I was in drive thru for 22 minutes. With just 2 cars in front of me, I wondered why. I gave my order to a very curt, rude, ignorant and foul person over the intercom. A person with no customer service skills, no empathy for the person who has been waiting in a drive thru to place an order and no common courtesy. I received my order at the window, no smile, no " thank you for waiting" nothing- just acted as if keeping people in line for 22 minutes is the norm. I couldn't believe I ordered a two piece chicken meal and it came with a great selection of sides. I chose the rice and pinto beans. I also received a pack of 2 corn tortillas. The chicken pieces were a breast and thigh pieces of chicken were not a fast food quality meal that I expected, they both were flame grilled and juicy for just under $10.00. I could not have made this meal at home for what I paid. I looked around and was impressed as it was clean both in the dining room and in the rest room I had to visit prior to leaving.
