This past Saturday I was attending a class and when lunch time came I decided to try this McDonald's. And the first thing I always notice is cleanliness. This place was "spic & span". There was a man there who strictly cleaned and he did a good job. The service to me was good as was the food. The fries were perfect, crisp not mushy! The burgers were tasty for fast food. The kids here have the worst customer service. They never say thank you, good morning, have a nice day, nothing. Then they also talk like they have marbles in their mouths and very low so you can barely understand them. When ordering, it's very rude at the drivethru. Your team needs to invest in more training or find new kids with a bit more enthusiasm. I will say the food is typically pretty fresh, though. read more

First time I went to McDonald in probably 3-4 years. Inside is nicely remodeled. Parking is plentiful. There is electric car charging next door. Only one cashier so everything has to be processed through him/her. Big Mac is much smaller than I remember. Doesn't seem worth the calories. read more

For being one of the older style McDonald's buildings, this McDonald's is very nice..almost high end in terms of McDonald's. It's huge. I know that most of the old style McDonald's building's used to be bigger before they started knocking them down to remodel them. But I don't remember them being this big. It has a play place for your kids..which is located in the very back of the building. It also has a lounge area with comfy chairs and tables to sit and if you want a more cafe like experience...or perhaps you would like to sit at diner like stool with a beautiful giant art work in front of you..with plug in outlets for your phone. Though make sure you have data since the WiFi seemed to be out. They also have a HD flat screen TV with cable. Staff was very friendly and Speedy with my order. I opted to sit at a table and this McDonald's would have received a 5 star if it wasn't for little gnats flying around me that I had to keep swiping away. My favorite McDonald's. I just left without checking the bag, took the risk, and they came through haha. Food is always fresh. Any sauces, removal of ingredients, extras, anything, they always get. When we go, it's always late, after 12am, and EVERY TIME they switch up what we can and can't get. At first it started with "no chicken snack wraps after midnight", okay, whatever, order something else. Each time I go something new is added to the list, that I ordered last time, but they "now don't serve after midnight". Stop letting employees work STONED my god. Literally repeated my order SLOW and LOUD FOUR TIMES.(round egg and cheese mcgriddle) and a small fry. I hate coming to McDonalds anyways but after this meal will never come again. The yogurts for kids are half full, the French fries had no salt on them at all, the "artisan " burger was burnt and the onion rings on it had been around all day. It was the worst meal I have ever had to pay for. Ray Krock would be appalled. The manager of this restaurant should be embarrassed. They are understaffed here and it's cold. Their service is horrible EVERYTIME I GO, if it was just once I would understand that all restaurants have bad days (seeing as I have worked food service a lot) I ordered and the lady taking my order messed up the order three times and had to fix it in the screen three times (no big deal, but wait) then I wait at the window when they are seemingly NOT BUSY AT ALL, for 10 minutes waiting on a small fry, and I pull out once I get my food and check if I got ALL my food and of course I only got one of the sandwhiches I ordered. This is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I mean honestly how can you mess up 3 breakfast value meals? Well, clearly there is a way. If you would like to pay for food and not receive it then definitely go to this establishment. After a long morning of working I come home to what I one or the worst McDonald's meals I've ever laid my eyes on. The burgers were okay for the most part until I opened up the third burger and saw a scorch mark on the side of the bun (which wouldn't had bothered me) and also the fried were half full which made me question if I should've gotten value fries. This establishment is completely unprofessional nearly every time I have been in there employees were not being adequate to any of the customers experienced nor did they seem to care about the satisfaction. Unless one of their friends are in there and having the workers fool around, is there or if any customer service. I have taken time out of my day to write this review I would give 0 stars if I could I will never recommend this McDonald's to anyone nor will I ever come back. I would like to add how they only employ those out of the area I have had plenty of friends kids apply and just get an email back without any other form of reason just stating they're full on workers that try their best, I'm sure they try their best but if foodservice is too hard for them I would recommend a different job and to let the teens in the area replace the incompetent workers. LOUSY service at drive-thru!!! SEVERAL times I have reached the window, been told to pull up & I have done so before to wait 5-10 minutes. I am no longer willing to do this. If they say this, I reply - just give me what is ready - they act like I'm from Mars. On Saturday, I ordered a med fri & 1 has brown, got to window & was told has brown was not ready would be 1.5 minutes I said just give me the fires then. After SEVERAL minutes a different loser came to the window I iterated just give me the fries, I do not care about a refund or the has brown - oh, the fries are not ready. This is the worst McDonald's ever......especially the service at the drive-thru. This particular location consistently messes up our order, usually "forgetting" an item or two. This has happened to us numerous times, and it's very hard to believe that these missing food items are a result of just careless workers. After the first few times, we figured out that whenever we ordered multiples of any item like 4 hamburgers, there would always be at least one missing item. Now we check our bag before driving away.....and usually end up getting out of the car to go inside to get our missing item(s). When we go inside the store to retrieve our food, the workers all stare at us...making us feel like we're lying and just trying to steal an extra $1 food item from them!! Horrible, horrible location....food quality is usually poor-average at best (e.g. cold fries, smashed and poorly wrapped burgers, etc.)...but worse than the food quality is the terribly managed/trained workers. Just not a friendly nor organized store. Will never go to this location again....not worth the inconvenience and the aggravation. read more

The McDonald's at 3280 Monroe Avenue in Pittsford has got the worst service I've ever encountered at any fast food restaurant, including other McDonald's. Yesterday just before noon I waited a total of 16 minutes for my order of two cheeseburgers, one small fries, one bottle of water and coffee. Nine of those minutes were waiting for somebody just to take my order. There was only one person manning the front counter most of the time, while one lady managed the drive-thru. A young male wandered in just before I got my order to take care of others that were waiting but seemed dazed. One young lady was busy draining water or something from one of the machines and disappeared after her task was done. I've been at this location many times and the service is usually slow, but yesterday was definitely the worst. This store should not be classified as a "fast food" establishment. read more
