Ordered drive through. They got our drink order wrong 5 times. We asked for two diet cokes and one Dr Pepper. They gave us 3 dr peppers. Each time we sent back a Dr Pepper they gave us back another Dr Pepper. This went on for 4 different drink swaps. The person working the drink machine was visibly frustrated and was taking it out on us each time we asked for a new drink. We finally said nevermind we'll just drink Dr Pepper since they can't seem to figure out how to work the drink machine. She then handed us our food and scoffed at us while we checked our food order. About 1:00 pm on Wednesday October 8th ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and received a cold extremely poorly assembled Quarter Pounder with cheese in a Double Quarter box. The burger was so cold the cheese wasn't close to melted. Worst workmanship and slowest service in Syracuse . Keep raising wages for employees that don't care. This McDonald's needs some work. Most of the times I come through there is some type of issue. Drive thru closed at times inside in complete disorder. I know they are trying with limited staff but the increase in prices wants me to not stop in. Why wouldn't I get a made to order 1/2 pounder somewhere else with a frosty beverage. MehDonald's, more like. On the plus side the fries were piping hot and the service was nice. On the negative side the sweet tea is really watered down. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's but when they get their sweet tea and fries right it can do the trick. And it's always nice to be treated well. I ordered through door dash around 630 am on 11/26/24. After receiving my order around 7 am, I called the store to ask why my frappe was not included, but instead a refunded 5 dollar bill wasI asked specifically if they were out of mocha or all the flavors as i was really craving a frappe. I was met with rude disdain and told i was stupid for asking that question( almost as if how dare i interupt the manager work by calling and asking) and abruptly hung up on. Now as a food service worker of 25 years which in that time frame i did also work at McDonalds, I was disgusted by this managers way of addressing me. I know McDonalds trained you better! I called back to have an honest conversation with this individual about how they made me feel but before i could even mutter hi I was met with" i have your name and number and will call the cops if you call again." I will never ever patronize this particular McDonalds again. The person answering the phone should not be a manager let alone interacting with customers. Customers are the reason for your work not an interruption to, and you should always assume the best in people. I wasn't calling to harass you or be the asshole you were to me. I was simply trying to gauge whether or not i should reorder differently. Perhaps if this manager had developed listening skills they would of learned that. Haven't been back in my hometown for a few months until recently, but after traveling around the East Coast & Deep South, I can personally confirm that this is the worst McDonald's in America. As someone who's gone here for like 15 years, there is nothing redeemable about this McDonald's. Nothing. Maybe if Nedrow wasn't utterly cucked by the Town of Onondaga, we would be able to maybe get other establishments in the town. I can not believe the way this place is ran. I made an order and they got everything but the quarter pounder wrong (the bread was hard on that though). 1st I ordered the fish meal - no fish came at all. 2nd I ordered a double cheeseburger, no onions, no pickles - it had both on it and the bread was hard. 3rd I ordered 2 spicy McChicken's, no mayo, no lettuce and add cheese - it had mayo, lettuce and no cheese. 4th I ordered BBQ sauce and they sent that mustard sauce. I placed an order via the app to pick up ahead of time. I ordered two regular hamburgers w no onions and a large fry. I pull up to the curb side, and discover that's not available to use, so I go to the drive thru. That was a big mistake. There were only two cars ahead of me. From start to finish it took 20 minutes for me to get those 3 simple things. I would like to say that this isn't a normal occurrence, but it is. worst mcdonald's I've ever been to in over 30 years. Went to this dump on May 8 at 830pm. Ordered through the app for counter pickup. Tried to go inside to pickup food at 835pm and the doors were locked. Sign on door clearly states dining room hours are open until 900pm. Employees inside are waving everyone outside to go around the drive thru. So now waiting in the drive thru, the line did not move. Had to wait over 30 minutes. People on drive thru line can be seen leaving left and right. I would have left if it wasn't for the fact that I was already charged for my food. Finally got to the first window, and gave them order code. I was told order code was wrong because it was a counter pickup code. I tell them how am I suppose to pickup if doors are locked and someone inside is telling everyone outside to go around. The employee at the first window then tells me my food was thrown out because I didn't pickup. How am I suppose to pickup if doors were locked. I asked for a refund, was told, they can't do that. I asked for a receipt, was told they can't give me one. I asked for a manager, when manager shows up, I asked for a corporate number and was told there was no corporate number. How the hell this place is in business, no one knows. It wasn't until 905pm until I got my food. Food they claim they had to remake because it was my fault they locked the doors early and threw away the order. I only go here when I am desperate for something quick to eat, hoping that maybe this time it wont be so bad. McDonald's in Nedrow, NY is the WORST!! I'm don't eat fast food often but if I do it's a McDonald's Fish Sandwich and Fries.....last night (09/21/2018) around 8:40 P.M. (not bust) me and another car at drive thru..... I order 2 for $5.00 Fish add a Large Fries and Coke..... only special request I ask everything to be made fresh so I would have Hot Food. They ask me to pull over to slot 1 ..... they would bring my food right out!! Needless to say I sit and wait for over 20 minutes as the line gets busy and cars coming go I'm still waiting for my hot fish and fries which never came out as I'm leaving my car the girl runs out saying oh here's your food and it's cold I was so upset I just gave it back to her and pulled off this restaurant is ridiculous is unnecessary to have this type of incompetence at any fast food restaurant. Slow service worst McDonald's ever I got in line for 2 milkshake I arrived At about 9:35pm and left at 11pm I'm not even exaggerating I would of left but if I'm waiting for this long I'm leaving with something. I have diabetes and I go to the McDonald's very loyally to get a DIET Coke and the past three times I have been given regular Coke instead of diet. This is without question the worst mcdonalds in america. It seems as though They insist on hiring the laziest trash people they can find. They are painfully slow, and i mean PAINFULLY slow. Not only will you frequently sit at one of the drive thru speakers for up to 10 minutes while the other lane pushes 2 or 3 cars through. Yes, they can only handle 2 or 3 cars in 10 MINUTES!!!!!!! And this is during the day, you can forget getting anything at night. Between all the employees just standing around blasting gangster rap, and the sheer "dont give a crap" attitude of everyone who works there (management included). Youd be lucky to get 1 cheeseburger in 20 minutes. These are the people demanding 15$ an hour??? I did this job, its literally the easiest job on earth and these morons cant handle it. It baffles me. The new McDonald's in Nedrow is Wonderful! The interior design of the lobby is very snazzy, and everytime that I am in their the place is extremely clean. I can always count on being welcomed by a smiling face, recieving my food quickly, and enjoying a hot and fresh meal. nedrow mcdonalds is the worst store ive ever been to. everytime I go there they screw up my order, things missing, wait in line for 20 min.s at a time with only 1 car in front of me, too many things to list. this only happens at night. its a shame this store is not like the store in western lights. they are fast and good.. there manager , I think his name is mike, was very help full. we had a problem with a order and mike was right on the ball and helped us out.
