I haven't had McDonalds in perhaps over a year but was craving some fries! Stopped by here and ordered the large fries. I saw the shamrock shake was back, and decided on the Shamrock Oreo McFlurry. It was pretty good!! I took a few stars off because they could have filled the fries container a bit more. Was also hoping for more fresh fries. Perhaps I'll have better luck next time! When we ordered water, we were never provided it because we "ordered too much" (we ordered food too). We asked for two waters, and even that was too much. The manager was rude and loudly yelled at us that we couldn't order any more, and none of the staff stood up for us. Another Indian got a water, and she assumed that because they had the same skin tone, it was the same person who ordered the water. This is insane. Fire this manager... They would not let the drive through customers see the itemized charges. When ordering, they would not show the itemized charges on the screen and would ask you to proceed to payment since they are still working on the total charge. If you insist to see the order on the screen first, they will insist that you should proceed to the payment. Once you approach the payment window only then they tell you the total amount, and also tell you that they cannot print the receipt. So, they don't show you the itemized order at the entrance, and they don't show the receipt. Thus, you have no idea what you are paying for and whether or not the total charge is right. When you point this out, they pretend they don't understand what you want. read more

The food is consistent, if there's an issue they will correct it or you can write to them via corporate. The drive through line can get congested. The curbside spots also are perpendicular to the drive through line so it's messy sometimes Sometimes equipment doesn't work. I think that's expected at all McDonald's. Use the app to customize your order and get deals and make customization to your order, also get rewards! If you customize lemonade with lite ice be prepared to get less lemonade as they claim it's a machine that fills the cup so the amount filled in the cup is based on how much liquid you get with ice, while I don't agree with this- other stores like chic fil a fill the cup when I ask for no ice. Tip- if you get a bakers dozen of cookies, they most likely will make a new batch and they come out hot! read more

Quick and fresh food...fries and Filet o Fish...but when did they start using just a 1/3 of a slice of cheese? Appearance needs some work...1/3 of the filet was off the bun and the small slice of cheese prevents you from repositioning it so you get fish in every bite. read more

No matter how few people are in the drive through, including only yourself, they will ask you to pull over and wait while they take forever to bring your food outside. What's the point of fast food if they refuse to actually service people properly in the drive through? They are either hiring fewer employees and slowing everything down to save money, or have somehow forgotten how to actually service a drive through? read more

Easily one of my favorite places to eat and, I admit, to work. They talk about Starbucks as "the third place", someplace you go that's not the office but not home. When I think of that concept, it's this McDonald's, which I strongly prefer to the Starbucks a few doors down. McDonald's is way, way quieter and nicer-looking inside, has better WiFi, has more seating varieties, and has vastly more natural lighting, a strong advantage here in the cloudy Pacific Northwest. A recent remodel inside has completely changed its cosmetics, with ad addition couch/table thing, several different sizes of tables, and booths that look hipper but are to me less comfortable and without the privacy afforded by the old booth headrests. The other thing I don't like is kiosks replacing people, the logical outcome of Seattle's minimum wage laws. It is no exaggeration to say I spend hours a week here on my laptop or tablet, and they're never anything but friendly to me. Here in the wealthy enclave of Redmond Ridge you see an interesting variety of people, ranging from tradesmen in the morning to soccer moms in the afternoon to nerds at night and senior citizens at all times of day. The food is fine. It's McDonald's, and if you like it, you get their legendary consistency and bottomless $1 drinks. Cons: I love this place but they have always had trouble getting orders right. Be sure to check your bag if you're using the drive through. The December 2019 remodel makes the dining room look fantastic, but I find the new cushioned seating actually less comfortable than the previous plastic benches. This probably won't matter to you, because you probably don't use McDonald's as your second office. Also they totally scrapped the dollar menu as soon as they could. I don't blame them at all but damn, I loved those $1 burgers with onions. read more

Incompetent and rude. I've been to this location before, and at the time service was great and I would say it was one of the better McDonald's I've been to. Our last visit was horrible. This location obviously has some serious problems, or we just happened to run into the "B Team" that day. Long story short - We were charged the wrong amount, and let the cashier know. He got defensive and said he rang it up right, so I recommended telling his manager in case the register wasn't working right. Manager argued that it was right, finally went and issued a refund that still wasn't right, then argued with us that it was correct even though the math is really, really simple and the prices listed on the board did not match what we were charged. It's not a lot of money, but charging someone the wrong amount and then arguing about it is ridiculous. She finally asked "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" in a sarcastic tone, and I suggested refunding everything and starting over. She went back to the register, and loudly complained to the other employees about us and said that she'd already done this "three times". After quite a long time of pushing buttons at the register she rushed by our table and dropped off the receipt and left without saying anything. Amazingly, we were now charged the correct amount. I might need a reminder on what the whole point of fast food is. Wasn't McDonald's supposed to be geared toward people who wanted a lot of food at a low price? So why does this restaurant exist if it's offering very little food at a high price? When you take into consideration that the food is invariably junk food anyway, and that the store is in the middle of nowhere, and that there are better options for food nearby, there is virtually no reason to ever come here. Gone are the days when you could find an entire menu filled with tasty foods at bargain prices at McDonald's. Instead, you'll probably find anything remotely worthwhile here to be around five dollars before tax. It's not like that makes the food any less artery-clogging, but if everything they had was going to suck, I wanted to order the thing that sucked the least. I got the Filet-O-Fish for $4.59 before tax, and the funny part is how this supposedly adds up to $5.01 after tax. Whoever came up with that must have done so to be as annoying as possible. The cashier certainly didn't help, as she waited patiently for me to pull a five-dollar bill and a one-dollar bill out of my wallet. She proceeded to give me ninety-nine cents in change, which came across as a complete waste of time since pennies are worthless and lying around everywhere. The Filet-O-Fish itself might as well be considered worthless because it consists of nothing more than a slice of cheese, a slice of fish, and some tartar sauce between two buns. I don't see how this is worth paying more than five dollars for when other restaurants have food higher in quality and quantity while still maintaining lower prices. McDonald's management needs to seriously clean house at this store. The quality control is terrible. 50% of time, my orders come with cheese even after I've specifically ordered NO CHEESE. And the grand mac... listen, I've ordered this at other stores and, well, there is no easy way to say this... that little white wrapper is supposed to be on the burger, not below it in the box like a box liner. I've had a young man literally pour my drink up my sleeve as I've reached for it at the drive-thru... up my sleeve. Rule of thumb is that you don't give a McDonald's 5 stars, but this is a comparative review and a response to some of the negative comments. I've visited here about once a month, usually for drive thru. 1. Staff is friendly and diligent. I have to wonder if some complaints come from folks uncomfortable talking to someone born abroad. 2. I have not had a problem with cold food. 3. Service has always been fast enough, I for one prefer my meat coming off the grill. 4. I don't eat fries, but when I order for my wife I get the right amount. 5. Inside has a good ambience right across from the golf course and there is convenient parking. COLD BIG MAC MEAL. Ordered a Big Mac meal and the Big Mac was cold. I could not eat it. Pretty disappointing when they charge so much.

On Saturday July 20th  a little after 7 pm I was getting out of my car with my elementary aged child and I took a really nasty tumble on the side walk outside of  Jalisco's Mexican Restaurant and Papa Murphy's take n Bake.  The pain was extraordinary and I looked around while my son was yelling and very afraid of the blood and look on my face.  I directed him to the car where I had a first aid kit.  While I was trying not to cry and was trying to breath I saw a man get-out of his car, look at me and my injuries and he walked right into Papa Murphy's .  Just as he was walking by a young lady in a McDonalds Uniform was walking down the sidewalk carrying her bag of food and she was clearly at the end of her day.  She locked eyes with me and immediately asked if I was hurt.  She saw the blood and reached into her food bag and got down on her knees and took my ice pack and covered my wound with her napkins.  She then began to empathize with me and showed me her scar on her knee.  She soothed my son too who was very worried about my injuries.  She was so kind and tender.  I was blown away.  She soothed my son and even helped me stand up and get to my car.  She offered to walk across the parking lot to the McDonalds she works at 23545 Ne Novelty Hill Rd Redmond, WA 98053-5500 and get more first aid equipment to care for me.  In the meantime, that man walked out of Papa Murphy's with his pizza, looked at me and got in his car that was parked next to mine and drove off. I do not know the name of this young lady but I can tell you she is an earth angel. She is kind, cognizant and she is the kind pf person you should be very proud to have on your team!! For her to be aware enough to see a problem and care for another person is AWESOME!  She has dark hair, a sweet smile, a scar on her knee, incredible common sense and the ability to respond to an emergency with grace and focus.   THANK YOU!!!!   Best Wishes, Julie read more

I went to this McDonald's with a friend one night and I ordered a kids meal with 6 chicken McNuggets and a sausage McGriddle. When we got home, I discovered that my chicken nuggets were super dry and didn't taste very good. My sausage McGriddle had a beef patty instead of a sausage patty. Like, what the hell?
