We needed to wash our hands when we came in. Neither the men's or the women's bathrooms had toilet paper or paper towel. I noticed the floor was sticky and when I looked down, there looked to be either blood or ketchup all over the floor. I thought it was just in the bathroom. However, when I walked into the lobby, I noticed foot prints of the red substance all over. From the front door, into the Kitchen entrance and all over the lobby. Now the food. There was one other family inside, and two cars in the drive through. Yet, we have been waiting on our food for at least ten minutes. Based on other reviews, I don't anticipate it will be good. my daughter and I went to this Wendy's and when we were ordering, my daughter went to go get catch up and there were flies everywhere. Then when we went to eat our chicken sandwiches, it tasted like ham and turkey in my daughter asked for pickle and ketchup, and they only put two pickles on them and they were really small. I have never experienced such disrespectful costumer service at any Wendy's let alone any restaurant. I doordashed a Dave's Combo w/ baconator fries and a strawberry lemonade, 10PC combo witha large chili And a root beer and a small Chili. When I revived my order from the driver I only received the 2 chilis and the burger. I'm missing my baconator fries, 10PC nugget, my saltine crackers, sour cream, root beer and my strawberry lemonade. I used to work in food service with DoorDash so I understand how it gets confusing. I call in the morning to another Wendy's asking for corporate number She asked what was going on and I explained it to her. She says the lady was wrong and report her to corporate. When I called this store I called off my number, no answer, no caller id, no answer. Another number? Suprised? They answered immediately! I called asking for corporate number and she said she was the manager and I said I would just like corporate number she then says she is the general manager and I said I spoke with her the other day I just would like corporate number. Just went through the drive through. The person who took my order was very short and quite rude but ya know could've just been a bad day. The woman-seemingly the manager- didn't greet me and when I got to the window and just sat on the ledge of the window facing away from me with the window open. For some reason the chain restaurants in Taylor can NOT get it their sh$$ together. So I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. I was NOT informed I needed to wait for my nuggets until AFTER I handed over my debit card. Once again lack of communication, lack of ready food, lack of professionalism. I don't know if the problem lies with the workers not understanding concept food prep prior to customers arrival or if the corporate office is training their staff not to prepare food until customers actually order food. Has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Unfortunately, they're the closest to us, so it's where we end up more often than not. I'm not sure if a single time in the last 5 visits our order has been right. Just today, my mom ordered a baked potato, it was in the receipt, we paid for it....and they gave us a 4 piece chicken nugget instead. There's always something wrong or missing. I've never received salad dressing for any salad I've ordered. And they never seem to care - you call and mention it or go in to speak to a manager, and they could literally not care less. No pop except for come available, no dips, no drink carriers, gave me my food in a box, manger was unprofessional. My family stopped here on 3/11/2017. It had to be the most ridiculous thing I've had happen to me at a fast food restaurant. First off we waited 15 minutes in line at the drive thru. Just to have my kids Sandwiches to have everything in them but what I asked for. So I had my husband run in to have them fix it. While that was happening I started to eat my sandwich and took a nice bite into plastic. The clear plastic wrapper to the cheese was still there. I got the end piece of the brick of cheese. So I went in and told my husband no you get the money back now because this is crazy. And the manager refused to give me all my money back because I kept my kids fries and drinks. So she charged me 11$ for 2 French fries and 2 drinks. The girl at the counter tried to keep defending herself and saying accusing remarks and acted like I put the piece of plastic in my food.
