This place has a lot going for it but each time I've gone in there has been only one person working. I imagine there is a lot of downtime justifying that, but if a few people walk in you're going to be waiting awhile. Watching the poor new girl struggle with the wheat grass juicer was painful. I almost chimed in but held my tongue. She's putting too much grass in the machine at once. It's just jamming up in the feeder. Most of the smoothies have some type of nut butter in them. I ordered from here on grubhub the other day and it was an awesome option for the location but pretty expensive. I ordered 2 smoothies, a mango citrus bowl, and the raw cacao date balls. We had the orange dreamsicle plus pineapple and nutty banana smoothies. The nutty banans smoothie was good but lacking some flavor, for the price I'd expect more flavor or premium ingredients included. The citrus mango bowl with banana, kiwi, and chia seeds tasted really good but also got bland with less ingredients, I wish they had more fresh not frozen fruits available. It could have used some more kiwi and maybe another topping or 2. The raw cacao date balls were so, so amazing, I'm glad I got a box of 5 instead of 1 because they were amazing although $14. The subtotal was 43.64 and with a 25%, $13 tip it ended up being $67. I would order the citrus bowl and date balls again. read more

I loved my bowl-the salted caramel. The bowl was more than average in size and so filling. I liked the unique options as the same old açaí bowl is boring. Lady who rang me up was very nice and friendly. But yes, no one wearing a mask and a customer who had just walked out had no mask either. At this point I could see that being a deterrent to some. Went in last week to try for the first time, in spite of the reviews, I was out running errands and wanted a healthy, refreshing drink. Like a lot of other people who have reviewed before me, I noticed the blonde woman being (who I now assume to be the owner) less than welcome to the people who came in as I was leaving, sounded bothered by them being there. She never even greeted me! Paid $9+ for a juice that, to be honest, had very little flavor in spite of several fruits. I would rather travel 15 extra minutes (30 total) to a juice bar in Derry, where the service is outstanding, the prices are reasonable, and the juice/smoothies are fresh, local, and delicious. It's unfortunate, this space and concept has the potential to be great, it should not be run by someone who clearly dislikes their job. I've been in hospitality for 25+ years, and that was uncomfortable. Everyone has a bad day, but the attitude sounds chronic. Went back a week later to give it another shot. This time I made a purchase. Never again will I go back. The owner either has no social skills or is just plain rude. No smile, no chit chat, no "thank you for coming back". If you work with the public and want great reviews from happy customers. Be nice!! It's a simple concept. On top of that our smoothies sat on the counter for 10 minutes before we knew they were done. A customer told me that she thought they were mine. Usually happy with things here but today I guess I got the bottom of the barrel Chili; it was very watery, like soup with barely anything but a few bits of beans and corn. Usually it's very thick with lots of beans. Last week the girl said they didn't have soup anymore... seasonal? So it seems to me that the chili was watered down to make enough to sell, as the girl said there wasn't a lot left. I spend a lot of money here and today was very disappointing because nothing is inexpensive. One time last year they were out of bananas for a smoothie bowl topping so I asked if I could have quinoa puffs on top instead... she said she might have to up charge me because the cost for banana and quinoa puffs (sprinkled on top) may be different. She did give me the quinoa puffs no extra charge but I told her she should speak with her boss so she'll know how to handle situations like this. read more

Overpriced. No one ever sits and just hangs here, the atmosphere is NOT friendly. You can make the exact same smoothie bowl at home for less than $5. Last time I was there, the girl didn't even use gloves and was pushing around fruits that didn't go into the juice machine. My child was so hesitant to drink the drink. It puts you in a very strange situation when your ordering food and the people and owner who work here don't wear gloves while making your food, it just plain gross! ESPECIALLY during these times. The açaí bowl was very filling and much larger than any other bowls I have ever had in the past. I thought the prices were fair given the portion sizes. The owner is rude on every occasion I have seen her there and could care less about the customer experience and that trickles down to the rest of the staff. I have walked out before because there will be a 30 minute wait with only 3 people in line. They are slow, inefficient and unprofessional. I am conflicted about this place. The ingredients and the smoothies are delicious but prices and service very lacking. As most reviews mention, service is not the best. After coming in 3-4 times a week for at least a month, a smile and hello might be nice but this owner doesn't much care for the social aspect of sales. Never greets customers, and acts like she either can't be bothered. I try to look past it but it always leaves me feeling meh about paying out the butt for her product. On top of that, the prices are insane. I don't believe I should be paying 8+ for almond milk, pb, and some bananas but it's tasty- try and add dates and bam $10+. Each addition is $1-2. As a frequent patron i'm always happy with the product I received except for today. I ordered two large Be Leaf Me juices and it was literally three apples, a cucumber and a half, a tiny pinch of spinach, no kale and a tiny sliver of lime. Not to mention the greens were done first so nothing made it into my actual juice. After all was said and done my cup is filled 3/4 of the way full and the rest was foam. The young girl who gave me my bowl did not even hide the black banana at all and kinda gave me a guilty look. What a great surprise to venture into this small establishment alongside a very busy route. We passed it many times and finally found a minute to turn around and make our way into the tight parking area. After that, though, things got a lot better! The selection available inside the clean small counter area is extensive. Standing room only - not a place to linger, but the offering of excellent and yummy juices and smoothies make us want to return and just meander through the menu to try something different each time. The juices we ordered this time were wonderful! Very healthy and invigorating. Could use a little bit more balance in the tart juice selections.
