I found someone's hair in my French fries I have lost my whole appetite now! Thanks a lot McDonalds

Chicken McNuggets

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor & outdoor seating available with limited capacity. They are also sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment unless it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big. Lots of parking spots available for you to choose from. The parking spaces are also pretty big. Food: I ordered a 10 piece chicken McNuggets (I ate two of them before I realized I had forgotten to take a pic) and a medium size coke. The nuggets were warm, perfectly cooked, and crunchy as always. Staff: The staff here are very fast, welcoming, and courteous. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Fucken bug in my fries wtf

I just bought this, and there's a bug in my fries. The health department needs to visit you and a freaking exterminator. Nasty AF

Simple order. Not too big. & the establishment wasn't even busy at the time like it usually is.

July 26th 2022 11am When I went inside AFTER going through the drive through because our order that we received was not the same as how we placed it, a kind young lady said she'd ask her manager about the order. Then within a few seconds a loud & disturbed voice yelled "well if that's what's on the receipt that's what they get'". So this person, a supposed manager, intentionally said their sentence loud enough for me to hear. The message wasn't the issue here as I've worked fast food before. It was the lack professionalism the was inappropriate. & the same person who took our order at the drive through window was %100 that manager. Disappointing. Also, I was only able to receive any help because an older gentleman was outside cleaning the windows so he was able to get someone to the inside door to come & help...

They've definitely stepped up their chicken sandwich game. This looks a lot like a competitor sandwich as compared to their old one.

This is the only McDonald's in town as you've probably already realized. My daughter has been seeing the happy meal commercials go across the TV so we decided to bring her here. The reviews had us extremely reluctant because of how terrible the rating is. It was to the point where I checked the food before we even left the drive-through window but I was pleasantly surprised. When we pulled up to the drive-through menu to place the order the young lady was super friendly and had a beautiful voice. Being that we don't eat at McDonald's very often and there was a menu item we weren't familiar with and she was kind enough to explain it while recognizing our confusion but in a really polite way that was helpful. She relayed everything back to us that we had ordered and when we saw her at the window I told her thank you very much. She definitely offers more of a notorious Chick-fil-A customer service turned out of a McDonald's worker. Getting to the next window and retrieving our food, everything was hot and fresh. These french fries were cooked to perfection, they were lightly salted, that yellow golden crispiness that we all remember from our childhood, and the burgers were put together with what look like love. We were completely blown away. To see reviews like that and then to have such a positive experience is mine blowing and Innoway I'm grateful to have seen the lousy reviews because it set my expectations extraordinarily low and then knocked them out of the ballpark.

Asked for extra onions and they slapped it in the outside of my burger lol. Dude had a crap attitude from the jump I guess is my fault for going at 10 when they close at 11 but if you don't want to work late nights then don't. Still gonna go back but wanted to share lol

The service is great, honestly never had any issues with them despite how busy they are. The food is always good nothing to complain about.

My husband and I came here while on vacation (after spending the day in Joshua Tree National Park). We chose it based on the good reviews and it lived up to expectations. We started with the fries, which stayed nice and crispy (I suggest you follow the server's recommendation and get the habanero sauce so you can double dip in that and the ketchup). I had the delicious Dank House salad. It sounded like an odd combination of flavors (with Brussels sprouts, beets, apples, blue cheese and horseradish dressing) but it all works! Genius! My husband had the rotating chicken sando which was Korean bbq inspired and had amazing flavor! We also had a couple of the local beers on tap. It's kind of a quirky place. Has a little bit of a diner feel on the inside but had a DJ playing music on Saturday evening, which provided some good background music and added to the ambiance without being too loud. The bartender and servers were all very friendly and helpful. If we lived here, this would be a weekly hang out spot for us!

When you sit you already have small plates and things at the table which makes sense for indoors but with the desert setting there was sand everywhere. The tables were also covered in sand which obviously isn't their fault but you would think it would be wiped and set before seating. The fresh drinks were imo the best part by far. They were so delicious and like I said very fresh. The kale salad was alright not really much flavor and weirdly soggy. The beet salad was incredible but definitely NOT enough to share considering everything is served family style (and especially with the price). Burger was alright, my sister had this and said "nothing stood out". Again not enough to be considered "family style". With everything being $30-$40 with recommended 4-5 plates per table with family style I would assume they would actually be shareable sizes. Service was good. Our waitress was amazing and so knowledgeable about the menu. The only thing is there was an older woman as hostess who was kind of just there? She said hi and got to the point but no one said bye or have a good night when we were leaving other than our waitress.

We kept it simple, a couple of salads with a cup of chili on the side. Sometimes simple is exactly right. The salads were fresh, crisp, and actually satisfying, not the sad afterthought kind. And the chili? Genuinely delicious. Rich, comforting, and good enough that I took the rest to go so I could upgrade the next morning's hotel breakfast. No regrets there. The space is casual and lively, nothing fancy, but it has a welcoming energy that makes you want to stay a bit. It was busy when we arrived, always a good sign, and the service matched the vibe. Friendly, easygoing, and attentive without hovering. All in, a really nice stop. Fresh food, warm service, and exactly the kind of place you're glad you found after a long stretch on the road.
