If you love waiting in the drive thru lane for 15+ minutes, listening to conversations over the speaker, waiting another 10+ minutes to get your food, and receiving the food only to find out that the temperature, taste, and texture is as if your food has been sitting under the heat lamps all day...you're going to love it here. The signage on the napkin dispensers suggest one will need extra napkins because of the juicy burgers - emphasis on how juicy the burgers are. Wrong! At 11:30AM, the burgers were dried out hockey pucks. Horrible food for a McDonald's franchise. 1st and last stop at this McD's. read more

I just can't handle this McDonald's anymore - the insistence on using the checkout kiosk that doesn't accept cash meaning you then go the register to cash out is horrific.From the sanitary aspects of having to touch the order board I am just to grossed out. I order two half gallons sweet teas and after waiting for a few mins Ralph (who I think is a manager) came out to tell me that they didn't actually have the half gallon jugs to put the tea in. He refunded me my money and as a courtesy he gave me two sweet teas. He was very polite and apologetic! I also watch him run back and forth to make other customers happy by bringing them their food. We need more managers like Ralph! Thanks man!!!! read more

wow don't ever waste your time or money. my order kept being pushed back up until an hour late and I have to call twice just to confirm it was being delivered. only after the 3rd time and 1 1/2 late they let me know I would need to recei my 'damaged' and cold food before requesting a refund. This McDonald's wasn't busy this evening. I went to the drive thru. They took my order in a decent amount of time. I paid. They asked me to pull up. Which I hate. But, I did. About 5 minutes later, someone walks out. I get asked what my order was! I just ordered and paid. How do you now not know what I had!! I waited another 10 minutes and they finally come out. But, they bring me the wrong order. I had to get out my car. Chase the guy down. And, told him it was wrong. At this point I'm over it. I can't run inside as my son is in the car. So, I'm stuck waiting. Finally, they come out and give me my food. Drink has ice. I asked for no ice. At this point I am not waiting around. So, I left. Understaffed. Long waits and below standard food quality as a result. Frustrated staff as well.

The last couple of months, wait time on the drive-thru has been excessive. Sometimes each order in line can take up to 5 minutes. Recently all of the cars were being asked to "drive forward" to give orders at the pick-up window instead of at the speaker. And the speaker was working. The fries have been half-filled my last few trips to this location as well. It does not seem like this busy location is being staffed or managed well. read more

Absolutely horrible. Got my order wrong yesterday AND Today. Also, forgot to give me my second order and an employee kept staring I was "lying." Horrible service all around. I advise they clean house & get more respectful people to serve their customers. Customers are the reason you have a job. Wow. Hard to describe how dysfunctional this McDonalds is and how ridiculously non helpful the employees are. Totally screwed up order which was a simple burger with no ketchup or pickles. Had to pull off to side at drive thru, waited about ten minutes then back inside where they could care less. Manager texting on her phone looking around and blaming everyone. Stay away. Went to this McDonald's when we desperately needed a stop on a road trip (with toddlers in tow). The dining room was closed at 9:45pm even though the listed hours said it was open until 11:00pm. There were staff members at the counter who ignored me and multiple other customers at the door looking to go in. (We were not the only ones who couldn't figure out why the doors were locked so early.). All I can say is that this place seems unreliable. I don't know what kind of business posts hours at the door and then doesn't bother keeping them. Based on other reviews and my personal experience, I infer that the management is awful. I highly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you have small children and you're on a road trip. I cannot speak about food quality or cleanliness since I refused to buy anything after looking up these reviews. read more
