The store is designed as a regular community Starbucks and the staff is well trained even though staffed by the airport, not Starbucks, as are all licensed locations. Though I almost always buy at corporate locations, this licensed airport location is the closest I have ever found to corporate quality. They have always had the food items in stock and warm when appropriate. The drinks are right on formula. The staff friendly, competent and always call out pickup so you can hear them well. It's really busy but if you want to eat and drink in, there are usually seats available as so many take to go to their gate seating or to take out of the airport. The place is kept amazingly clean in spite of high traffic every time I have been here.

There are a lot of thoughtful touches to this cafe like a nice little prayer room at the back. The staff was friendly and helpful. And I heard two cops ahead of me in line praising their coffee as being so much better than others, so those are all great signs.
