I've been here twice both during nobody times, and each time the staff acted as if I was bothering them. They don't talk to you, they just hand you your stuff and move on. Both visits, staff looked me right in my face and didn't even say 'Can I help you' or 'I'll be right with you'. No 'enjoy', 'thanks for coming', not even a 'you're welcome' when I said thank you. I ordered CYO stir fry for myself and friend. Spent extra $ for additional sauce for me and got regular portion for her. Never got it. Barely any sauce in my stir fry. Ordered the red coconut curry stir-fry but with shrimp instead of tofu. The place is clean. The app was easy to use and pickup pretty painless. If you are looking for a somewhat healthier alternative to the Five Guys next door, this outpost of the Honeygrow franchise is set to open on 8/11/23 in Lincoln Plaza (across from Oxford Vally Mall & Sesame Place and anchored by DSW, Homesense and Chik-Fil-A) and features salads, stir-fry's and bowls with fruit, granola, and a variety of toppings. During their pre-opening lunch training session, I scored a sesame garlic shrimp stir fry that was really delicious. Everything was hot and freshly made and the noodles, shrimp, and veggies were all cooked well and full of flavor. The focaccia bread was pretty good, as well. Staff did a great job preparing food quickly, and assistance was nearby for those who needed help with the kiosks. I do wish they had a better system for announcing orders (across the franchise) than shouting out names. Once up and running with mobile orders to balance the in person orders, I guess the pickup racks will solve a bit of that noisy issue. Nice to have a healthier option in this plaza. read more

There's 5 kiosks so a line is unlikely, the food is very well cooked and freshly made, they offer a variety of options for all preferences (regular, vegetarian, vegan), the portion size is very filling but not too large, and it is relatively affordable. I was really disappointed! I had heard very mixed reviews of Honeygrow. I think it may depend completely on what you order. Ordering from a restaurant using a standing computer isn't always a good thing for a customer. It certainly is efficient for the business, but for a first time diner to select from options for a variety of dishes can go poorly. I ordered a noodle dish and basically had to design it myself. What I got was a bowl of brown gloppy, sticky noodles that I didn't enjoy at all & did not take anything home like I normally would. 2 stars because I probably selected the wrong combo, and the place was busy. So this place is much better than the melt shop that it replaced, but they have some corks to work out. It took a little long to get our food which didn't make much sense because there was only one person in front of us. However, the food it self was pretty good. I wish mine was more hot temp wise. The spice level was on point though. I ordered the garlic butter shrimp and my boyfriend ordered the garlic butter chicken. His was honestly better than mine so maybe it depends on what you order. I placed a huge lunch catering order for employees at work via Door Dash. Unfortunately, when the dasher delivered the food, one of the large salads was missing. I called Door Dash and asked to have it redelivered, that was not an option. I called Honeygrow and spoke to Rut and explained the situation. This place is absolutely incredible! My favorite is the loaded Greek salad. I order at the kiosk and it usually comes out unbelievably fast. You can't beat the food quality. It is definitely on the healthier side and very flavorful. I find it unbelievably consistent as far as portion size and service. Honestly, I've never been disappointed with anything I've gotten. When you walk in, there's like 6-7 screens that you can use to order your food off from and there's many options. Decided to order the spicy garlic stir fry and it was ehh. It was okay but not great. Food was super oily and it was dripping through the container that they serve the food in. For the price that I paid for, it was definitely not worth it. $13 for a small container of oily food. I dont know if I would go back to this spot...maybe to try out their honey bar treats and salad but never again for their stir fry. Service was good, food came out pretty fast.
