I recently stopped by the Jersey Mike's at 11300 Medlock Bridge Rd in Duluth, and I don't usually write reviews. But this time, I felt compelled to share my experience. That's how good it was. I've been to several Jersey Mike's locations over the years, and while I've never had a bad visit, this one genuinely stood out in a way that made me want to take a moment and give credit where it's due. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated like more than just another customer. Richard, the person who made my sandwich, gave a level of service that honestly caught me off guard -- in the best way possible. He was friendly, attentive, and you could tell he took real pride in what he was doing. It didn't feel rushed or routine. It felt thoughtful, like he actually wanted me to enjoy what I was about to eat. I ordered my usual, the Italian sub, and as I was walking out, Richard told me with a smile, "You're going to come back after tasting this." I kind of laughed, not thinking much of it. But when I got home and took that first bite, I just sat there like... wow. Everything was fresh, perfectly balanced, and honestly felt like it was made with love. It hit different. What really stood out to me is how valued I felt as a customer. Richard didn't just make a sandwich. He created an experience, and that's something I'll remember. I don't even live near this location, but it's close to my gym. Because of this one interaction, I plan to go out of my way to come back. Best Philly I've ever had, not too expensive. They had very clean bathrooms, and nice employees.

Fresh and tasty, but wish they had Italian dressing. Also would be nice if they could make their sub bread, crispy and crunchy. They also close early. read more

5:45 pm I'm not sure what happened to my edited review but I got a Philly from them and it was absolutely lame. You never cook beef without salt and pepper!!!!! Any imbeciles knows that. It was super plain, super bland cheese. Ready to wait 20-30min for a sandwich this is the place, want to order online for a pick-up get ready to wait longer because they don't use a pickup rack and will finish your order and won't put it out. Every other Jersey mikes is better or just go to the chick fil la down the street read more

I've only ever tried one other location and wasn't as happy with my food. They always make everything at this location exactly how I like it. Tonight, I had a bonus: a brand new sandwich called the portobello mushroom Swiss. I don't like Swiss cheese as a rule, but I ordered on the mobile app and there wasn't an option to change the cheese. I didn't want the peppers on it, but otherwise left it as described. It was so incredibly delicious! I debated whether I could just make that at home, but no way! This has something magical on it or it's the people working at the Johns Creek location, but I pray it stays on the menu! read more

Service was fast and efficient and the restaurant is spotless. I ordered the Mike's Famous Philly with chips, drink and cookie. The sub was served hot and delicious with melted American cheese and a generous serving of peppers. I enjoyed every bite and will definitely return. My only area of improvement would be in regards to the bread quality, which could be better. read more

I'm sure I'm a bit late to this party but man am I glad I finally decided to show up! I had heard and seen folks saying Jersey Mike makes the best sub but had been in the habit of getting mine for a certain grocery chain with an excellent deli department. (I still go there for that chicken tender sub) I finally suggested Jersey Mike's to my lady and we haven't looked back since! I've been stuck on their beef Cheese Steak subs for a minute but then I tried their chicken Cheese Steak sub that last couple of times we've ordered. I have yet to be disappointed. I prefer the hot subs vs. the cold ones but my lady she's absolutely hooked on the good 'ole regular, smegular ham sub and can't seem to get enough of it! I think too many restaurants don't realize the huge difference it makes to serve fresh food. Not day-old leftovers. (I can get those out my frig). But quality, fresh ingredients that are prepared and served to order. It's easy to tell that's exactly what Jersey Mike's does. And as long as they do, they'll have our business. While visiting Atlanta I ate at Jersey Mike's. The service was pretty fast during the lunch rush. The meat, vegetables and bread were fresh. The employees serving the food were nice. I think the price I paid for a two sandwich combo was a little pricey. The sandwich had a little too much vinegar but was still delicious. The bathroom was very clean and smelled good. The bathroom contained Cintas hygiene products which are very great . The parking lot was a little tight on space. There are multiple restaurants in the area if you choose not to eat at Jersey Mike's. read more

Poor attitude when my family went to this location. Lady started slicing our bread and then stopped to take order from people (no masks) behind us in the queue. We complained and she gave us attitude "It's faster this way"! she stated. "for whom" I responded " Us or the maskless customer we're trying to be distanced from". She didn't care for this. The guy at the counter apologized (twice). I feel like $14 is expensive for a large sub. The bread was not fresh.. I the mask policy (or lack of one) needs to change. There's a pandemic going on!!!! Ordered online for pickup. PickEd up and very disappointed with the tuna bowls. My husband's lunch barely had any tuna and they left out the cheese I pad extra for. My tuna bowl was very very watery. A very solid turkey sub. I go there for lunch once a week. It doesn't take forever, tastes pretty good, and is very convenient.

Got the Philly with jalapeños. Could use some more flavor in the meat - and I prefer my philly toasty (make sure to specify when you order). I got the size up from regular. It's huge!! Overall - I was sort of satisfied. More flavorful meat + a toastier bun and I would of been over the moon. Next time I'll try something else. read more

Never tried JM's before until recently, and I have to say, their sandwich options trump any cold sub place out there. The guys here at the store were friendly and fast, and the place was clean enough to eat off the floor. I've seen these everywhere and don't know why I haven't tried them our sooner. I'm not gonna lie, I've a Jimmy John's fan and they are typically my goto sub join. Mike's was really good. Why? The food is traditional deli style. The meats, cheese and veggies look super fresh and everything is on display to the consumer. Meats and cheese are sliced on the spot per order and it has a feel of old time mom-n-pop deli. The serving sizes are very generous and the price is reasonable. I've had two experiences at alternate locations before this review and the quality and consistence was par excellence. The only thing missing to deli style sides; Prepackaged chips and drink. Why would I drive out of my way and spend the extra cash to go to Jersey Mike's? Because they serve the best quality sub in town. Or, they used to. Today's roast beef was not the fabulous roasted choice top round, but an impostor that looked like shaved plastic and had no flavor. Just like all the rest of the competition. What happened??? Is this the new normal? If so, I'll go some place else. I would rather be told my favorite is not available than to have such a poor quality substitution if it was a temporary fix. read more

I was in the mood for a sub & tried this new Jersey Mike's in Johns Creek. I ordered a Club Sub: turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, mayo & some kind of sauce. The bread tasted good (it wasn't just filling) & it was piled high & the sauce was awesome. It took me a while to eat it - & that was a regular size. Actually it took me a while to figure out how to pick it up it was so tall. It also comes in a large size but I cannot imagine who could eat that unless it's for several people to share. So, bottom line: great value, really tasty sandwich, all of it made to order, & good service. Nice folks run the place. Recommend it & I plan to go back to try some of the other subs. Recently opened, this little sub shop was very clean & organized, with a friendly & very nice staff. I figured the food would be decent (Jersey Mike's has a good rep), but I was not expecting to get the best - the BEST - Philly Cheese Steak I ever had. This is not like any fast food place I'd ever been to. I asked for the peppers & onions to be cooked extra well done, & it was done exactly the way I like - perfect amount of everything, prepared to perfection, with fresh & tasty ingredients. I've been to this location twice now. Everything is bright and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The food was fresh and delicious.
