By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Everything that could have gone wrong with my visit here did. I have been to this location once and chances are I won't be going back here at all. To begin my wife, daughter and I just got off our plane and was heading to our hotel. We were starving cause we didn't have dinner due to the flight overlapping when we usually eat so once we landed we just mapped some fast food to bring back to our hotel. This McDonald's was about a 3 min drive from our hotel so we decided to stop. There was only about 4 cars in line at 10pm when we arrived so we didn't think anything of it. Fast forward 15 mins and we hadn't moved at all. About 10 more mins go by and we finally get to order our food. The lady was short and just wanted to get us over with. I had a mobile order so it was quick and easy and all i had to do was use the code. We get up to the window and the lady says I still owe them money. I said it was a mobile order and that shouldn't be the case. She wouldn't tell me why and just said I needed to still pay. I went ahead and paid the 2 dollars she was asking for and she gave me the receipt and told me to park ahead and wait for my food. I looked at my receipt and she cancelled out my deal from the menu making my large fry for a dollar a full priced one. It makes no sense why the deal didn't go through and I have never had that happen before. After about another 5 mins our food finally comes and we go to the hotel. Once we were eating the food was cold, dry, and didn't taste at anything that resembled fresh. Also my daughter's happy meal came with 5 nuggets and not 6 so they even skipped out on a full order. Again, probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life and that's saying something. If we are ever back in the Syracuse area we will find somewhere else to eat. read more

I am a professional McDonalds study. Although what they are serving is basically edible poison, I like it. This location screams poor ownership. Not to be confused with leadership or the staff. And here's why. They are extremely understaffed. Wait is painfully long. Landscaping and dirty grease stained cement haven't been touched in years. Brown French fries indicates fry oil hasn't been changed in some time. Fresh oil fries are a light yellow. This is an expensive up keep. Empty flag poles indicate they probably finally removed a tattered flag and never replaced. Surprising the McD Corporation would allow all this. read more

Stopped in Wednesday night at 10:50. I asked and they close at 11. She said go ahead and order. Cook must have been upset because they already started cleaning up and my Big Mac didn't have the regular sauce - it was buffalo hot sauce !! Proof that they mess with your food when they feel like it. Never going back. I'm posting a picture. I called and told the manager and he said it's an honest mistake - which is not believable. Went here as a quick stop for a road trip, ordered 4 shamrock mcflurries and was only given 1 - so they tell us to pull up and they'll bring it out. 9pm and service was horrible, 15+ minute line in the drive through in which the 2 cars I front of me left. I the. Waited at the speaker for another 3-5 minutes before someone even spoke to me. Not only are my chicken nuggets cold, all 3 of the McDoubles (extra mustard, add bacon) had the tags on them but no bacon or extra mustard. Not only did I pay extra and not get anything I paid for after waiting in line with crappy service, my food was luke warm at best. Came here late night hungry. Not many places to eat from in the area. I had to wait for my chicken tenders to be done. But I don't mind fresh food at all. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they didn't have the spicy barbecue glaze for my chicken strips. That's actually what I ordered. Spicy barbecue glazed strips but had to settle for dipping sauce. The rest of our food was good. No issues. The cashier was very nice in helping us. I also noticed a sign outside that said they were hiring for $11.75/hour. That's pretty good for a McDonalds. read more

So first let me say I have not been to a McDonald's for quite some time before today so things might be different then I remember. The first rhing I noticed here was there is no self soda station. When the lady at the counter asked if I wanted a Coke, I said yes because I figured I would just be getting what I wanted at a self serve station. The lady also instantly tried to upsize me but I caught it and said regular size . The restaurant was very quiet as it was 1:30 in the afternoon but I noticed in my section alone it was very hard to find a clean seat or table. The restaurant is around the corner from my job so I figured I would try it but will not go there again or recommend. Maybe other McDonald's are better. read more
