If I could give 0 stars I would. Went through drive through and they forgot half the order. That's fine I went back and had to sit and wait for an employee to acknowledge me and then they forgot the fries. Went back to get the fries and they locked the door and made me sit through the drive thru lane (they just pointed and refused to help) I don't expect much from McDonald's but this was absolutely horrible. McDonald's is MacDonalds... overpriced, adequate food. We are traveling from Vegas to Palm Springs- looking for a place to grab a quick bite to hold us over and use the restroom. With NOTHING in sight for the last 2 hours our priority was the restroom as well as other patrons. There is a code to use the bathroom- dancing... ok give me the code. Have you ordered? No and I can't until I go...begrudgingly she walked to the bathroom and entered it to allow me in. Tempted to leave at that point but whatever let's get a cheeseburger and move on. As we were sitting, other patrons had the same priority. We heard them being asked to produce receipts in order to get the bathroom code! This is too far. Could be an employee with a little too much power or restaurant policy. Either way, if we are coming through town again, we will find another alternative. read more

July 26th 2022 11am When I went inside AFTER going through the drive through because our order that we received was not the same as how we placed it, a kind young lady said she'd ask her manager about the order. Then within a few seconds a loud & disturbed voice yelled "well if that's what's on the receipt that's what they get'". So this person, a supposed manager, intentionally said their sentence loud enough for me to hear. The message wasn't the issue here as I've worked fast food before. This is the only McDonald's in town as you've probably already realized. My daughter has been seeing the happy meal commercials go across the TV so we decided to bring her here. The reviews had us extremely reluctant because of how terrible the rating is. It was to the point where I checked the food before we even left the drive-through window but I was pleasantly surprised. When we pulled up to the drive-through menu to place the order the young lady was super friendly and had a beautiful voice. Being that we don't eat at McDonald's very often and there was a menu item we weren't familiar with and she was kind enough to explain it while recognizing our confusion but in a really polite way that was helpful. She relayed everything back to us that we had ordered and when we saw her at the window I told her thank you very much. She definitely offers more of a notorious Chick-fil-A customer service turned out of a McDonald's worker. Getting to the next window and retrieving our food, everything was hot and fresh. These french fries were cooked to perfection, they were lightly salted, that yellow golden crispiness that we all remember from our childhood, and the burgers were put together with what look like love. We were completely blown away. To see reviews like that and then to have such a positive experience is mine blowing and Innoway I'm grateful to have seen the lousy reviews because it set my expectations extraordinarily low and then knocked them out of the ballpark. read more

Had very good service and a productive conversation with management. I ordered a cheeseburger and they forgot to put cheese and pickles, it was closing time so since i was the last customer, they closed down but the employees were still there. We ordered curbside pick up, we put the order in 15 minutes before showing up and checked in correctly and yet it took over 20 minutes for food to show up and yet drive through was going like it was the only priority. We even called 15 minutes into waiting asking where our food was and what was taking so long and we still had to wait 5 minutes after that to get it. Not acceptable! I have never given any business a 1 Star rating but this McDonald's deserves less than a 1 . I went through the drive thru approximately 10:30pm on a Friday. It took about 8 minutes from the time I placed my order until I received it. I ordered 2 regular Cheeseburgers. Both of them were cold . See attached pictures. Just a quick shout out for the manager on duty the day we stopped in (10/7/18). We went to the drive through for breakfast (the only meal I will eat at McDonald's). They messed up our order, so I had to go back into the store. When the manager heard, she was very apologetic and told the employees to fix our order immediately.
