Dining room not open at 730 am even though posted hours on the door are 0530-1200. Waste of my time

The woman that run this McDonald's in the morning are horrible. EVERY single morning after I've already ordered at the speaker, they ask me again at the window what I ordered! Uuuugh Now this morning, I order, she tells me to pull forward. I say, "Can I have my total please?" Trying to avoid having to tell them my order again! She says, "I don't have it, you'll have to pull forward." HOW HARD IS IT!!!! Now it makes sense though cause I saw this turd writing orders on paper! I worked at McDonalds when I was a kid and I was fast as hell. I guess that's why I don't work here anymore and found something that pays a lot more. read more

Waited to get help with order kiosk, finally I went to pickup counter and asked for help after over 15 minutes of frustration. a person took my order and the whole thing took about thirty minutes. I along with others were unable to get a meal in a timely fashion. I understand the reason for the kiosk, now their customers are walking out. read more

Theft in sheep's clothing Time to rant a little. So went to McDonald's with my daughter. We were craving French fries, and let's face it. Nothing beats McDonald's fries. I went through the drive through and got to the window 15 minutes later. I handed him $7 dollars for my $6.78 large fry and two drinks. He then stated by the way we don't have any coins for the change. The look on my face was dumbfounded. I then saw a sign posted on this window that I finally got to after 15 mi. In the drive through saying something about a nationwide coin shortage. He said so do you want to pay with a card. I said no I want to pay in cash and said whatever. And moved to the next window. On the way home my daughter asked me why this bothered me. After all it was only 20 cents or so. I explained yes but for 10 people that 20 cents is $2 and for 100 people it is $20 and for a 1000 people it is $200. Not sure about you but I would imagine a few thousand people go there a day. So tell me is this theft. Is this fair. Do they round to the nearest dollar and if you are under 50 cents they don't charge. I have heard of getting rid of the penny. I always thought that is fair as it cost more to produce the penny and count the penny and so on than the penny is worth. This however seems a bit extreme. In this case it took a long time for the car in front of me to pay and I saw the driver hand the cashier coins. I assumed it was because the person in front wanted to pay in exact change. I now feel different. I also wonder why the cashier had no change in his drawer to offer me when the person in front of me used coins. Pleas let me know you thoughts. I think an enterprising owner is seeing an opportunity to take advantage. Or an enterprising employee may be doing the same. read more

This McDonald's is the perfect place to stop before going through the Grapevine. Every time we drive up to Bakersfield, we make a pit stop here to grab some nugs. It's McDonalds, so you know what to expect. There's a big dining area and they keep the bathrooms pretty clean. There's also drive thru. They're super quick. read more

McDonald's in the middle of highway 5. It actually has a pretty sleek look, so it does have that, but the service here is quit slow. A lot of travelers will hit this spot, so be warned in advanced. So it's McDonald's, and if you don't know what that means, then I'm not sure what to say. Burger chain that many people love, and many people hate. It's McDonald's! Overall, it's a place to hit if you're hungry and need to get gas nearby. Otherwise, keep moving. read more

Good morning McDonalds!!! I had work in the area and needed a quick bite to eat. Went in today for the #1 breakfast meal which is the McMuffin, hash brown, and a coffee. Of course you can get orange juice instead of coffee. Every time I come here the service is fast and the food is tasty as usual. But there has been times I have bitten into their hash browns and you can tell they needed to change the oil in their fryer. It just tasted old and burnt. The coffee, be careful!!! It's always blazing hot!! It makes Starbucks coffee feel lukewarm. My advice to McDonald's, change your oil in the fryer and change it often, it makes a world of difference in the food. read more

The service here is terrible. Every car that went through the drive through had to pull up and wait 10 mins to the front and wait for them to just bring out the wrong orders over and over again. We told the guy what we were waiting for and he continued to come back to our car with the wrong order after we explained what we were missing. Had to go inside and waited 20 mins for them to ask AGAIN what our order was and that they "lost it". Do not recommend at all and I've had so much better service. read more

i'm not one to leave bad reviews but it's been the THIRD time i've had to leave the line because of how long it takes for them to keep the line moving. It should not take 15-20 minutes for them to take my payment. I've worked at MD before so i do my best to be understanding, but it's crazy tbh. I witnessed 4 or 5 cars leaving line cause of 1) long wait time or 2) no one answering the speaker after saying "hello??" several times. I'm not one to leave a negative review for anyone. I'm in customer service and I'm aware when a customer is angry they are more inclined to leave that negative review instead of a positive when they're happy. Typically, this McDonalds location I've had average service. Today, however was unacceptable. We were asked to park in spot 7 to wait for our order; two medium fries, 6 piece nugget, and a McDouble. We were told it would be a 4 minute wait. Understandable as it was 12pm on a Saturday. Spot 7 is on the other side of their parking lot which requires you to drive out and back in. This took us at most a minute to get to the spot. About 10 minutes of sitting there we started questioning what was going on. After sitting for another 15 minutes we went in looking for a Manager. We asked twice for one and they all stayed in the back until one was in close enough range to make eye contact and we had to tell them "come here". After asking whats going in they claimed that they came out and no one was in spot 7. Which is a lie! And that is how we ended up here. I do not appreciate liars. As a Manager myself it is IMPORTANT to take ownership when your team messes up. The manager not only tried to put the blame on us but there was no I'm sorry, let us remake your order, or let me comp it for you. In the end we waited for 30 mins, blamed that we were not in the spot, and was given our order thats been sitting for 30 mins. McDonalds is a huge corporation and my one review is not going to impact them financially. BUT if they review their ORM each month I would hope that they would focus not only on the positive reviews but the negatives as well; view this as a learning/growth opportunity and educate/train their teams to be better. read more

How can they mess up a one item order? I ordered a fish sandwich without tartar sauce, and the order was printed out correctly on the receipt and the label, but the sandwich was smothered in sauce. This restaurant definitely has issues, I should've pulled up the yelp apps first. My wife went inside to order food for breakfast and got 2 deluxe breakfast platters. She came back to the car to find out that there's no utensils and condiments in the bag--HOW DO YOU EXPECT US TO EAT OUR PANCAKES??? She went back to the store & the supervisor decided to give her extra hash brown. Does that really solve the problem when it could easily be fixed in the first place? TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!!! I was going home on a trip and needed to eat lunch and go to the bathroom. The drive throu line was bleeding out to the street and I wasn't going to spend an hour in that line wasting fuel and time. Because their lobby was closed you couldn't go inside to either wash your hands, go to the bathroom or order. I understand in the beginning of the pandemic, but even the CDC says that washing hands is more critical than the masks. If you can't wash yourself hands, you can possibly still get infected by the handling of the money or cards, or even your car. Pointless to go here unless you preorder and pickup at the door because there wasn't really anyone there. read more

I recently had a very disappointed experience at McDonald's, which left me frustrated and perplexed. Without explanation, justification, or cause my order was was canceled. Canceling my order without proper justifications was not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful to customers like myself and others who rely on McDonald's for their meals. What makes this more frustrating is a lack of communication from McDonald's part, in regards to the cancellation of the order. A simple explanation or apology would have gone along way, and would have mitigated my disappointment. Canceling an order without calls is simply unacceptable especially since they did charge my credit card. I hope that McDonald's will take steps to ensure better communication and transparency, and similar situations in the future but however, as of my part, I cannot continue business with them and I will take my business elsewhere. read more

This was the most un-welcoming McDonalds. Staff named Maria coldly told us to use a kiosk which I am not familiar with. After a while, it asked to enter a number and I had to press a button for assistance. No one answered or showed up. Asked around and looks like that number is from something that had to be next to the machine. (Maybe like table# at Carl's?) The kiosk was NOT ready for use. Why were we told to use it. We ended up ordering with Maria face to face. I would have argued if she speaks enough English. Preparation was very slow. My buddy asked for ketchup. Maria again walked away without any response. Buddy ended up screaming to her, I need fu*#!% ketchup. Food was okay, but wasn't exceptional to avoid 1 star. By the time we leave, that assistance light on the kiosk was still on. Soon noticed multiples of lights were on. No one seem to care about it. read more

Fanciest Mickey D's we've ever walked into. I needed another pee break before we hit the grapevine on our road trip back from OC. So of course I thought why not hit up MD's for a quick restroom break and then a snack break (soft serve ice cream please!). The restrooms were very very clean, which is super weird for a fast food joint. The staff actually looked like they enjoyed working there, which is doubley weird for a fast food joint. This McDonald's was huge, had fast service, plenty of tables and booths to sit, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was super fast and friendly, the coolest thing I saw was that they do mobile ordering there!!! I read some horrible reviews about this McDonald's. I don't eat at McDonald's often, it's pretty rare. BUT, My wife and I like the fish sandwich and I saw an advertisement that said fish Friday's two dollars. We live nearby and decided to go there for a quick meal. When we walked in a lady from behind the counter walked up to us while we were looking at the order kiosk. She was extremely friendly, happy and helpful and asked if we needed any help. I asked her her name and it was Elaine. She helped us with the kiosk with a Fantabulous attitude! I asked her if it was possible to get french fries well done and she said absolutely. We ordered, paid for it and sat down at a table. A few minutes later she brought our food to our table! The fries were as amazing as her attitude! All I can say is WOW. I am 66 and have eaten at McDonald's my whole life on and off and never had this kind of service before. I don't think I've ever had this kind of service at any fast food place! I will be back for sure especially if Elaine is there! read more

The people there are friendly and nice. They got the order correct and on time. Also, they also have a great smile on their face. I would like to recommend it because if you are hungry and want a snack you can go to this restaurant and you will get the food to you as fast as you think.
