Long wait times. I went through the drive thru. The girl tonight (12/11/25) she was nice and gave me a personalized experience. She told me about the Grinch Meal and how it was sold out during week one! I ordered a fish filet and a medium fry. Thanks to the app, I received the medium fry free. She did tell me to move forward to wait for fresh fries. The food was good and hot. I really appreciate on how well they cooked the fish filet because at some locations it be a hit or a miss. I waited 10 mins for my food but I do appreciate the person that was running out the food. He apologized for the delay and I can tell he was sincere. read more

Food - poor Service -poor Ambience- never sat inside My husband and son used to go to this particular location, so I stopped by to get a vanilla cone for my son. It took so long to take the order at the drive through, that I decided to leave before a voice came through asking what they could get for me. I asked for 3 vanilla ice creams cones. The lady repeated my order like she did not believe, that was all, I, was ordering. It took longer to get my order, at the pick up window, I received my order but the lady was distracted talking to a colleague, that one of the cones fell. This is a great McDonalds. My son and I come here pretty much weekly now since we are in the area on a weekly basis generally. Coming to McDonalds is a treat and this location does a good job at maintaining a clean and functional facility. The food is well made and I recommend ordering through the app as you can get some discounts and take your time ordering. Nearly every time there is something missing from or wrong with our order. nothing fancy, just consistent oversights of something getting left out. Once or twice during busy rushes I understand, but it is nearly every time, even when there is no rush. Service is also painfully slow, in the drive thru particularly, regardless of time of day. I have 2 young kids so we'll be back through I'm sure, but I shouldn't have to hold up the line even more and check the bag every time, then deal with drive-thru attitude when I request my complete order. read more

This McDonald's is located in the Kohl's shopping center in Suwanee. The drive-thru moves fairly quickly and the dine-in experience is solid. Clean and well-kept. I usually get the chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. The best. read more

Horrible customer service. We were looking for a place to meet late at night to work on a project, and the sign on McDonald's said 24 hour dine in/drive thru so we decided to work there. We sat down around 10, bought dinner, and started working on the project. The food was typical, and nothing really stood out. Around 11:30 PM, I noticed 4 high school students walking in, probably finding a place to hang out. Then suddenly, an employee barks at them that she doesn't to "babysit kids" and that they can't hang out there. The group ended up leaving a few minutes later. Then the same employee caught sight of us and said that we had 30 minutes to leave. I got kind of worried since we were in the middle of a project, and the sign said 24 hour dine in. I went up to her and asked about the sign, and she got irritated and also said that she didn't want to "babysit kids" this late. Then in a sassy tone, she said that since I questioned her, we only have 10 minutes left to stay in the dining area. We still stayed there until 12AM. However, around 11:50, she went to the door and removed the sign that said 24 hour dine in/drive thru. I mean I understand that you get payed terribly and have to deal with people meeting late at night, but you don't have to sass everyone and remove the sign. Horrible.... If I could go negative stars it would be a -5! Not sure why this location is still opened. Two young associates argued about using the little kiosk at the front. People sitting around. It took me an extra 10 min to figure it out. Why are you not just taking the order instead of forcing patrons to use the kiosk? Why can't I give this place no stars. First let me start by saying this place has failed 2 of their last 4 health inspections so don't expect much. The staff at this location seems to think serving customers is an imposition to begin with, they definitely don't do special requests like "Hot Fries" I asked for that and the fries were just over room temperature, when I complained, I was told that all the fries were that temperature, I asked for a fresh order and the employee said something under her breath as she was heading to the fryer. The burger was standard McDonald's grade but again was served at about 85 degrees. The drink station was sticky and had garbage all around it, that might have been because the garbage cans were full. Overall, eating off a food truck would be less likely to make you ill. The best part of my trip was the fact that they falsified their health report, they changed a 56 to an 86 and when I confronted the Manager on duty, she said that the health department said that it was okay to change this on the report. read more

It was about 8pm and there was only one car in front of me. I come here for breakfast sometimes. The term "fast food" doesn't apply here in the morning. Expect a long wait at drive through. Cars backed up and parked waiting for their order. Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. The other reviews are not random incidents. The entire establishment is subpar. Every time I have ordered food here it has been disgusting and cold, and you're lucky if you get through the drive thru in 45 minutes if it is after 12AM. The staff is completely unprofessional and yells and gossips with each other in front of customers instead of actually preparing food. It should not take 20 minutes per car to take an order. I understand if you're short staffed, but In an hour window you should be able to handle more than 4 cars. Don't get me started on the staff anymore than I have. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. These are the kinds of people who give the rest of us a bad impression on fast food workers.
