love salad works, this was mine and my fiancé's first time at this location. Terrible experience! When we ordered the staff there looked confused by their own menu. Upon sitting down to eat my chicken wrap it had almost zero chicken to be found my fiancé's salad was more like dressing soup with a side of spinach. The staff was always really conscious of my allergies and requests, but today the staff was argumentative and the manager whose a gentleman just stood there and watched. Awful place. I had to ask for napkins and a fork after not getting either. And was handed only two napkins. The manager refuses to have napkins and plasticware available for customers to grab. Terrible practice. I will not be going there again. read more
