I came in for lunch on hump day . Ambiance was casual with tvs above on sports channels very nice. The regular roast beef with horsey sauce was perfect. The potato cakes very good. Service was friendly and swift. Great experience rang the bell! read more

Stopped by this location for a quick lunch. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by someone who I suspect may be the franchise owner. I asked whether they had any ongoing specials, to which one of the employees quickly responded "no". However the person who greeted me as I came in, asked "what would you like?" I responded with inquiring about their 2 for $7 special, to which he happily obliged. Apparently there is a button for it on the register, which he showed the young employee working the register. I placed my order and also added a separate cheeseburger meal. Once I got my order I left, but while inspecting my order I was missing some items. Upon returning to the store, the owner already had a separate bag ready containing my missing items, and he even added some "extras". He handed me the bag with a smile and a sincere apology, and I let him know that his energy was infectious. He was not just there to help his employees, but he set positive examples for his staff to follow to ensure excellent customer treatment and satisfaction: treat you customer like gold, and they will keep coming back. The other value he provided to his staff is an invaluable life lesson: Don't wait for others to be positive toward you, to which you can react. Instead, start with being positive toward others, and they will reciprocate. If this is a trend toward customer engagement/treatment, I'm extremely satisfied. Yes, we all make mistakes, but admitting to the mistake and going the extra mile to make up for it pays dividends, in this case, in customer satisfaction. I visited the Arby's in Johns Creek to take advantage of their Father's Day promotion. I had received an email from Arby's telling me that they were giving away one free sandwich in honor of Father's Day. The restaurant was serving drive-thru and carry-out customers. I entered the restaurant and was immediately greeted by Kiki, the cashier. She was friendly and welcoming. She wished me a Happy Father's Day and thanked me at the end. My food was delivered very quickly. My only complaint is regarding the taste or quality of the sandwich. I ordered the Smoked Brisket Sandwich based upon the picture on the menu board. When I received the sandwich, I immediately went to my car and started eating it. The sandwich tasted very dry. There was a very small amount of sauce in the center of the sandwich, but there was absolutely no sauce near the edges of the bun. Based upon Kiki's service and hospitality, I would have given 4 stars, but the taste and quality of the sandwich lowered the review to 3 stars. read more

All these negatives reviews are not reflective of this particular restaurant. So what you have to wait a little longer for your food. Maybe because This Arby's consistently maintains a HEATH SCORE of 100/A across the board. Its posted at the drive thru window. Can you prove the Health Score about your favorite restaurant? I'd rather wait a little longer for food from a grade A restaurant, than a restaurant whose employee smiles at me with quick service and a bad Health Score. Maybe this Arby's employees are sick of people complaining about freshly prepared food???? And hence explains the "attitude"?? Or maybe go somewhere else. Jus sayin.... read more

I have NEVER been a fan of Arby's in my 25+ years Of life. I'm writing this review to say how ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE this restaurant is!! I've NEVER seen a fast food place this clean in my whole life. This staff is100% on top of it! Tasha and Maria answered ALL of my questions and even gave my some great recommendations! These two know customer service and I will me back FOR SURE!! Arby's is so lucky to have these two employees working for these two working got them. With 12+ years working in the restaurant business, I know an excellent employee when I see one!! Recently renovated and always very clean inside. Staff is pleasant and never had an issue with my food.

We arrived at 8:55 pm and at the drive through the employee informed us they had closed and it was actually after 9. I told them the time from my phone which was now 8:57. As I pulled around a male employee flipped off my daughter and I at which time I informed them of my intent to leave this review. In these current times, we expected better. read more

This Arby's restaurant opened yesterday in johns creek, Georgia. This location takes over an old Pollo Tropical franchise that apparently wasn't too successful. So far, they've done a great job. The restaurant is super clean looking and filled with very friendly and helpful staff. The food? As good as Arby's is going to be. It was at par or above average for Arby's food. Our hostess Sayolanda was SUPER helpful and a huge asset to this location. She communicated very clearly with the rest of the staff for our large order. The buffalo chicken sandwich which is almost $5 for just the sandwich is basically the $1 chicken sandwich from McDonald's with buffalo and ranch poured on it. I got the meal and for almost $8 I left still hungry. My fries were the end of the batch in the basket so it was all small pieces. Very unsatisfied with this visit. Wish I had ordered off the dollar menu at McDonald's and gotten a side of buffalo and ranch for the $1 chicken sandwich. What a joke!!! read more
