Genuinely the service here SUCKS! i have gone multiple times, they have messed up orders, horrible wait time, only take orders off one lane, and cannot even hear you correctly when taking an order. today i went to grab breakfast when ordering through the drive thru the lady put "strawberry banana smoothie" when i repeated mango smoothie twice. when receiving my food i checked to see if everything was correct. the wrappers were not even closed properly and were loose. furthermore the cheese was cold, egg mcmuffins were messy and cold. the bread felt like it was left out over night! along with that the egg was extremely greasy and mildly warm. don't recommend to get breakfast, lunch or dinner here. save your money and time. read more

Do not order food here. I have been coming to this location for years, since I was a kid.. the last 5 years has been a complete circus at this location. Every single employee at this location goes out of their way to deliberately make the service the worst it can be. They only hire high school students.. I personal talked to one of the employees from McDonald's at the gas station across the street when he was on his lunch (buying alcohol!! Get that) when I asked why the service was so bad, he laughed and said it's the peoples fault who order there... lol I can't make this up. So it cost 20$ for a dang meal now, and it's my fault because I chose the McDonald closest to my house.. I deserve cold food, never done in a reasonable time, and 6/10 times completely wrong. the McDonald's on prosper has a very idiotic error, when you order by curbside, it is hit and miss. today was just miss miss. I correctly placed my order and also submitted my curb space number, number 7. and the stupid mobile app canceled my order immediately. I tried again, and it cancelled again. I have let manager know prior, and told the curb employee same. curb employee responded the same problem happened the night b4. so the reward I tried to use also cancels and you cannot use it. very stupid to have an app that only cancels curbside at this location, this only happens here, not other locations. read more

Service was excellent, fast and efficient with order! This is a walk in or drive thru fast food chain. A variety of meals, both breakfast & all day meal's to choose from . Plus this establishment has handicap parking. Prices are just like any other restaurant, or fast food joint. Location is easier to find right off the 99! I don't want to be one who reviews McDonalds all the time, but this was one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Came at around 11:30pm today on a Saturday night while driving back down to LA. Thought I would pull up some coupons and get some late night driving food. Coupons were pulled up just fine on my app for this location. However, what ensued was downright atrocious negligence. First of all, I wanted to use the $1 McDouble coupon. I scanned that, and the cashier literally asked me what was it. Huh? What's the point of scanning. I would have had no problem with it, except that after I paid, I realized he charged for the full price! Secondly, I also wanted to use a $1 off McCafe coupon. Except he said that they don't allow 2 coupons. I've definitely done that before at other locations on their self service kiosks in the stores. That's cool though, I wasn't too appalled by that. However, again this cashier found some way to screw up my order. I asked for a small Peppermint mocha. He charged me for a medium. Honestly I should have realized I was being charged almost twice as much than I should have been before paying, but I had been driving for awhile and just wanted to enjoy my food without being ripped off. read more

Disgusted is the only word that comes to mind with my stop at McDonald's. First off, I know that I shouldn't be eating McDonald's, but they caught me in a weak moment. I actually haven't eaten at a McDonald's in probably 8 years. Anyway, the reason why I am disgusted is because the employees working both drive thru windows were not wearing face masks which I consider to be careless. They are obviously clueless of the dangers of the COVID-19 to the safety of their families and the public at large. We needed a quick dinner for the family so we came here close to 8:00 at night to take home. We opted to go inside, but quickly felt unsafe because three homeless people were sitting on the curb by the front door yelling obscenities while I was taking a young child inside. McDonald's forgot one of our burger meals, but at that point I just wanted to get back to my car safely. As we're walking out, there were now FIVE men crowding the front door, still yelling at each other and customers, begging for food and money, the minute you step outside McDonalds. I'm sorry, but as a customer I did not feel safe and will not be returning to this location. They should do more to secure their property, after all the yelling and close proximity of these men it was very scary. read more
