Unless you're traveling down the 5 and need to stop here because of the convenient location right off the freeway, it's best to avoid this place. Time and time again I have had terrible experiences here. My latest, and hopefully last visit, I used the mobile app and drive thru pickup as always. I did not order anything odd, McNuggets Happy Meal, and a couple 2 cheeseburger meals. I was told to pull my car over to the side to wait for my order, nothing unusual as this is a common way to allow the drive thru line to keep moving. After several minutes passed by, and seeing car after car get their food and drive off, I went inside to see why my order was taking so long. I asked the guy servicing the counter, he knew nothing, but was going to check. It's 10 minutes now after being asked to park to the side when I then asked who I assume was the manager about my order. I was not given any answers. I asked a different person. I then asked that manager again. Finally after 15-20 minutes after leaving the drive thru window I get my order. I wasn't given an apology. All that was said to me was she gave me large fries. Yes, changing my 2 medium fries to large was well worth the 15 minute wait. The excessive wait for nuggets and cheeseburgers was inexcusable, even for McDonald's standards. I understand this is a busy location being right off a busy interstate, but obviously these issues are never addressed. Never again will I come here. I'd rather just take the longer drive to another location. read more

Came in through the drive thru last night to get an M&M McFlurry and an egg McMuffin (why not?). I had to pull over and wait about 15 minutes for my egg McMuffin. This McDonalds 'S consistently gets orders wrong and then don't care when you have to call or go back in to make them correct them. It says the orders are double checked before they are sealed. I debated on writing this review because everyone knows Macdonald is not good food. The employees where beautiful end the food was stale. Life got a little uncomfortable when my eyes started itching from the sprite. We are burping so much it's just wow. I tried to give my dog a french fry and he almost THREW UP. Checked the website it states breakfast until 11 am. Downloaded the app, it also staes breakfast until 11 am. Placed order on app, app says there was an issue and to go into the store. "Manager" doesn't ask first, immediately tells me to place my order at a Kiosk and to bring the ticket. I show him my phone with the message and he tells me someone will be up to look at it. I am told they don't have the order in their system, they don't serve breakfast after 10:30. I informed him the website and app say 11 and ask him to update them. Did not offer to help or take my order, nothing. He was rude to every customer he talked to as well as the employees. read more

One of the cleanest McDonald establishments we have ever been to! The play area, restroom, and eating area are impecable. As soon as some patrons left, the staff wasted no time in cleaning the area. Ordering at the kiosk is annoying, but having the amazing employees bring the food to the table make up for it. read more

Order was wrong, have is Diet Coke instead of regular, had to wait 15 minutes in my car for the food, and workers are rude.

I think this place is underrated. It might depend on time but their chicken nugget was fresh and the service was great during morning. I don't find any problems regarding sanitization or anything bad so far. read more

This is a McDonalds so the food is the same as any other McDonalds in the US. This one was very dirty though. Over half of the empty tables were so dirty you would not want to sit there. I completely understand having a rush and being busy but it's the lack of accountability for me , the point of a curbside is to order ahead and have your order brought outside ready on time, not have to go inside and get it yourself, which is completely fine I get it's busy BUT nothing makes someone really annoyed to see them take a look at your bag , see that it has to go outside and still ignore it and not do anything about. Especially when you're on a lunch break ! I also took a bite of my burger and there was a liner sheet still on the burger , how do you cook it and not see that ?!!! Came here around 3am for a quick snack during work. Drove up to the drive thru order menu. Sat there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff. Decided maybe they want me to drive up and order. So I went to the window. No one was in sight. Lights were on and window was open. So I figured they have to be open. No one came. Could smell good being made. But still no one came. Sat there for another 5 minutes and then decided to leave. Seriously. I get it you're working at night. But doesn't me slack off and not do anything or care. Gives the business a bad representation and makes customers not come back.
