This McDonalds misses the mark all the time. They are so close to being a decent McDonalds. I placed an order that totaled close to $40. I specifically asked for two meals. The cashier didn't ring it correctly(at the drive thru) and right when I was trying to tell her my order wasn't correct, she said that it was too late. That's a 4 dollar mistake. If they do this 100 times a day that's a missed 400 dollars. That's the pay for two or more employees for that day. I could say so much more but it's not my store and all I want is my food while I write this post in Drive thru reserved spot 1. I think I will make this a two star visit. First of all, we were waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes. About 10 minutes in we decided it wasn't worth it but there was no way to get out of the line. Second, when we got up to the window to pay and get our food, we payed and my boyfriend asked for a buffalo sauce because we forgot to order it. Mind you the girl was extremely rude about it and clearly just wanted us to leave. She said "that's 32 cents." So my boyfriend handed his card back to pay for it and she kept yelling for someone to come up and override it so she could add an order for the buffalo sauce and I guess they didn't want to come up. She said "so should I just give it to them" and then proceeded to NOT give us the ONE sauce packet. And then flatly said "have a nice day." and slammed the window shut. Eating our food, we noticed that although the fries were hot they were squishy and had absolutely ZERO salt on them. The burgers weren't much better AND they forgot the pickles. What a ripoff! I stopped at this McDonald's and ordered a filet fish meal. I do not drink pop/soda, so I asked for a cup of water instead of a cup of soda/pop. The young man that took my order informed me that I had to get some for of soft drink or unsweetened tea. I don't think so!!. If I asked for bottled water I would have to pay more, so I asked for water in a cup which the last I checked was free. When I looked at the price board, $1.00 was added for a cup of water, not bottled water. Absolutely not! When I got to the cashier, I told her to take that $1.00 for the water off of my bill. I live close to this place and go here on the rarest of occasions since I don't go to McDonald's hardly ever. One time, I went inside and ordered two mochas from the McCafé menu, and it took over 10 minutes before they were started to be made, even though they weren't even busy. The worst time was when I went in there to get a meal, and they were busy. I was waiting in the sea of people for a register person to call for the next customer. When she did so, I stepped forward, but the little bitch rudely said, "Oh no, dem people was in fronna you," pointing at a group of people not even paying attention or ready to order. The group said it was okay, so the turd lazily took my order, single-handedly messing up every simple process in my order of a regular combo. She didn't even bother to hand me my drink cup after taking my order, which required me to ask twice to receive. They have a Playplace that seems to be a jungle for unwatched children, as there were a dozen of them last time with one adult sitting there. But, hey, maybe all those kids were hers. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because, in all the times I've been there, my order has actually never been messed up or poor quality. And, the Wi-Fi works well. read more

I'm not usually in this area, but I happened to be near this McD's on my way to work and was feeling famished, so I stopped for a bite to eat. They were SO SLOW. I think I waited about 10 minutes, with only 2-3 cars in front of me. However, once I got my food, it was actually really, really good. My go-to breakfast from McD's is the egg white delight Neal, with no bacon and sub American cheese (the Swiss cheese is just yuck ). More often than not, they don't get it right. Not only did this location get it right, I think it was the best egg white delight I've ever had. My job has me moving locations constantly, so I'll probably be driving near that McD's for a few weeks, and I may just have to see if they can deliver on the deliciousness again or if it was just a magical one-off of breakfast goodness. If they do, I'll bump them up another star, but for now, because of the long wait, they get 3. UPDATE: I've stopped here 2 more times and both times my order was right, they were pleasant, and the wait was shorter. Bumping them to a 4! read more

I hate this McDonalds. I would say 3 out of 4 visits I get the wrong food or my order is messed up. It's 5 minutes from my house so it's out of convenience that I still go here, but if I have time I will go out of my way to hit another one. When I do have to go here though, I have to make sure I order something simple. Just yesterday I ordered a chicken deluxe combo, instead of my deluxe chicken sandwich and medium fry, I got a dollar chicken sandwich and a small fry (I will say that they did come out and give me the right food before I left the lot, but I made sure to check the bag first before leaving). More than once the lime wedge was missing. It comes with the salad & I rely on that lime as another layer of flavor. It's one of the reasons I like this salad option. Fine, whatever! Back another time. Grilled or crispy chicken? I got the chicken I DID NOT order. Another time, fresh greens were not so fresh, missing chili-lime tortilla strips & the wrong dressing.
