Went in for just some brewed coffee and the service is extremely slow. Self serve cold coffee from thermoses is not worth the amount charged. Someone is better off going to the local gas station for fresh brewed. I would add this place needs to review its hiring practices. This is my go to place for coffee after moving to Wyandotte. The workers at this location are all incredibly nice and helpful, I haven't had a single bad experience in the many times I've gone here in the past couple months. They just recently remodeled and the store looks so nice and clean, very glad to see them open again! Customer service was on pointpoint, they up sold which I didn't mind. The cinnamon rolls did look amazing. Anyways, it's a nice place to hang out,, have some hot drinks and chat with friends. I dislike that the man behind the counter keeps staring at my friend and I. I don't why he's staring, but the look he is giving us is dirty. I'm not a fan. On 4/12/2021, I went through the drive-thru at 9 am. I was the 2nd car. There were 3 employees working that I could see. 16 minutes later I finally received my latte and orange juice order. Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE unless you have at least 15 minutes of your life to spend waiting for your coffee. This is the 4th time I have been here (I don't know why I keep coming back) no customers inside, one person in the drive through in front of me. Waited 9 minutes for the car in front of me to get their ONE coffee. She pulled away and it took an additional 7 minutes to get my smoothie. Not one single customer inside!!! 3 employees standing around!!! 15 minute tickets time for a smoothie and it was not even what I ordered. GO to tropical smoothie cafe. And I feel like they are staring and constantly judging not only the employees but the customers. As a regular customer with a major addiction to Michigan Cherry coffee this location has gone way down hill. I purchased my refillable Biggby cup from this location when they first opened and been dozens of times. My refill has always been $1.25 out the door. So a few weeks ago this location says price raise now be $1.50 OK no problem until I visited my regular spot in Allen PA since they have Michigan Cherry everyday. Yeah still $1.25 out the door along with Dearborn and Clawson MI location. So today I stopped and explain why you raise the refills price 20 percent, they say we do what we want. OK then going report you to corporate and write negative reviews on 6 sites. The laugh go right ahead we really don't care. STAY FAR AWAY EVERYTHING 20 PERCENT more maybe why zero customers today. read more

I agree with the other comments about the customer service. I go to other Biggby's all the time, so i have a lot of other experiences to compare this to. I just started working in this area and my recent visit was my second time there. (My first experience was not that great either). I ordered close to $9.00 in food/drink and asked for a glass of ice water to go with it. I was told, "We don't have ice water. You'll have to buy bottled." They clearly did have tap water...and ice. I've never been denied a glass of water at any other Biggby (and I go to them at least 4-5 times a week). It was very off-putting and I probably would have ended up spending a lot of time (and money) here over the next year or so, but now I plan to look for another coffee shop in the area, or even a little out of the way, just to avoid this place. I only gave this place 1 star because I couldn't give them 0. I love Biggby's coffee, but every employee that works at this place is rude. I tried going to this place a few times because it's on the way to my work, but now i go out of my way to go to Dunkin Donuts instead. Gave them a couple chances and they blew it. And then on top of being rude, they bug me to get all my money by asking me if I want extra shots and "food to go with it" . No, I don't want to give you more than I intended because your price is way to high, you need to cut it so quit bugging me. Plus, the bathrooms were disgusting. This Biggby store is one of the best biggby stores I've been to! I have no idea what the other reviews are saying. I've never had a problem with any of the employees, their actually wonderful. This is also the cleanest coffee shop I've ever been to. It's always spotless. Kudos to the owner!!! For as long as their open I will always give them my serivce. read more
