Today at around 12:30 I had my sons go in to pick up an order online. Upon departure my youngest ask for a bite, just leaving soccer practice he didn't want to wait. I'm glad I let him open because one of the sandwiches had ham and salami in which we don't eat pork. I had my son walk it back in to advise them our sand is wrong. He came right back out stating that's the way the sandwich comes. So I grabbed the back and went back in because we don't eat pork so I have a paid sandwich no one can eat. I asked the young man working if he can pls fix it. He appeared annoyed and asked me to get my order right next time! I verbally told him what to put on the correct sandwich and be sure to make it mikes way. He agreed to make a new sandwich. I get home to eat the sandwich and it's by far the worst sandwich I ever had from jersey mikes, which is impossible, they are the best! The bread was so hard and old it cut my tongue. It was not made the mikes way, it was incredibly dry and stale tasting, with missing ingredients, I couldn't finish it. He definitely just put the sandwich together effortlessly. Our bill was almost $50 dollars, worth of food for a horrible outcome. Due to my experience I will not return to this location ever again. Horrible customer experience. read more

We have had EXCELLENT subs and service from Jersey Mike's, when we lived in Las Vegas! We were excited to have a store open up so close to our home.... My wife went in for subs yesterday. She got a number 7 on gluten-free bread. I wanted my usual, a GIANT # 17 with extra meat. What I discovered when I got home, was indeed a # 17 on a large sub roll. Thre DEFINITELY wasn't double meat, as a matter of fact, the meat that was on the bread, didn't even fill the bread surface. My wife even asked the girl if it was double meat, and she said it was........... NOT EVEN CLOSE! My wife said the girl must have been new, but don't lie if you're not sure. Now I will be going in to get this fixed. Depending on the outcome, I will be editing my review. read more

Jersey Mikes delivers when it comes to great subs and sandwiches. I make this a stop once a week. Where this location falls short is staffing. In the fast casual business, it's all about efficiency and getting customers in and out in a timely manner. At 12 o'clock during a work week it's not unusual, at this location, to have only 2 employees with a line backed up into the bathroom hallway. 2 people to slice meat, run the grill, build the subs, work the register , handle online orders. It's just asking too much of employees that are there. The one time they had all hands on deck was for a large catering order, the restaurant was humming, people were in and out quickly. Make it a point to have 4 people there and I bet the average rating goes up. I've come here twice, a couple months apart. Was disappointed both times. The store looked dirty both times, the people were never friendly, or even talked to you. However there was someone outside on the phone both times. I don't drink soda, but I do drink sweet tea, and their sweet tea was absolutely disgusting both times, like someone just didn't feel the need to clean the container out. Work at super target near by this jersey mikes with my girlfriend, on lunch break we ordered two sandwiches, buffalo chicken sandwich and original Italian, we both got food poisoned and threw up after get home, barely sleep whole night, I just sit next to the toilet, threw up like 5-6 times, I can't even remember, she threw up like 3 times till there's nothing more comes out except water. Shame on you jersey Mikes, you all should shut down and fired these idiots who work in the kitchen. The store looks dirty too, especially the cooking table, meats are everywhere, even on the ground, none clean up, when there's no guest employees just sitting there eating ice cream, totally disgusting experience, will never eat again. Today I ordered a giant turkey on wheat, I know they have a double meat upgrade but know for a fact I didn't hit the "half meat" option!!! Pathetic, had nearly no turkey. This place is an embarrassment to what it means to be Jersey Mike's. We've given this establishment plenty of chances to prove us wrong but they more times than not prove us right. The owner and manager should be ashamed. Our most recent order was a Big Kahuna and a Cheese Steak. Both had terribly dry steak to the point that they were inedible. I was just looking at all the reviews and wanted to outweigh some of the stupid reviews from people. You are ordering a sub sandwich, you don't have to have such high standards. Just order online like a normal person and you won't have any issues. I order a lot on doordash from this location and they have never been bad. Remember most of the staff are young people in high school and college, don't be a jerk and try to make their life harder. 5/5 good sandwiches! read more
