The fumes can be a bit overwhelming and take away from the experience. I completely understand the importance of keeping everything clean, and I appreciate that -- just hoping there might be a way to time it or adjust it so it's a bit more comfortable for guests who are still eating. I am a huge fan of carrot cake. This one looked good on the shelf. I must say it was decent. The cake was moist and not spicy. The frosting, which is super important was creamy and delicious as well.
