What a horrible drive through service. Pick up line is always a 10-minute wait. rather than pulling the car to a waiting area and bringing their order out to them once completed. they hold the entire pick-up line up by making everyone wait until that customers order is ready. Last 3 day they were not taking 6 am morning drive through orders, they were only accepting online or mobile app orders, what is that? Where is management? read more

Service is ZERO STARS, who ever runs the night shift you suck honestly. My mama ordered a medium milkshake and two apple pies missing an apple pie of course. Medium milkshake is 4.49 and two apple pies are 2.19 even with the receipt flying out the window and me proving purchase at least 10 mins prior didn't get the apple pie I was missing and payed for. I WAS FREAKING 8 YEARS OLD WHEN YALL DIDNT GIVE ME THE THREE PANCAKES I ORDERED FOR BREAKFAST. YALL FUCKING SUCK! I pray and hope this happens to yall loved ones honestly. read more

‼HEADS UP‼ this location now requires a purchase in order to use the public restrooms! Talk about a surprise when you have two kids. Just thought I'd give the heads up about the public restroom gate keeping this location seems to think is okay to do. read more

I drive around for work and stop at McDonald's to use their restrooms. This one has coded restroom door locks so don't stop here if you just need to pee really quick. I didn't eat so I don't have an opinion on the food or service. read more

Shouldn't be 24 hours if there's no staff! Visited yesterday and placed a mobile order. I was scolded for ordering chicken as they usually don't "drop a crispy" after 12AM cause it takes 6 mins to cook...ok well anywho she parked me and I waited for half and hour and my order was wrong--I think the lady was running the place by herself read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Taylor, Michigan

Best McDonald's ever. Everybody who works there is great and deserves a raise! I do curbside 3-4 times a week and my order is always fresh, the wait is reasonable, and I really appreciate the staff. read more

This McDonalds misses the mark all the time. They are so close to being a decent McDonalds. I placed an order that totaled close to $40. I specifically asked for two meals. The cashier didn't ring it correctly(at the drive thru) and right when I was trying to tell her my order wasn't correct, she said that it was too late. That's a 4 dollar mistake. If they do this 100 times a day that's a missed 400 dollars. That's the pay for two or more employees for that day. I could say so much more but it's not my store and all I want is my food while I write this post in Drive thru reserved spot 1. I think I will make this a two star visit. Hopefully my food will be hot and delish!!! read more

This place is a joke I stopped here on my way home from work on Friday November 3rd and everything was going fine they repeated my order back to me perfectly get to the window to get it and they hand me a quarter pounder and fries and my 2 drinks, I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe meal, a big mac meal and a cheeseburger no pickles for my daughter so 3 sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks and i asked for sweet and sour sauce, i got their attention and told them they came back a few minutes later asked for my receipt i gave it to them then 5 minutes pass and this kid comes to the window and asks me what im waiting for, my husband didnt even know how to answer the question seeing as how i didnt have anything? Like seriously what a joke i ended up getting my food, it was crappy, no salt on the fries and no sweet and sour sauce‍ read more

First of all, we were waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes. About 10 minutes in we decided it wasn't worth it but there was no way to get out of the line. Second, when we got up to the window to pay and get our food, we payed and my boyfriend asked for a buffalo sauce because we forgot to order it. Mind you the girl was extremely rude about it and clearly just wanted us to leave. She said "that's 32 cents." So my boyfriend handed his card back to pay for it and she kept yelling for someone to come up and override it so she could add an order for the buffalo sauce and I guess they didn't want to come up. She said "so should I just give it to them" and then proceeded to NOT give us the ONE sauce packet. And then flatly said "have a nice day." and slammed the window shut. Eating our food, we noticed that although the fries were hot they were squishy and had absolutely ZERO salt on them. The burgers weren't much better AND they forgot the pickles. We are not from this area so we didn't really know what to expect, however now we know and we will not be coming back. As a former McDonald's employee, your job is not that hard. Even during a rush. It's also not hard to be a nice person. Do better. read more

This location in Taylor is really not the best to grab food. It's like one minute they are good, then not so good . My girlfriend grab me some food from this location and when she asked for everything to be made to order the cashier had a really bad choice of words ,She argued with the lady and demanded to speak with an manager and she for some reason had an excuse to why her staff would say something like that to a customer so my girlfriend just left lucky I wasn't with her...... be a whole another scenario read more

This is by far the worse customer service I have received. I only ordered one item. At the window waiting for literally 20 minutes while two employees stand around chatting with one another. Finally the one young lady came to the window and said Doordash. I told her NO! I placed my order 20 mins ago. My food has been sitting on the counter the entire time. Word of advice Don't ASSUME everyone orders from DOORDASH. There are people in the world that a do leave their homes and go personally to fast food places to get food!!! Never again will I patron this McDonalds. I don't give a damn if it is across the street from my home!!!! I will drive for better customer service!!!! read more

This McDonalds SUCKS!! Can't believe I wasted gas to go to an embarrassment of an establishment. I ordered two ten piece chicken nugget meals with ranch, a double cheese burger and a Shamrock Shake. When I pulled up to the window, they asked what my order was, even though no one was in front or behind me. When I went to get my food, they said to pull up and wait, no problem. As they came to give me my food, I checked the bag and guess what dipping sauce? ALL BBQ NO RANCH! Just because there is a pandemic doesn't mean your stupidity should be the best of you. It is not that hard to differentiate RANCH and BBQ. read more

So, I was looking for something sweet to eat. I didn't want a big old dessert so I decided to stop by Good Old McDonald's. I remember they have chocolate chip cookies when you get three cookies $1.19. So at a price like that, I said why not let's give it a try. The cookies were very soft freshly baked and they taste delicious. They offer oatmeal or chocolate chip but chocolate chips my favorite. Not too sweet but just the right amount of chocolate chips. read more

What a ripoff! I stopped at this McDonald's and ordered a filet fish meal. I do not drink pop/soda, so I asked for a cup of water instead of a cup of soda/pop. The young man that took my order informed me that I had to get some for of soft drink or unsweetened tea. I don't think so!!. If I asked for bottled water I would have to pay more, so I asked for water in a cup which the last I checked was free. When I looked at the price board, $1.00 was added for a cup of water, not bottled water. Absolutely not! When I got to the cashier, I told her to take that $1.00 for the water off of my bill. That I can go home and get a cup of water for free! Shame on this McDonald's. That's why so many people have diabetes and other sicknesses. read more

Worst ever. This is the 4th time in as many weeks that they have my order screwed up. Order my food and nothing on the screen so I can see what they have. Then get to the first window and two young girls screwing around as I waited 3 minutes to pay. Then after I paid and seen my receipt I noticed they forgot something. I mentioned at the second window and was told no add ons. I said this isn't an add on. It was their mistake. Didn't matter. They need to stop paying these immature kids $14 an hour and hire some adults. Done going there read more

As most McDonald's go, it's filled with rude customers and the laziest lot of well-deserved, minimum wage workers. I live close to this place and go here on the rarest of occasions since I don't go to McDonald's hardly ever. One time, I went inside and ordered two mochas from the McCafé menu, and it took over 10 minutes before they were started to be made, even though they weren't even busy. The worst time was when I went in there to get a meal, and they were busy. I was waiting in the sea of people for a register person to call for the next customer. When she did so, I stepped forward, but the little bitch rudely said, "Oh no, dem people was in fronna you," pointing at a group of people not even paying attention or ready to order. The group said it was okay, so the turd lazily took my order, single-handedly messing up every simple process in my order of a regular combo. She didn't even bother to hand me my drink cup after taking my order, which required me to ask twice to receive. They have a Playplace that seems to be a jungle for unwatched children, as there were a dozen of them last time with one adult sitting there. But, hey, maybe all those kids were hers. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because, in all the times I've been there, my order has actually never been messed up or poor quality. And, the Wi-Fi works well. read more

McDonald's - a view of a mcdonald's restaurant from across the street - Burgers Near Me - Taylor, Michigan

I'm not usually in this area, but I happened to be near this McD's on my way to work and was feeling famished, so I stopped for a bite to eat. They were SO SLOW. I think I waited about 10 minutes, with only 2-3 cars in front of me. However, once I got my food, it was actually really, really good. My go-to breakfast from McD's is the egg white delight Neal, with no bacon and sub American cheese (the Swiss cheese is just yuck ). More often than not, they don't get it right. Not only did this location get it right, I think it was the best egg white delight I've ever had. My job has me moving locations constantly, so I'll probably be driving near that McD's for a few weeks, and I may just have to see if they can deliver on the deliciousness again or if it was just a magical one-off of breakfast goodness. If they do, I'll bump them up another star, but for now, because of the long wait, they get 3. UPDATE: I've stopped here 2 more times and both times my order was right, they were pleasant, and the wait was shorter. Bumping them to a 4! read more

Shoutout to the crew for making my burger extra plain. I ordered a cheeseburger meal plain. Cheese, burger, and bun. Judge me, I don't care. Anyway, somehow the word cheese got lost and I got buns and some cold/old meat with no seasoning. Keep it up guys and #FightFor15 read more

Simple drive through order this afternoon. I was told to pull up and wait for my order, double cheese plain burger Watched the young woman who asked me to pull up and wait as she was outside with her headset still in as she was having a lengthy conversation with the woman two cars behind me. After 10 minutes she carried my order and did not apologize or say a word When I asked why she was socializing instead of working to get my burger she INFORMED me that she was speaking with her mother. I hate this McDonalds. I would say 3 out of 4 visits I get the wrong food or my order is messed up. It's 5 minutes from my house so it's out of convenience that I still go here, but if I have time I will go out of my way to hit another one. When I do have to go here though, I have to make sure I order something simple. Just yesterday I ordered a chicken deluxe combo, instead of my deluxe chicken sandwich and medium fry, I got a dollar chicken sandwich and a small fry (I will say that they did come out and give me the right food before I left the lot, but I made sure to check the bag first before leaving). I wouldn't recommend going here, if you can go to another one I would highly advise it. read more

One star for never been rude to. The other is for convenience. Warning: lenghty review over a stupid salad & McDonald's. You don't gotta read it - I just gotta vent! I've gone to this drive-thru probably less than a handful of times and my order was messed up in some way every single time. It's the same'ole Southwest Chicken Salad order! More than once the lime wedge was missing. It comes with the salad & I rely on that lime as another layer of flavor. It's one of the reasons I like this salad option. Fine, whatever! Back another time. Grilled or crispy chicken? I got the chicken I DID NOT order. Another time, fresh greens were not so fresh, missing chili-lime tortilla strips & the wrong dressing. Needless to say there goes any crunch in the salad that day. "What's Missing?" in my salad game continues... this time was The Mixture (oven-roasted tomatoes, fired-roasted corn, savory black beans & poblano peppers bla bla bla). Isn't that what makes it a Southwest salad? Apparently, they ran out. If I have to go there again out of convenience, I'll order the Big Mac & hope that I don't have to play missing game & say "Where's the beef?". Done! read more
