Place has really gone downhill. I have experienced that every McDonalds which has the new self serve kiosks have downgraded their service. Long waits for food, employees with bad attitudes, just standing around without helping the customer. Or, worse yet, people carping at each other within earshot of the customer. Kiosks are not good at replacing people. It is easier to make changes to your order, but that is a bad trade-off for having to wait a long time to receive your food, dirty conditions, and angry employees. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. The other reviews are not random incidents. The entire establishment is subpar. Every time I have ordered food here it has been disgusting and cold, and you're lucky if you get through the drive thru in 45 minutes if it is after 12AM. The staff is completely unprofessional and yells and gossips with each other in front of customers instead of actually preparing food. It should not take 20 minutes per car to take an order. I understand if you're short staffed, but In an hour window you should be able to handle more than 4 cars. Don't get me started on the staff anymore than I have. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. These are the kinds of people who give the rest of us a bad impression on fast food workers. About a year ago, we refused our food after witnessing one African American girl wiping her mouth (drool) with her hand before she handled our drinks. Today we gave another try. Order taker was clueless with 3 items. First, missed 2 items, then over charges... When we mentioned the over charges to them, floor/blue shirt person came shorted our refunds for the 2nd time. I frequent this location almost every day for lunch. Granted I don't take lunch until 2:30pm, but they are always consistent... Consistent in the fact that the person taking your order/money doesn't speak good English and you have to repeat yourself at least twice. Consistent in making sure you wait to get your straw last, while you're sitting in your car sweating, staring at a large cool cup of iced tea you can't drink. Consistent in just shoving the food in your face and not saying a word or even acknowledging you or even saying "have a good day" when your order comes out. Been to a lot of mcdonalds in my time...this is really one of the worsts. Kind of odd due to the location next to the forum you would think it'd be a nicer one but it's quite old and the drive through doesn't work you order at the window. First time i went drive thru it tooks ages so second time i came i went inside, super understaffed again, maybe it's a management or corporate thing, but they really need to hire more staff, it looked like there were 3 workers total. Two people in front of me and 1 behind, no one has ordered yet since they seem to be proritizing window orders. A guy tried to come in but they locked the doors to reduce the amount of customers. This was my first and last time at this McDonald's location. I went through the drive thru and placed my order along with my families orders. It took them 5 minutes to get us one item from our order and then told us to park. I looked at the receipt after parking and noticed they were missing a few things but I thought maybe they would have them. After waiting for 20 minutes, they brought out the rest of the food. Two stars because their sweet tea is always perfect and the fries are always hot. So why not four? Well this location is extremely freaking slow when it comes to drive thru! You are McDonalds, you are suppose to be fast! I dont understand how they have two intercoms for drive thru and only ONE person is taking orders on both of them. I work here and I know my coworkers well and I'm staying these facts on a legit level. All of the coworkers here are fun and amazing. the food is clean, kitchen is always spotless, everyone washes their hands after handling something which is AMAAZIINGGG, and also, we try to do things as quick as possible and to always keep our ingredients fresh. I know it gets backed up sometimes in drive-thru but it's really because we try our best to keep our customers satisfied with their food. Sorry . FAST ACCURATE DRIVE THRU, 24hr drive thru, INTERIOR MODERN and whole restaurant is renovated. PLAYSET INSIDE which is nice for kids on a hot day. Usually go thru drive thru. The one time went inside they missed a drink and a hash brown but suspect it's because the person was new. read more

So there's a sign that says "dining room and drive-thru open 24 hours" and I have gone here many times and tried to go inside at about 11 or 12 and they would be closed and could never seem to explain to me why they were closed when the sign said they were open... recently had 4 people in my car and needed 4 separate orders (normally you're allowed to have 2), so I asked the woman if I could do 4 since the dining room was closed earlier than advertised and she said yes. when I got to the window she was being very rude, snatching the money out of my hand and shoving my change and food at me. she was being so aggressive she dropped my debit card outside and didn't even apologize.
