This location is like any normal Mc Donald's as far the menu goes. The inside is clean and most of the table are booths or high stools. There is NO playground at this store ( if that's important) I was inspired to write this review while waiting in the drive thru because they are slow slow slow. I love mc Donald's fries but not from this store. This location more often than not gives me cold fries. They taste like they've been sitting there for a while. Also they are super stingy with sauce for the nuggets. I've paid for extra sauce to get home and see that they never gave it to me. One time they forgot to give me any nugget sauce and when I asked for some they said I had to pay extra for it until I told them there was none in the bag to begin with and I had to show them the bag. I still come here but I just don't order fries. There were few times I gave their fries another chance and I was very disappointed. read more

On Saturday July 20th  a little after 7 pm I was getting out of my car with my elementary aged child and I took a really nasty tumble on the side walk outside of  Jalisco's Mexican Restaurant and Papa Murphy's take n Bake.  The pain was extraordinary and I looked around while my son was yelling and very afraid of the blood and look on my face.  I directed him to the car where I had a first aid kit.  While I was trying not to cry and was trying to breath I saw a man get-out of his car, look at me and my injuries and he walked right into Papa Murphy's .  Just as he was walking by a young lady in a McDonalds Uniform was walking down the sidewalk carrying her bag of food and she was clearly at the end of her day.  She locked eyes with me and immediately asked if I was hurt.  She saw the blood and reached into her food bag and got down on her knees and took my ice pack and covered my wound with her napkins.  She then began to empathize with me and showed me her scar on her knee.  She soothed my son too who was very worried about my injuries.  She was so kind and tender.  I was blown away.  She soothed my son and even helped me stand up and get to my car.  She offered to walk across the parking lot to the McDonalds she works at 23545 Ne Novelty Hill Rd Redmond, WA 98053-5500 and get more first aid equipment to care for me.  In the meantime, that man walked out of Papa Murphy's with his pizza, looked at me and got in his car that was parked next to mine and drove off. I do not know the name of this young lady but I can tell you she is an earth angel. She is kind, cognizant and she is the kind pf person you should be very proud to have on your team!! I went to this McDonald's with a friend one night and I ordered a kids meal with 6 chicken McNuggets and a sausage McGriddle. When we got home, I discovered that my chicken nuggets were super dry and didn't taste very good. My sausage McGriddle had a beef patty instead of a sausage patty. Like, what the hell? We went to McDonalds to get two happy meals for our grandchildren. It was a rainy Tuesday night and we were the only customers in the place. A manager greeted us with 'What do you want?' Excuse me? We placed the orders. He slapped it on the counter with 'there' and walked away. Really? One of orders was wrong - ketchup only came out as no ketchup. The fries were cold and had clearly been sitting around for awhile. Our grandson is only 3 so he didn't care but his 'toy' was a non functioning watch. Aren't these suppose to be for children? I've visited this location a couple of times now and it seems that each time there has been an issue with the order. Today, March 25th at approximately 1:45 the fries were cold and chewy. I know there is a certain shelf life to each item so there should not be a reason that food is sold cold. The other issue was a wrong item on a breakfast run (sandwich on a biscuit when a muffin was ordered). I know McDonalds have protocols in place so it has to come down to inadequate training or people that don't care. Please try and do better. Maybe might happen very often there.!!!! So, he give me new burger and still charge me $2.50+ tax for / burger and leave.!!! This location is awful! Every time I go through the drive thru they mess up my order. Today they forgot our 10 piece chicken nugget. Last time they forgot the Happy Meal toy. Of course we didn't notice until after we drove out of the line. Isn't the whole point of the drive thru not to get out of your car? I had to drag my three kids in with me to get the correct order. They refuse to honor coupons and it is very slow. Ordered their 2/$5.00 special awhile ago.....fish sandwich and 10 piece chicken McNuggets....The picture of the fish fillet is nothing like you get! They take 1 piece of cheese, cut it in 4 pieces and place 1 piece in your sandwich and says it has cheese on it! OMG! Like any good parent, we only let the kids eat McDonald's about 3 or 4 times per year, maybe less. We've visited this McDonald's a few times over the past 3 years via drive through. Every time they mess up our order and forget one item. Most visits the fries or burgers are lukewarm, old and nasty. We actually have not been back in months. I just remembered to write this review. My husband and I like a sundae once in a while, and since we just live across the street it is convenient for us,but at least 2 out of 3 times we come in the drive-through around 9 o'clock the ice cream machine isn't working. I asked the employee who took my order how his day was going. His reply was that he couldn't stay motivated or figure out why people don't eat at home and are coming to his place of work. I wanted to inform this employee that there are endless reasons as to why people choose to eat on the way to work and a variety of variables as to where they go. Whenever I go here I am helped at the counter fairly quickly and my order always seems freshly made. Granted, I typically avoid the meal rushes and pop in at odd times so that may contribute to the lack of lines and fresh food. That being said, its a fast food place so it's not always going to be spotless and sometimes orders will be messed up. read more

Because it is the closest McDonalds we have been going here for breakfast on a regular basis (2 egg white delites, 2 oatmeals and coffee) for slightly over $14. This morning was the absolute worse. I come to this Mc Donald's frequent because it is on my way to work. This Location charges more than other Mc Donald's I have been to. I have only been here in the early morning between 6am - 7am. The manager and staff are always friendly and very professional. The restaurant is always clean. It's a hit or miss for me with this location. Sometimes my order is ready within a minute and the food is warm and good then other times I have to wait 5+ mins and the food is cold. For example yesterday I waited about 8 minutes for my egg & cheese biscuits because the biscuits were in the oven. When I received my order the biscuits were not warm and my hash browns could not have been any colder. I feel like our of courtesy they should have gave me a free pie or cookie or something because I had to wait so long. I have stopped coming here so much because I don't like the fact that they charge more. I went to this location and the girl taking orders was outstanding. Very friendly and professional and didn't bat an eye when I paid in 12 one dollar bills. After the way she acted I figured the pick up window would.be similar but boy was I wrong. I believe that the guy giving the food to customers was a manager, he wore a black button up, and man is that disappointing. He was short, rude, pushed food at you and wouldn't even look at me when I was grabbing my order. I'd be willing to bet that this location has a high employee turn-over rate and I'm pretty sure this guy is the reason. I believe that managers should lead by exam and if this guy is the example for the team of employees at this location then I know why they only have 2 stars on yelp. So to the good people at McDonalds: Get rid of this manager! Don't try and retrain him because he clearly couldn't care less and that attitude gets passed onto the employees. Find a manager that wants to go to work and make improvements not this jerk who clearly didn't want to be there, obviously held contempt for his guests and probably is the main reason this store has so many poor reviews. This Rotten Ronnies is one of the last resorts for fast food there is before stop and go traffic on my way home to Duvall. That being said, I usually don't count on McDonalds to suppress my hunger on a daily basis, but being that my kids were at home with mom and there was no food (meaning no readily accessible packaged crap) in the house, my eldest teenage daughter called and asked me to pick something up on the way home. Well being the product of a lazy society myself I drove by everything I could before I had come to the last fast food joint before I got home (and my strategy was to get it to them as hot and fast as possible). I ordered mighty kids meal crap for my 5 year old daughter and asked for a girls toy, and a McChicken meal as well as another McChicken sandwich for my 15 year old. I had them throw in two Big Macs for me just cause. I wasn't hungry but I figured It had been a while since I've had diarrhea, so I caved. I got the food and bailed without looking at the contents because I had just read an article on how the CEO is making the drive through process a better experience and less erroneous to boost customer satisfaction and overall sales. Well it took me 20 minutes to get home from the second I threw the McDonalds bags o' food on my passenger seat. When I start handing the food out to the kids, I realize there's no friggin McChicken sandwiches at all and the damn kids toy is for a boy when I specifically asked for a girls toy. Maybe McDonalds is trying to be gender neutral but my 5 year old princess doesn't want a mechanical brown lion thingy to play with while she sits on the toilet with the runs from Mickey Ds. So I pull out my receipt and look at it and I was clearly charged. I start bitching and moaning to my wife because the gd place is 20 minutes up the hill and it's like rush hour. But her being the "it's the principle" type of person, tells me she will go back with me and long story short, we get there and the manager dude came over and I whipped out my receipt and explained to him that I didn't get 2 of the sandwiches and the toy was for a boy and I needed a girls. He said "are you sure it was 2 McChickens, cause we only have 1 that was left?" I just pointed to my receipt and said "yep". Then he grabbed the only girls toy he had left from another customers outgoing bag! Well he gave me the sandwiches and the toy but still, he robbed Peter to pay Paul with that toy stunt. So I guess I got lucky but I still had to run all the way back and forth in rush hour and next time I feel like a dose of diarrhea, I will just make sure I receive all of the food I ordered from there. read more

First, let's just say that I have never understood the attraction to McDonald's. At best, the food is poor. I however stopped at this location to take my son to work and he was hungry. Being the only fast food place in our area, we stopped. We ordered the meals, paid for them and then waited by the counter to be served. As I watched those working, I saw absolutely no regard for food safety. One was combing his hair, another hands in his pocket's and a girl who was searching through her purse. The topper was tho the girl who coughed after placing her hand over her mouth and then proceeded to put fries in their holders each time with the palm resting on the top layer of them. I asked for my money back which I got and left. To the owner I say that while I understand that you are a busy person, somehow/someway you must spend time at your store to watch and give direction. I would start by retraining for the proper way to handle food. Then I would get rid of those that do less than perfect work if even it means paying a little more to attract those of higher quality. As example, look at Dick's Drive In. Each of their employee's are top notch because they are paid something close to $13/hr to start vs $10 or less than then you do. I get that employee's are a pain, my wife and I have 16, but they are paid well over the average for our industry and therefore we demand and get great work with very happy customer's.
