First of all I placed an order for an ice cream cone & small shake on the McDonald's app & picked the option to have them delivered to the car. When I got to the parking lot I found an area to pull up into but when I went to put my parking spot # in the app it said I had to go inside to get my order so I went & parked and over at that area I saw other parking spots for mobile orders so the parking for picking up wasn't very clear. So I go inside & there is no one working the counter. I stood waiting for someone to come out from the back & this guy finally does (he seemed like he may have been the manager?) I told him I placed a mobile ordered to be brought out to me but the app was telling me to come inside. I gave him my order # & he asked me what my order # was so I had to tell him again. I was trying to disinfect my hands as I was waiting for my stuff & went up to 4 different hand sanitizing devices and they were all empty. I finally found one in the back of the restaurant that wasn't. As I was walking back I heard the guy say "where did she go?" I got up to him & said "here I am" and I also told him about all the sanitizers' being empty which he didn't care about or seemed to be concern about. My ice cream cone was the smallest thing I've ever seen & definitely not worth the price that I paid for it. He could have put more ice cream on the cone.....maybe he just isn't that great @ doing it?? If he's a manager he could be way better @ his job. Show some concern & thanks, be friendly. The restaurant was dirty & messy. I can't image what the bathrooms may have looked like? It just seems like staff doesn't really care about keeping the restaurant clean or their customers. Bugs in my food. Kitchen staff refused to acknowledge the literal mounds of mites on the fries and refused a refund.

The bathroom is always gross when we come here. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned or maintained. Ordering on the screen, it stated there were no fountain sodas available but there were. There were no napkins in either dispenser and there was sticky soda all over the counter. We were there 7:30 in the morning and there was food on the floor in numerous places. There were also a number of flies. I'm not sure I would return because I'm worried if the bathroom and the dinning room look like this, I'm worried about the condition of the kitchen. read more

Went through the drive thru for ease. I got a large fry NOT filled completely - the EASIEST part of this job. I bought an ice cream cone for my daughter. They gave it to me melting all over my hand. The second I passed it to my daughter, it tipped over and fell because of how soft and melted the ice cream was. I then had to park and go into the store to get a new ice cream cone. Once again, melting all over my hand. I've had many bad experiences here in the past , and will not be coming back here. read more

Watch out what they charge you. They didn't ask us if we were going to round up for donations at the drive through and when we got to the window, they automatically took our change by telling us different total amount that we had to pay and took our money for their RMHC donation. We found that out later when we looked at the receipt. :((( We as consumers should have the right to decide where our money is going even if it's for charity. While this place is listed as opening at 6 am here and on several other platforms, we lucked out and were able to grab coffee for the adults and a hash brown for the kiddo at 5:10 am on our road trip up to Acadia. The staff could not have been nicer and the bathrooms were immaculate. read more

Disgusted with McDonald's morals and customer service. Ordered McDonald's after the longest day, I ordered 3 mcflurry, which I ended up only eating a few bites of mine whom I was splitting with daughter (she is 5, and was told prior to ordering she wouldn't be able to eat her half until the following day as it was late.) Today comes around and my daughter started eating hers, and started to choke which is one of my biggest fears with children or people in general as my child hood best friend's father choked to death on a sausage in a breakfast restaurant, since hearing that story it has always been my biggest fear. I panicked and was unsure what to do, luckily my father and sister were here visiting and was able to heimlic her. My initial thought was it was an m&m. Once he started heimlic, she coughed out a small sharp foreign object. My sister immediately thought to strain and melt the ice cream down. We found multiple very small thin sharp plastic pieces that were in the mcflurry. My daughter is luckily alive, and will be just fine in time. We have an appointment this afternoon with her primary care to follow up on any possible damages on the inside and talk further if xrays should be taken to decide if any plastic has been digested. My sister advises I seek legal action immediately. I never have dealt with something like this. I didn't want to seek legal action, so I called the McDonald's customer service line. Sadly I had ordered the food from McDonald's through the app door dash, I say sadly because the service I was provided is solely stating I am to speak with door dash and that they are responsible for this incident as they delivered the food. I use door dash often, the driver whom delivered is a driver who delivers to me fairly often and I've never had any issues. The bags were sealed, the plastic was inside the mcflurry and had clearly been blended in. Which it so frustrating they're trying to put it on DoorDash. I will not allow them to be responsible for something that isn't their fault. And really sad McDonald's pushes the blame that is undeniably on them, in this serious of a matter is sick. After all I will be following through with legal action and be sure that McDonald's is responsible for this and not DoorDash. the WORST experience i've ever had at a mcdonald's. i tried to order ahead and they refused to fulfill the order because it would "store" the order. tried to then order through the drive through and they claimed they added what was ordered originally and it did not come to the window. We were told that we could not pick up all three of our orders, we could ONLY PICK UP TWO ORDERS, yes that's correct, only pick up two of them and we had to drive back around, we could not even come inside and pick up the order, we had to drive all the way back around the drive thru to pick up the third order, That is absolutely ridiculous and not customer oriented at all. Stopped at this location for the 1st time on our way to Maine - we will avoid it in the future. We ordered inside at a kiosk at 7:55 pm because there was no staff out front. At 8:10, noticing that our order wasn't visible as pending or in process on the board, I mentioned it to the manager (very nicely)...he rudely replied, "That's because we're working on it." Our order (#39) took over 20 minutes to come out of the back, and when it did, it was inaccurate and the fries were cold; which was odd because I'd been standing there watching them drop basket after basket of fries. When I was able to flag down the manager he grabbed the sandwiches and returned them with toppings having been added...no "sorry for the wait and/or the mix up." As I was walking out, young teenager reminded the manager that he hadn't paid for his counter order yet. The manager responded rudely telling the boy, "I'm one man."There was plenty of staff in the back happily serving the long drive through line - perhaps this manager should switch places with one of them until he develops some MUCH NEEDED interpersonal skills. The food was fresh and hot when I got it. The french fries were awesome. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I like this location because it is near a lot of stores. Simply put, this location sucks. The majority of the staff are apathetic, obviously don't want to be there and the food shows that. Burgers are thrown together with no care, the fries are almost always cold and limp, and they can never get your order right. I ordered an unsweetened ice tea tonight with one of the meals and they gave me a sweet tea, which I returned at the drive through. Tonight's order was simple, a Big Mac value meal, a Double Quarter Pounder value meal and an order of Chicken Nuggets. I got home to find they gave me the dipping sauce but NO nuggets. I tried calling 4 times only to have their phone keep ringing with no one answering, then a shrieking fax tone to deafen me. Pathetic how poorly they respond (correction - DON'T respond) to their customers. Thumbs down for this site. I was just out in the front inside area and the employee had a mask on with her mouth and nose uncovered and the manager came out without a mask period. They threw my food together and there wasn't hardly anyone in the drive thru or inside and when I opened it it fell all over my car. For the Record: As of December, 2013, this McDonalds was recently renovated. COMPLETELY renovated. Now, the McD's in Seabrook is beautifully modern. The interior is clean and comfortable. My boyfriend and I visit this location everyday. We get our morning coffees here and sometimes breakfast. At night time after dinner we will get an ice cream cone each. The location is up to date and clean. For the most part staff are friendly. Of course there always has to be a bad apple in the bunch. One employee we will call "BO" for yelp review guideline purposes is an older women with short blonde hair. Unfortunately she is the bad apple that makes not just me and my boyfriend uncomfortable but a lot of people we've talked to. Like I said earlier in the post that we buy our morning coffee there EVERY single morning. I've done the calculations and between the two of us for a year just in coffee we spend $795. You'd think with being such loyal customers and having a great relationship with other staff members that "BO" would treat the regular customers with a friendly demeanor. That being said I went inside today to refill my cup of water after we went through the drive through and bought a couple sandwiches. Well BO was sitting there eating her lunch and noticed that I opened up the napkin holder and grabbed about 10 napkins because my boyfriend is a messy eater. He likes to put extra real maple syrup on his McGriddle and honestly its amazing. I would recommended it to anyone. Well as I'm walking away I hear her say " Did you grab enough????" I turned around and said "Excuse me?" She replied. "Your not suppose to be grabbing napkins from inside the holder like that and did you grab enough?? You took a handful." I said to her " Another employee told me that I could open up the napkin holder and take some like that. It's not like I grabbed 20 of them. If you'd like them back I'll give them too you." BO replied. " I don't want them back! You've already put them in your purse!." As I'm about to walk out I call her by her real name which I'm sure shocked her because she doesn't wear a name tag. I'm convinced she does this because she knows if she did wear a name tag the complaints about her would be off the chain. I know her name because about a week earlier she had made a rude comment to me and when she walked away I asked her coworker what her name was. That time my boyfriend and I were in line and she was taking our order. Well we use the McDonald's app (which I would recommend to anyone. There is a lot of great deals on there.) Well my boyfriend was having issues getting the app to work and "BO" started to huff and puff obviously annoyed with him. She looks at the customer behind us and says "I'm sorry Ma'am for the wait. I'll be with you in a couple minutes." I was like SERIOUSLY! Your gonna apologies to the customer behind us?!?!. If being rude to the customers wasn't enough BO is just as rude to her own coworkers. One employee was telling this writer about a health condition their struggling with. BO comes over and says "poor (employees name). He's got (illness I won't list)" in a baby voice insinuating that the employee was whining. I was blown away. read more

I was in there earlier today and I didn't notice the small sign next to the door saying it was take out only and there were no signs inside saying the dining room was closed so I sat down and started eating my food. A young lady came out and informed me that I couldn't eat inside because there COVID-19 regulations and she was very nice about it.So I started packing up my food and another woman came out not even 10 seconds later and started talking down to me like I was some kind of moron. My boyfriend and I are going through a rough time and occasionally have to sleep there due to us being homeless. We were never told we weren't allowed to sleep there at night (there was even five other people who told us we could, one being an employee). Today, 7/25/15, we were rudely woken up by who we are assuming a manager or a shift leader (she has glasses, skinny, very old). To wake up homeless people is one thing, but she took it to the next level by assaulting us and saying, "Wake the fuck up, I got a business to run." We love how she was saying that when the front dining area was trashed from the night before. I sincerely hope that this place goes under! The other employees are great; polite, funny, social, etc. It is just the management that are jerks to people like my boyfriend and myself.
