Do not give your money to this McDonalds location-- Make this unit shutdown. Greasy film on all of the tables. They need to be wiped down with soap for patrons wanting to dine in. Attitude from the manager when I asked her to wipe down my table. I also told the manager on duty that the receipt machine is out of ink. There are reviews on this McDonald's that state that they get your order wrong. This was helpful to me. I knew to check my order before I left. McDonald's is an institution, and probably the best chance for getting late night food is Tucson. I was hungry and luckily it was one of the few places open, where I got the (remix to ignition) Hot and Spicy McChicken! The spice was a delightful kick where it was noticeably different than their normal McChicken and had a little more depth of flavor. This is the worst mc Donald's I've ever been to. Expect to wait forever in the drive thru or inside the lobby. Ive waited 15 min for decaf coffee in the drive thru. I've even waited 15 min inside for one mc double on a non busy night. On this visit, I ordered a mocha macchiato. The cashier was having such a hard time with the order. She kept saying, "mocha? Mocha? I don't even have mocha.. I have chocolate drizzle. Yeah. I'll put that." What I got was not a macchiato with chocolate syrup but chocolate pieces like what you would use in a cookie batter. There were a ton in the bottom. It reminded me of boboa tea except it was chocolate and not at all what I ordered. I ordered using the order machine, my order came out fast, correct and had my extras. The staff that delivered my order, was friendly. The restaurant was busy, 09:23 am, as indicated on my receipt. Loss of two stars, is because, while I was waiting for my order, the lady serving drive through, walked from drive through, across the front counter saying, "what's up with these Bitches not wanting to pull up, this morning!" This place is THE WORST MCDONALD'S I ever been too. I started a new job down the street from this place and I have been here 6 times. 5 out of the 6 times my food order was wrong. And the only time they did get it right, I had to wait 20 minutes to get the food. When I got my food part of the food receipt label was under the bun and very greasy as if they opened it just to remove the pickle and rushed it, sticking the label under the meat. If that wasn't the worst of it, as I was inspecting it for no pickle, I found a TWIG!!! A freaking twig!! Reina, the only person there that seems to care, brung me another one, unfortunately it wasn't the double I ordered, so I just asked for my money back. If I could give zero stars I would. This store has no customer service skills at ALL. In fact I stood at the front waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes. Then I finally had my order taken, I stood there for another 10 to 12 minutes. Watching the employees play on their phones, walk back and forth doing absolutely nothing. I watched the lady on the grill play on her phone, then proceed to grab a pair to wrap a burger. All while not Sanitizing her hands at all. She grabbed lettuce and the salt after having her phone on her hand. This is a long review but very necessary. Please read the whole thing. Ide like to start with the customer service. With three small children we often stop by McDonald's as a quick meal and a treat for good behavior. Being the closest to our home the McDonald's on Palo Verde is our go to spot. However the customer service leaves a dry taste in my mouth. The employees are not only rude and mouthy, they speak to their customers with attitude and a condescending tone. They act as though taking an extra minute to order or being a bit indecisive is a major inconvenience to their lives. I've been patronized and talked to like I am a child when asking a question. I've voiced my displeasure when they forget something and they act as though they could care less. Next is the amount of times they forget items. Every time we come to this McDonald's they forget something. Apples in all three happy meals. Drinks. Fries. Entire meals. Things that we and other people pay for, not included in the bags. It's not so hard to double check and make sure everything is there. Last is the quality of the food. Today we ordered a large meal. It's Valentine's day and we wanted to treat our family to some easy eating, so we could spend more time together. Instead I spent more time away from my home. We ordered three double quarter pounder meals and three Happy meals. Our children were ecstatic. We got home and served them and after a moment sat down to eat ours. My friend ate most of his as well myself, it wasn't untill my husband tore his apart and saw that it was not light pink, but dark pink. Me and my friend both looked at ours and they were pink as well. The children were hungry and ate pretty fast, we are hoping that they did not ingest the raw meat as well. So we went back to McDonald's and received a refund however, we will not be returning to this location and possibly not to any McDonald's what so ever. I was in town visiting and went and picked up a mobile order. When i got there i went through the drive through and the girl said to hold on after i said i was there For a mobile order so the manager comes on the speaker and says may I help you with your question and I said I don't have a question I'm here to pick up a mobile order oh for DoorDash no for myself. So I was told to proceed to window one when I get there no one is there I wait and wait so finally after sitting there about eight minutes a go to the other window where everybody is there talking standing around the guy opens the window and asks if he could help me I told him I was there for my pick up order no one was at the other window and nobody got there so the manager assume it's her tells one of the guys to go back to the window at that time there are more cars there so I give him my order number again they didn't have it ready and told me that they could not make me my mocha frappe because the machine was broken so I said just give me a regular coffee then so I was told to go around and park so I did about couple minutes later manager comes out and tells me that not to order from that special menu of drinks because their machines are never working I told her that I ordered a $3.19 drink and I received a dollar coffee so she told me she would make me another coffee a special coffee iced coffee so I said OK. Needles to say I won't ho back there every-time i have gone order is wrong, sad thing is when i did get there no one but one other car was there. read more
