The absolute worst Customer service ever. I was ordering from the dining room and was not addressed for several minutes. we tried to get the attention of an employee and was barely acknowledged. when I was finally helped it was by the Manager Kale and he was the one with worst Customer service. no eye contact, rude short answers to your questions. just slapped the food on the counter when it was read and walked away, and he was manager!!!I guess the bad service starts from the top. read more

It's expensive but good for McDonald's. Great food and employees.Great ambiance considering it's McDonald's. It also pays well.$17 an hour and free food. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been in. Placed my order, paid waited 30 minutes and still no food. Asked for a refund and it took them 8 minutes to give me the wrong amount back. So I told them them how much I paid and they walked away. 5 minutes later they came back with the amount of the order but not the round up for their charity. Told them to keep the .85 and walked out. I will go to Checker's next door from now on. read more

For $15/hr, can you get my drink, unsweetened Tea, not sweetened, right as well as not putting my F'n fries in the bag upside down?? Is it that damn difficult? You get paid more than rookie police officers with 1/100 the responsibility on your shoulders. read more

Waited forever at drive thru. "Give me one second". It was 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

Worse service ever! Unless if you have at least 2 hours for your flight, don't even bother ordering anything from this McDonalds

Took over 30 minutes to get our breakfast order once placed. There was nobody else inside the restaurant when we ordered. The staff were rude and kept saying "you can just leave" when customers expressed their frustration. We warned several other customers to leave without ordering to save them the time and frustration. It should not take that long to make 4 breakfast sandwiches and an order of pancakes. We honestly would have left without our food if we could have gotten a refund. read more

ordered drive thru and sat there for 15 minutes not moving at all. ended up LEAVING - gave checkers next door our business instead

worst McDonald's experience ever. My recommendation is that you do not come to this restaurant. There was one person working behind the counter, who also had to cook all the food herself. And it went downhill from there. read more

I ordered from this Mcdonald's from Uber Eats while I was staying in a nearby hotel. Ordered a Chicken Nuggets, with fries and coke. Nothing fancy, just needed a quick meal. Moment i opened the bag, this strong rancid smell came out. Its like it was made using old oil. It was nasty, i threw it away in the nearest trash can. I don't know anything about this particular McDonalds location but it must have some quality control issues. read more

It's McDonald's so if you get what you are expecting, you are happy...well, satisfied. I was on my way to a meeting at an airport hotel and stopped at this McDonald's for a quick breakfast. We used to stop here regularly after a return flight and it always seemed like pretty much every other McDonald's. but it has been a while because we're traveling less. I must have been just before or after any rush periods because there was only one person in line and the place was quiet with only one or two customers in the dining area. I looked at the deals on the McDonald's app and decided to use the BOGOF for Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches with Bacon. Of course I had to have Hash Browns and I needed Coffee. This made a hardy breakfast that should last me through the meeting, all for $6.23! Coffee was hot and had all the additives as I requested; Hash Browns were hot and tasty with none of the overused oil taste; the Bagel Sandwiches were good and served warm. The dining area was clean and the counter service was fairly quick. And the restroom (men's) was clean as well. read more

The only recommendation I have for this restaurant would be to stay away. Took 13 minutes to clear 2 cars. . Then the girl at the window proceeded to ask my order, which I repeated. Then she handed me the bag saying I think this is yours. Then she proceeded to look at me like I was stupid until i told her that she hadn't even given me my drink. read more

First of all, in a hurry and while I didn't check my bag my Oder was short a hash brown. My order, steak bagel with extra onion was extra burnt( like to a crisp. Im wondering if anyone that fixed or saw that burnt ass bagel would they have eaten it themselves. Probably not but since they weren't eating it, serve it to the customer who won't be eating until after he quickly gets on the freeway. And considering the fact that I spent $33.13 on 4 sandwiches 5 hash browns and drinks I should be able to trust these overpaid and unappreciative workers to get my order correct and not burnt to a crisp. read more

Wow... just wow! The food has definitely was not fresh. Overcooked & nor even warm. Buns hard just sad. The sad thing is you have my money.

Waited in line for 15 minutes and the line did not move once. This is an ongoing problem at this location, I understand sometimes it is short staffed but it should not take 15 minutes to move one car. I left as well as many others. read more

Extremely fast food. Our fries were hot and just a little bit saltier than usual -- which was nice! I would also note the courteous and patient staff members working the drive thru. Overall, I was very pleased with our experience. read more

Would give 5 stars but the plugs are in the ceiling. OK for a tall guy like me. Wifi is good. Kick you off in about 2 hours but can login again Staff is friendly, nice, attentive even during busy times read more

The worst customer service ever. I'm sitting here at the window for the past 5 min waiting on a coke and a fry. WTH.... no one in drive thru but me. Young teens.working the window, need more supervision and guidance. Wasn't greeted at the window nor did I get an apology for the long wait. I never expect much from fast places like this except for good fries and fast service. If you plan to stop here before the airport definitely give yourself extra time. On the brighter note fries were good. read more

Come if you want to wait 15-20 mins in line. They were pretty rude here as well. Also I wouldn't go to that checkers next to it either I'm sure they'll be on break and their "system" will be down. Save yourself some time and go to the Wendy's down the street. read more

Headed to DTW or arriving in DTW feeling famished from traveling your face might light up seeing the good ole giant M sign and know a McD's breakfast or happy meal will do the trick DON'T BE FOOLED. You'll end up waiting in the wrap around drive thru line just to get to the window for them to tell you they're out of eggs, the smoothie machine is down and the disappointment doesn't stop there the hash browns we're in fact not straight off the fryer they were luke warm. I would have to say the McD's is under staffed in the early am and their outages of items are frequent... However, I am rating McD's 3 starts due to its highly desirable location I can sympathize for the long drive thru line and the few positive experiences I have encountered at this location. read more

Does not care about the health and safety of employees or their customers. An employee has been advised to quarantine by the MDHS because they live in a home where a relative is COVID 19 positive. Due to the job being considered a critical infrastructure the manager has advised the employee to disregard the exposure and must report to work. REFUSES to allow employees to do their part in slowing the spread of COVID 19. read more

The woman had on no name tag however she has a red wig and is always the most unpleasant woman you ever could've dreamed of. So unprofessional and clearly hates her job. Consistently makes McDonald's on Middlebelt the most unpleasant experience. I've avoided this location because of her many times. Please hire people that don't make the experience of coming to McDonald's a daunting task. This is absolutely dreadful. read more

Worst McDonalds that I have been to ages. Drive through at 7am was insane. Young kid taking the orders was quick enough but she never said a word when collecting the money. Not hello. Not confirming your order or giving a total. Five or six cars only in drive through took ten plus minutes to get to food window and then they wanted me to pull over to wait for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit! Um no. Are you having to entice the chickens to lay an egg or something. Will never go back to this location. read more

Because this dive is just outside the rental car pickup area at DTW, I've stopped here a few times before jumping on 94 into the city or burbs. I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER had decent service here. You can wait forever. It's like it's populated with zombies who don't make eye contact and don't want you there. I had stopped coming here and just started getting junk at the BP gas station next door, but yesterday I was with a colleague and we stupidly thought, what the hell. MISTAKE. Took ten minutes to get our order. When it finally came, I sat down and realized I hadn't gotten the right drink. I went back to the counter. The guy taking orders said, no problem, he threw another cup on the machine, and continued taking orders. I guess he assumed it would magically float back over the counter to me. I couldn't convince any of the ladies back there to just hand me the drink. I was ready to climb over the counter myself. I finally told he register guy, can you just HAND ME THE DAMN THING? It was like a big hassle to him. NEVER EVER AGAIN. This has been a consistent problem there over several years. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Fantastic McDonald's after a long flight at DTW. The water pressure in the sinks is fantastic and strong compared to other "green" McDonald's rest rooms. The food is always hot and tasty, and the location is clean and safe. Employees are friendly and nice. read more

This McDonalds has slightly less-than-typical service. It seems that they rotate their employees in and out much more often than other restaurants because workers seem to have very low morale and not very good manners. That aside, the restaurant is always clean! Food is consistant with many other McDonalds, but the price is certainly less here than at the airport! It's my go-to place before I catch my flights. read more

Sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes without receiving service. Hung out for a bit due to snow and tried again with the same result. Left and went to Tim Hortons down the road and received immediate and excellent service. read more

All I ordered was a fruit parfait and a bottle of water. Hard to messed up right? Wrong! The Dasani bottle was covered in something sticky and red. I'm assuming that it was the fruit/syrup mixture from the parfait. Like an idiot I drove off before I was able to really figure out what was going on and so the stirring wheel and my phone were covered in gunk. I ended up wasting some of my water and my napkins I have in my car cleaning up crap off of my hands, the stirring wheel, my phone and the bottle of water. how do they ALWAYS get it wrong? The funny part is the customer service was great, cashier was friendly and the lady at the food window told me "... have a blessed day!" It's kinda hard being mad after they were so nice. read more

I would give this NO STAR if I could. My friend that works there has a mother diagnosed with cancer. He's tried to call off to tell them he has to take his mother to chemotherapy and they're basically telling him f*** his mother and choose work over family. These people are careless and the managers act as if they're 16 years old arguing with the teenager who work there. read more

Worst McDonald's this side of the Mississippi. Takes FOREVER to get anything. I don't understand what the point of having 2 drive-thru menus is if they aren't going to take the customers in order. I pulled up with a customer already at the other menu, 3 cars were then served in the other lane before they helped me. When I got my food the order was not mine and I had to go back into that ridiculous line to get it corrected because I didn't want to cut off the people who were in line already. Pathetic service read more

Sat in drive thru to order and no one acknowledged me on the drive thru speaker as if they were closed. However, this is supposed to be a 24/7 location. I even googled and looked at it here on yelp and it states 24/7. Just poor customer service. I wish I could give it a zero stars read more

The guy working Saturday night at 12:30 had the best drive thru voice ever. Great service.

Stopped by for a nugget fix after missing dinner. You get what you expect, McDonald's is consistent wherever you go, if nothing else. Nothing out of the ordinary on this trip outside of a longer than usual wait at the drive thru. read more

Been too a lot of McDonald's in my day, and this one ranks up there with the worst of them. Service was fine, but the food was terrible. The Egg McMuffin was thin and had some odd odor and the burrito was hard as a rock. Two of my favorite items to order at McD's and they just couldn't get it done. read more

The people were friendly and prompt...that's the best recommendation you can give a fast food restaurant in my opinion..
