This store (and owner) is one of the worse managed stores McDonalds has. They issue 'receipt' coupons, then when you go to use them, they will not honor them. I just went there for the last time. Previous visits have resulted in wrong orders, spilt contents, and a charge for just a glass of water. Last visit I ordered a quarter pounder 'without cheese'. But then I wanted a mayonnaise packet. No credit for leaving cheese off, but 50 cents for a packet of mayo. I'm surprised they don't charge for toilet paper if you have to use the john. I placed a pickup order via the app. I'm a truck driver, I was on a tight schedule that day delivering automotive parts. This particular McDonald's has a convenient place as to put a semi truck! I arrived approximately 11:30 at night. Girl (manager) at the window informed me that they would begin preparing my order at that moment. I told her no, I couldn't wait. Apparently they don't make pickup orders in advance! Makes no sense! Why not just place the order when you arrive! I could not wait, I canceled the order. Subsequently I was charged! I went back asked for a refund. The same woman told me that I was supposed to request the refund in the McDonald's app. Actually the policy in the app says that all refunds are done in store. Working the night shift (this McDonald's is up the street from my job) I could never get in there during regular business hours! Finally today I manage to get in there during the day with the store manager present. I explain my issue. She says, "it's just been too long!" They asked me could I pull the bank statement and I did! It was $15.27. She repeated. "It's just been too long!" It was back in January. She didn't believe me! I felt as though i was being burdensome. They actually didn't want to deal with it! She asked me if I was getting food. She approved credit for a steak bagel meal! I paid for 2 additional sausage egg McMuffins! They were made very sloppy and put me on the toilet with stomach issues! I only decided to write the review because the stomach issues were the last straw. I fell like there's been a decline across the board in all fast food restaurants! They're trained to assume the customer is innocent. They didn't give me my receipt (I would've used it to make a complaint to corporate) I stopped going there at night because I feel like late night customers are unwelcome. I purchased two $25 Arch Cards from McDonald store 11263 on 12/28/2022. Spoke with a lady who said she was manager, who also went back to speak to another manger. I was told there was nothing they could do, and I should contact my bank to get the money back.the arch I received was not the card that I received and both cards were completely used when I noticed I had no money on the card. So glad I didn't give this card away as a gift. in the best I have purchased many cards arch cards as gifts, but I will not purchase one again. I went here to grab something quick bite. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with light ketchup and large iced tea. It takes 10 minutes to get from the speaker to the pay window. The girl opens the window and says "did you have the plain cheeseburgers"? I said no, light ketchup, and she tells the kitchen to make them light ketchup and cashes me out. I go to the next window and the girl tries to hand me a medium coke, I tell her no, that isn't right it is supposed to be an iced tea. She says you have to take the coke. This was your crews error, not mine. Every person who came to the window said the same thing, you have to take the coke or get in line. When I said let's call corporate, a young girl skinny girl with curls said your recording us, we're done and slammed the window. I was NOT and at no point did I ever record. This was a LIE!!!!! And she was not the manager. I argued at this window for way longer than anyone should have. They finally agreed to refund my entire meal which they also did not want to do. I shouldn't have to park my car in your drive through to fix something your crew member messed up, when you could have just given me the iced tea so I could leave. 24 hour McDonalds so I thought they might serve fresh food but I was wrong. I ordered two Crispy Chicken Deluxe sandwiches which were both "deep fried twice". as a former employee with this mcdonald's, there is constant cross contamination with the food. employees would use the same gloves to make the sandwiches and to drop any raw product. the freezers that they have their frozen products in doesn't work and isn't keeping the products frozen like they are supposed to be. the dishes are never fully cleaned and sanitized due to the fact that no one puts a new pack of sanitizer and cleaner in the designated area and the dishwasher is never cleaned like it is supposed to and smells like mildew and built up grease. the pop stations, coffee pots, and the tea urns are never properly cleaned. highly recommend not getting anything from this mcdonalds. read more

The older blonde lady who has worked there forever is the absolute worst. Over the course of the last 2-3 years working nearby, so I come to this McDonald's time to time, she has been the rudest and most incompetent person I've ever seen in any job. No exaggeration.
