This location is listed as a 24-hour location, but that's either a lie or your employees don't know how many hours are in a day. I used the app to order at 3am Sunday; the app charged my card as usual. Everything was normal until I arrived at the location drive-thru thru, where I was greeted with a low-volume mumble. I had to ask what was said 3 times before finally the person spoke loud and clear enough for me to make out what was said: "WE'RE CLOSED." What a waste of time, money, and gas. And now I get to wait 1 to 7 days for a refund because the largest fast food chain in the world can't get their shit straight. And if closed, why were there still employees inside telling people they were closed? I guess the high school-level job was too much to handle. Nevada is 49th in education, and it shows every time you check. Fix the app in a way that in the event of employee exhaustion or whatever the reason for closing a 24-hour location, the app will reflect the closure and not proceed to complete order transactions. Work smarter, not harder; it would save everyone time, money, and gas wasted to pick up an order that was never filled because the place was closed. The fact this happened on a late Saturday night / early Sunday morning is worse because there was no shortage of customers. With one car in front of me, and two behind me...Do Better, stop slacking off while at work, and take some pride in the work you do because it is a direct reflection of your character. read more

This franchise and owner, Thomas Mckennie, are thieves. They take the money, don't provide the order, then refuse a refund after being provided proof of debit with a reciept. This is in regards to the McDonalds on Steamboat by Home Depot. DO NOT go there. read more

Says they are open but will literally not give you your order claiming they are "closed" watch out they will attempt to not refund you

Not really sure why this location is rated so low. I've never had a problem with quality and always get the right order. I guess the staff could be more friendly, however I'd be upset to if I only had two other employees to help me. Maybe it's the homeless people that hang out around the building. Not sure but I will always come back to this location due to its food quality! read more

Shitty owners and managers. They used to give homeless people water because it's so hot in Nevada, but now they charge people who can't afford it for their water. They are so greedy, they don't care if people die from the heat. Time to boycott this company read more

When I was at this McDonald's me and my daughter were very excited after I picked her up from school. She wanted a chicken nugget happy meal which displayed and was on the receipt. I only got six chicken nuggets no happy meal I asked her if I could get the french fries and she said no rudely and told me I was holding up the line and that I could not purchase anything and she could not do anything for me by far the worst McDonald's. Talk about sad meal ha ha ha read more

Doesn't matter what time of day it is, they will never get your drive thru or mobile order correct. When you specifically order extra sauce, it's never in the bag. You order 2 orders of nuggets, only one order makes it in the bag. I could go on and on. One could argue how come we don't go back to right the order. We would except we aren't given a receipt for our orders either. And is it really worth driving all the way back over $5? No. My husband and I indulge every now and then and this has been going on for months. I would just really like for the correct amount of food that I paid for. read more

Horrible. Horrible service lol I ordered head via the app at 10:20 am and the order went through. When I get there at 10:29 they tell me they can't make my order because I arrived after breakfast. The salt on the wound was they told they still had some but I couldn't have it via the deal on the app and that I would have to buy it. Then they said that they could cancel my order but I couldn't re order any breakfast item. Which is like??? The order went through during breakfast hours, I already paid, they had all the items available. I don't understand why they had to give me such a hard timed. One star because the place was clean and maintained. read more

This is becoming the new standard for this place. 1) flies in the lobby. 2) AC not working/ turned on for the lobby customers. It's 100 degrees outside and you don't have it on? 3) bathroom doors are locked. Why? 4) people ordering at their kiosks are STILL getting wrong orders: a) if I order Iced Tea and you do not have it at your self-serve drink station, why do I have to ASK for my drink? b) If I order chicken nuggets and I entered what sauce I wanted, why didn't you put it in the bag? c) If I order it for here, and enter a table number, why did you put it in a bag and not a tray? d) what's the purpose of the table number tents if you are not going to use it? read more

This McDonalds is consistently one of the worst 'be ever gone to. On this trip my 1/4 pounder was not made with no mustard and no onion. In fact it had a huge onion on it. Also, mine had two bottom buns. I assume that the homeless guy I gave the other one to got two tops... I also wonder if the owner knows that in the middle of the night they become cash only. Seems like the kind of thing you'd do if you were trying to pocket money. read more

This McDonald's really needs to get its act together. They lock their lobby door and make everybody go thru the drive- thru line, even for online/ mobile orders. The line is long and they've done nothing to improve. As nd at night, they get even worse with they're so-called night menu. I've seen other McDonald's add an extra window, serve out their doors but this one doesn't seem to mind making their customers wait. To tell you they don't care, they even have a sign on the menu board that says they close at midnight she therefore the last order they take is at midnight! Awful! read more

Service is always amazing here. Food is always to order! Super fast and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Got the wrong order and the lady at the drive-thru cashier refused to give back my receipt or fix the order

We stopped for lunch around 1pm, we placed the order with the McDonald's app and it was for dine in. Our order was incorrect and items missing. We had to go back to the counter to get our order corrected. The lady was really nice and gave us the missing items. But toward the end of our visit, an older white male started cleaning the tables and was looking at us with an attitude was very rude and went to our girls table and stated to wipe the table instead of waiting for us to finish and leave. Our girls looked very uncomfortable he could have waited we are paying costumers and the restaurant was empty. He didn't do that to us because my friend was shouting at him by this point that he was very rude. read more

20 minutes for a meal. They lost it or have to someone else. The place is a mess, floors look like the dumpster over flowed. The coke has just enough color that keeps it from being straight water. When I got my meal, late, there was no sorry just called the number and grunted. I don't expect a 4 star, but if this is the new standard, sell your stock. read more

Nothing quick about this place We arrived and were the only ones in line. No one ahead of us waiting for food. 25 minutes for food. Two happy meals, a burger and a cone. It still wasn't right. Never again!! Go to Jack in the Box next door. read more

Should be no stars. This place is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to multiple times. Good employees good manager, but the food is never right absolutely horrible french fries are always hard even if you order fresh, they never make the hamburger. Just spent 25 minutes in the drive thru line. TWENTY. FIVE. MINUTES. Get to the window, no apology, no greeting of any kind. "So what was the hold up?" "Huh? Oh, we had some people not come in today." Un-frickin-believable. Does anyone train employees in customer service any more?? read more

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, took one bite, and spit it right back out because something tasted off......the bun had MOLD on it!! Awful , I came in on 9/26 at 10:09pm and this young man working the window was so rude. He tried to charge us extra and acted like he was dumb and not responding so we literally had to pull up to the window to order, on top of that while waiting at the 2nd window a worker came up through the OUTSIDE of the building and manually opened the window and screamed at the workers inside to let her in. Then we waited at the window for a total of 20 minutes Like what is wrong with this place lmaoooo never coming back. read more

Wow. The world is such that you have to kiss the order taker at McDonalds ass just to order your food. Ordered a number 2 and also chicken nuggets. They asked what's sauces? I said honey mustard and sweet and sour. They said no! You get one. You'll pay for the extra. Okay...then I'll pay'... I paid and waited. The window was opened and my food was handed to me and window slammed shut. Slam the damn window then! Im still here because I'm waiting for my drink. Not because I enjoy you... or your pleasant to look at or friendly. No one needs anything special. Please give the order..in its entirety..through the window. That's all. You dont get a fucking award for working! I wasn't mean to you. I'm so sorry your life is so hard that you have to hold a job. Are fast food restaurants struggling? Yes because some employees are so fucking rude that regular folks that are friendly and patient cant even be treated like humans. No I'm no longer friendly. I just want a burger. Since when did you have to have a repor at the drive through? It's like going to the DMV you have to kiss ass to get anything. People just want a burger. That's it! It's a burger! Why is getting fast food so difficult these days? Haha! I just want to swing through McDonalds! Why is it a psychological puzzle. It's a fucking fast food burger! Shouldn't be so incredibly hard. read more
