Despite of the bad reviews , I had a very good first impression . I saw this Mc Donald's about a year ago when I went to a Nike clearance and I thought Humm!! There's not a lot of McDonald's that offer playgrounds anymore so I decided to stop by after my shopping . And as soon as I came in, it looked very clean , the play area was very neat and I saw a worker cleaning the tables and just going into areas making sure everything was clean . DON'T EVEN BOTHER AND TURN AROUND! I can't express how I dislike this location. They are beyond unorganized always get the orders wrong and the drive thru line is so long I seriously consider it a days event just to get my order and get back home. I've had continuous issues with wrong orders here multiple of times to the point I complained to corporate just for them to reply and say they would have the store manager contact me and it's been 5 months I never received a call. I also want to add that the employees are so rude and like to act like smart asses to the point when you ask them for more ketchup they hand you ONE ketchup packet. More like zero stars doesn't even deserve a 1. Just wanted an iced coffee off my app for curbside. I kept my cool but I Waited 15 minutes at the curbside spot & called 3 times never got through. Everyone else around me got their meals in and out for the 15 min I was there & I asked the person bringing the meals to curbside about it & he didn't help at all he just said ok didn't even apologize or say he'd help. I had to get out and go inside and wait another 10 minutes. 25 minutes for a coffee ? Isn't curbside & their app supposed to be convenient ? Could've gone through the busy drive thru faster. The first manager made my coffee wrong after going inside& speaking with her and was very rude didn't even apologize just grabbed the coffee back& didn't even work on it. Got the other male manager and he helped and apologized. NONE of the other McDonald's locations are this inconvenient & rude. No Matter what you get there big or small you should have good service & friendly people. Maybe the family owners of all the other locations in SCV should take over this location because they need help. read more

my colleagues and i stopped here at least 3x a week for drinks prior to hitting the road. this was an obvious location as the other places like gas stations do not have bathrooms. but it took 25 minutes, from the time i entered the restaurant and left. during 12:25-12:50. this is a location located along the highway yet it couldn't offer the convenience that one expects. i don't know if i'll continue going to this location at all. admittedly, this was written out of spite from the bathroom cleaners pretty carefree reaction to different patrons asking about it. who knows, maybe it does in fact take 25 minutes. perhaps a monkey escaped from the zoo and smeared its waste across the wall and vigorous cleaning was necessary. read more

If I can give this McDonald a -5 rating, I would!!! This is the first review ever that I have given because they were that bad! Very dishonest employee/employers and bad service. We had to use the bathroom so we decided to go into the store for our order. We ordered a cookie tote and asked for fresh cookies then we head to the dining area and sat down on the tables while we waited for our order. Then 20 minutes later, one of the manager came out to the lobby and told us that we cannot in any way, sit down in the lobby because it is now closed. My sister replied to her that we were only waiting and sitting down in the lobby because we were waiting for our order. A few minutes later, they called us to pick up our order, my sister had asked the two guys in the front if they were fresh cookies and both of them said yes. Minutes later as we were still waiting for another order, we opened up the cookies and ate some, and it turned out that the cookies were not freshly baked as the workers had claimed. One of the worker came out to the lobby to tell us again that we cannot sit in the lobby anymore because it had just closed and if we wish to wait for our food then we have to go stand by the wall and we cannot even sit down on the chairs/tables that were on the side/walls, we can only stand up while we wait. I understand if the lobby was closed already and we still went to sit in the lobby then they can be mad all they want and come ask us to get out of the lobby, however, we were sitting in the lobby before it was "closed" so what I don't understand is that, why can't we just sit down while we wait for our food? I would have ignored the fact that they lied to us about baking us fresh cookies as we requested, but with this rude service, I then brought up our "supposedly fresh cookies" and told them that they were not fresh and requested them to make us some new ones. A few minutes later, they called us to pick up our "fresh cookies" so we picked it up and left to the car. As soon as we sat down in the car, I already had a feeling that they MICROWAVED the old cookies that we gave back to them. We checked the cookies and the inside was soft but the outside was hard (the outside should not be hard if it was freshly baked) and the breakfast tray and lid that they put the cookies on was hot as well, which indicates that they put the cookies on the breakfast tray and microwaved the whole thing! I already knew that walking back in the store would only be a waste of my time and we still had a long way drive back home so here I am, leaving them my review. Today's experience: I drive to the window to pay and the young gal had her back to me leaning on the closed window for at least a minute. Looked like she was on her phone and possibly on her break. I'm wondering is this where I pay or do I pull up to the next window? Finally she opens the window and asks if I ordered! And I said yes. She looks at the screen a long time confused and I'm about to remind her what I ordered then she interrupts saying I have to wear a mask. At this point I'm frustrated it's taking so long so I said no I'm not putting one on, I'm in my car 6 ft from her with fresh air in between us. She gets the manager who also insists I wear one. I tell him I don't have one so I pulled my shirt above my nose and he said no I can't do that and gave me an extremely hard time. Honestly don't even have enough energy to leave a review of how bad this place is. I'm shocked that this place is even still open. It's almost a joke that every single time I go through the drive-through they forget my food. Meanwhile my spouse constantly tells me it's my job to look through the food to make sure it's all there before leaving. That's their job that's what they're paid for but unfortunately she's right because these people have less than half a brain. went to drive thru and was greeted by a rude and angry person (she'd later tell me she was a manager, her name is Selina). As I was trying to place my order, she would constantly and abruptly interrupt me before I could even finish a sentence, aggressively asking "anything else?" and saying she didn't undeserved what I said last. She did this twice, until I finally told her that maybe if she would actually listen to me instead of interrupting she'd be able to take my order. To what she replied "she did not appreciate my attitude!! I told her I'd need to speak to a manager and she proudly answered she was one. Is this how management treats their customers?!? when I got to the window I asked for her name, she came to my face and said it was Selina. I asked another manager for their general manager's phone number, they gave me a bogus number. It is really sad that customers have to put up with this, if management is this rude, what can you expect from the rest of the employees. I put up a complaint about her today. I hope they take this seriously and fix the toxic and rude culture that exists at that location. If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would simply for the disgrace of a manger it has. While eating with my child in the playplace I notice a crowd outside the window. There was a small rattle snake in the parking lot that had drawn the attention of some, and upon someone alerting the manager, he runs out there and instead of maintaining professionalism while being the face of a large corporation - and calling animal control or the fire department to take the snake away - he begins to beat the animal to death. Meanwhile another employee is throwing rocks at it. I run out there and let him know that his actions are inexcusable and the kids inside the play place are witnessing his actions.. His reply is that it was on his property. I ask him if the same would happen if it was a dog or cat and he smirks saying that's different. Once the animal was dead he throws it out of sight and goes back behind the counter - can't say I saw him ever stop to wash his hands. As we were leaving he's back in the parking lot by the snake and on his phone - I can only imagine it was now to make a call and cover his rear by saying he found a dead snake in the parking lot. I have never, in my lengthy twenty two years of existence, experienced a less customer friendly, slow, lazy, poor, awful, atrocious, slow, bad, slow, poor, slow level of service than at this McDonalds. They even managed to bribe the guy from Myth Busters to come and lie for them on their TV commercials, so how could you expect something like quality service. And I don't. But in the time I have been waiting in this drive through line, I could have brought a baby to term (and figured out a way for males to conceive) solved America's economic woes, torn down and put my car back together, built my own McDonald's, watched the extended versions of both Lord of The Rings, and Harry Potter, gone to Outback and actually had a meal, or gone to the DMV and had all five of my senses assaulted by the cacophonous melee that is a government service building. I am NOT a big McDonalds fan. Back home I never, and I mean NEVER, eat Mickey D's food, but this particular location is open 24 hours and is located just on the Southern edge of the Grapevine which made it a perfect food stop after 1:00 AM on a Sunday night/Monday morning with another hour and a half North on the road to drive before I made it home. The burgers were piping hot and filled that yearning in my gut which told me it had been over six hours since I'd last had a meal.
