This is one of the best taco restaurants I've tried. It…read moretastes like a part of real Mexico. It is also ran by our beloved Mexican peoples! They know how to make some really wise tacos. I personally get the corn shells every time. Never failed to be extremely delicious. I always order extra lime, sometimes the limes aren't ripe, and barely squeeze juice, or in a way I'd say "dry" that would be the only problem I've ever had dining from this place. An FYI, it's not every time it's only been probably twice that's happened to me out of all of my visits. There is seating for a quick bite, but it wouldn't be very comfortable sitting for a long time, most if not all people use it as a seating area for waiting on their takeout It's more as a taco stand just as the name says and when you're sitting, you're almost standing, it's more of a to go place there is a lobby and it's small, but it's great. The service is also great. They are literally done making your tacos within like 10-15 minutes after ordering and this is a popular place so they're always having customers there's rarely a time that they don't have someone coming in but there's never a wait or a delay because they are so good with just whipping it together. Everything's fresh. Everything's good. The only thing you would be waiting on is to place your order but not even a long wait at all and honestly, if you're already outside, it's easier to just walk in than to Call. But it is easy to call, especially if you haven't even left home yet but like I said they make that food fast so be ready to be in the car already while you're on the phone. I haven't tried anything other than the regular tacos, all different meats . And I don't think I will try anything else because those tacos are all I need, but I definitely would recommend to try more on the menu than just the tacos. come here. Give it a try. Oh yeah, just to mention that the prices are phenomenal. Literally so affordable, and I get full usually off of four tacos Sometimes I get five when I'm being greedy. Sometimes I have some taco left over. Be ready for a pungent taco smell emitting off of your fingers after you're done, enjoying the wonders of The Taco Stand Taqueria, Taco.

Have areas that could use improvement and I hope they consider them. Margaritas are average, could use improvement to be on par with my other go to dine in restaurants. They need to serve larger bowls of salsa. Comes in small take out condiment type cups. Not something for a dine in restaurant. One word of caution: be sure to double check your bill. Our bill was nearly double what it should have been. We were charged for drinks, dinners and guacamole that were not ours. (roughly over $100 worth) We had to take the bill to the bar to get it corrected. Better margaritas and correct charges would have bumped this up to 4 stars.

Small counter space by the restaurant. The restaurant has no seating. Space enough for maybe 2-4 people while you order your food at the counter. I noticed folks sitting in their cars waiting for their name to be called out. 2 Chicken, 2 steak tacos, 4 chicken tacos, California chicken burrito, chicken and asada quesadillas, side of chips and guacamole. $50.25. The guacamole doesn't look so good, the container wasn't fully closed (later found out after opening it at the office) and it turned brown on the drive back to the office. Was told at checkout that I would get salsa, but it is only the salsa verde, not my favorite. The chicken tacos look anemic. The tacos look so very sad and the cilantro looks old and brown as well. I ate a few pieces of chicken off, it rather bland. I was hoping for some red salsa, but only had the salsa verde. The guacamole was bland as well, added some of the salsa verde, still insufficient flavor for me. Rather lack luster street tacos at the stand. Doubt I will return to eat again.

This is a take-out only location, though there are a few outdoor seats OR you can park in your car and do car-meal. Their tacos are great, their quesadillas are great (though ask for well-done if you want them to be crispy at all), I love their bowls. I don't have anything bad to say about the food; it's all delicious. The steak, pork, chicken, chorizo is all flavorful and high-quality. I LOVE the red salsa and medium-spicy green crema they give with each meal. The chips & restaurant salsa are an absolute must, too! Only qualm I have is they sometimes forget items I've ordered. I've asked for items on the site for them to not be included, like sliced avocados, which is a bummer. Sometimes we don't get plasticware or limes or napkins. That's the only issue, so be sure to double-check for the extras before you leave to enjoy your delicious meal.

Taco's were well made, with double corn tortillas, packed full of meat , no skimping here, and just cilantro and onions. Definately very authentic Mexican style taco's and not the Americanized versions you find throughout the area. My only qualm, which was minor, was that the meat was lacking the seasoning I like when in Mexico which gives the flavor pop that I personally like. I took care of this with some salt and pepper along with salsa to tune the taco to my personal taste. Relative to the Salsa, there was a walk up Salsa bar with multiple Salsa's to select from which I truly liked and reminded me of one of my favorite Taco Joints in Puerto Vallarta, Taco's Revolution. These salsa bars, are quite convenient and act as a "Fixing bar" that allows you to tailor the taco to your personal taste. I have not seen this before in this area and wished more businesses did it. They also need to add the cucumbers (dont knock it till you try it) and some onions as well to complete the fixing bar. (: Food comes with gratis nicely mildly seasoned chips which I really liked. The seasoning is more than just salt, quite tasty and unique to this business, Very nice! Relative to the facility and staff, the restaurant is a no frills operation and has a relatively small footprint with a limited number of tables which is probably something to keep in mind during peak dining hours. Clearly they let the food do the talking here. Staff is very friendly with prompt service and good follow up throughout. Overall a very good Mexican restaurant as reflected in the good Yelp reviews. I wouldn't say the best I've ever had, but they were flavorful. The fries were pretty decent too. I wish they were just a tad bit crunchier.
