We stopped by while out Christmas shopping. This location has very good food.I just feel for the money there are better options. Having said that you can get free peanuts. The burgers are tasty but the star of the show is the fresh, hand cut fries! You can't eat just one! The freestyle coke machine like. In many movie theaters provide the beverage of your choice .Ambiance is casual with music but no tv's. Restrooms are clean . Health score is 96 A. I have a disclosure...I'm only rating the fries. But my boyfriend had the cheeseburger, and he said it was really good. I like that they have lots of options for toppings and that they are free! I mean good toppings like relish, hot sauce, BBQ sauce, jalapenos, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions,...even A1. He has never been to a Five Guys, and when he took a bit of his burger, he said..."wow, the hype is real". They don't have a veggie option, so I was kinda disappointed with that. But I do love me some fries, and they have really good cajun fries. He was skeptical, and was complaining about the $3 small fry (apparently I don't eat enough fast food to know that's a lot to pay for fries) but he ended up saying they were better than Arby's, so I felt that was a win. Service wasn't the greatest, which was the main drawback. It's certainly not a fancy place for dining, and doesn't have much in the way of atmosphere. I do like the open kitchen, but I'd never seek this place out for an in-dine experience. But when I'm jonesing for fries, this is one of the places that will come to mind. read more

Did an online pickup order, first time at this location. When I walked in to see what a mess it was at 330 on a Sunday, I should have left. 2 other people in the place, with no employees cleaning. Just standing around. NO FREESTYLE machine either. What kind of cheap franchise owner doesn't spring for that? Oh yeah, the who who let's their store look like a compost pile. Definitely no In-N-Out but the food is decent. This is where I'll go if I'm craving a burger. I like that you can add anything you want and it's included in the price. But somehow I still manage to spend about $9 for a burger with small fries. I usually get the hamburger with grilled onion, lettuce, mushrooms, jalapenos, ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce. For some reason, the burger is always a different size each time I get it. Sometimes it'll be super huge, and at other times, it'll be a medium size. I guess it depends on how much of the toppings the person puts on for you. I like the cajun fries, but only when they make it right. Sometimes they'll overdo it with the seasoning that it'll make your blood pressure go through the roof. Other times, they'll underdo it with the seasoning, making it taste a bit bland. I'll probably still come here to eat once in a great while. Minus one star for the price. Even though they claim everywhere that it's cheap, it's not. And minus one more star for the inconsistencies with they way they prepare the food. read more

Five Guys is a chain in which I know can get a Gluten Free burger and fries, as well as a really good greasy artery clogging bite to eat. While this Five Guys is one of the smaller, it is by far one of the friendliest I've been to. They were quick and prompt, and knew to that they had to change their gloves when cooking and fixing a GF burger. One of the major downsides to getting a GF is the way in which the lettuce is cut. It is cut in such a way that you can't really wrap the burger in it without everything falling out. If your looking for a quick and filling lunch, Five Guys is always a good option. read more

I've been coming here on and off for years. Need a decent burger and some tasty fries, 5 guys will do. However, I take my mom for the first time today. She's like I want a good juicy burger and fries. Okay, we get in there and I'm looking at the menu and I see a regular bacon cheeseburger for $8.29. Are they kidding? Ridiculous! You can't even get your burger ordered to temp. I get it, the whole e. Coli thing but I believe the reason is because the patties are so darn thin. The meat to bread ratio is way off. We ordered our burgers with the basic condiments and they both came out wrong. Really? $21 bucks and change for two SMALL burgers, one order of fries (they were good and there was plenty) and two drinks. Come on 5 guys. Let's get the price point together. I love 5 guys but this place is the worse I have ever been to. The patty was cold! I think it was precooked. The fries were double cooked. They put already cooked fries back into to the fryer. Just found out there's a Five Guys near my workplace... WOOHOO!!! it can't get any better than this.. If you love some old fashioned cooked on a flat burgers that are just on the edge of being greasy and remind you of that little hole in the wall place you loved as a kid, this is the place to go! I've visited many of the other locations throughout the city before, and they all are well-staffed and very friendly. The service is always quick and you always manage to get enough fries for you and a friend no matter whether you ask for a large or small order. I do have some bad news though. This location doesn't have the awesome touch-screen Coke machine like the one over near Buckhead does. I asked someone there about it and they said that they were pulling them out of the stores that had them because the variety was too vast and people just stuck to the basic coke/diet coke/sprite. Too bad, those things are AWESOME! Went up here with a friend after work one evening and sat down to have a burger and a TRUE Kosher hotdog along with some seasoned fries. I stared at his muscular muscly muscle-bound chest while waiting in line to place my order. "May I take your order, sir?" Oh no. He spotted me. I didn't expect things to escalate to quickly. "I'd the one all the way over there." I glanced at the menu... "A bacon cheese burger please." As he turned around, I had a chance to get a glimpse of those nice firm policies. Plumbing problem or not, at least update yelp to reflect your hours so we aren't waisting our time. When talked to management about it they were unprofessional. I usually have a great experience at Five Guys. But this one in particular they had terrible customer service. I came in one night to get a burger and as soon as I pulled up the guy behind the grill started hitting something and cussing at me thinking that I couldn't see him. I continued to go inside and order my food and the entire time he had an attitude with and was staring me down. As soon as he turned away to make my food, he was talking about me to the other guy that was working and rolling his eyes. AWWWWW man, we had just finished moving from across town and had been up since early Saturday morning. We had gotten most of everything in its place and emptied boxes. But we need to make a run to a store to pick up some odds and ends and but needed food before doing so. We all voted burgers and fries. These guys are right up the street from the new place and the store we needed to go to plus I didn't have to cook that night. We got in and we ordered cheesebugers all the way and a large fry Cajun style and drinks. While we waited for order to be called we enjoyed the complimentary peanut they provide. Once our order was called we sat down and got busy. 15-20min later we were sitting back in our chairs, rubbing our belly's, and saying how great those burgers were. Now that I've been to five or six of these joints :-) in and around the Northside, I've settled on this one as the best of the lot. I like my burgers medium rare, and this is the only burger joint I've been to recently that hasn't given me a ration when I order one, and actually delivers it cooked correctly. The tomatoes are red, firm, and tasty, the onions are crisp and sweet, the lettuce is cold and fresh without tan spots, and the beef is not overwrought by handling. The buns are fragrant, firm on the surface, but yieldingly fresh and slightly yeasty within, notable for their ability to hold up under juices and enthusiastic bites. Never have been able to eat an order of their nice fries completely, even with a helper. One of these days I'll try a hot dog, but why experiment when a sure thing's available? read more

Normally a solid choice for lunch. normally a wait at 12:30. Not today for sure. Well maybe its too close to the holiday. No such luck.....its empty and i order two plain chburgers, a hot dog and a large fry. It seems that the either the price of potatoes has soared , there is a potato shortage or the guy cooking was too lazy to drop another basket. My order was pretty sad. The manager saw my disappointment and offered to cook me more but i had enough. Usually you get enough fries with a small order four can eat from it. This large was equal to a McDonald's large. Avoid this location very poor service. I wouldn't pay that staff $2 per hour let alone $15. Puhlease. read more
