The cashier didn't seem to be paying close attention while taking the order and entered fries instead of dirty rice for the second meal. Didn't realize it until after I left, so now I'm stuck without the dirty rice I ordered. The food itself was fine, but accuracy matters, especially when you're paying for specific sides. Whomever works the window at 8:45pm (Shayla I believe her name is or something close to it) answers the mic unpleasant, repeats back what I ordered wrong, gets upset because I corrected her and CONTINUES TO BE RUDE & RUSH ME! "Go ahead with your order!" So I finally found out they had Mac and cheese but then had to wait in line for it for about 15 minutes. Meh. I love Bojangles', but I have not found a perfect one in the RDU area. This one is right by where I live, so it's hard to be taunted by the proximity, but not knowing whether the trip will be worth it! I typically get a steak biscuit with either the potato rounds or the mashed potatoes. The sides are always good, it's the biscuit that's hit or miss. Sometimes the steak is burnt, sometimes it's not cooked all the way. Sometimes the biscuit is over baked. I am almost always disappointed when visiting this specific bojangles, but this is the first time I have been so angry that I've taken the time to write about it. Our order: two chicken supreme meals, both with sweet tea, both with mac n cheese. One ranch and one honey mustard dipping sauce. We were told Mac n cheese would be a 20 minute wait. Not a big deal- we switched to one mashed potatoes and one fries for the sides. What we ended up with: two supreme meals with two sweet teas. Two mashed potatoes. Three honey mustard dipping sauces. No ranch, no fries, no spoons. We were the last people in the drive through line at the time so I don't understand why they couldn't take the extra minute to check our order. Couldn't even get my food because a cashier doesn't know how to split my bill between 4$ in cash and 8.11$ on a card. Manager Mike couldn't even do what the manager is suppose to do and didn't even show himself when I asked for him 3 times. What is there to say about Bojangles? If you've been there you don't need a review. If you live near one and haven't been, then quit reading this and go get some chicken and tea. In general they have great fried chicken, fries, dirty rice, biscuits, etc. Their tea is pretty legendary according to most folks. I don't drink sweet tea (I know this is a heresy in the south), but the unsweetened tea is excellent. As for this particular Bojangles, the service is generally very friendly and the store is clean. I usually come for dinner and it's not too crowded. The couple of times I've been here for lunch during the week it has been a little busy, but they get you through pretty quick. read more

Also listed on the receipt. After walking inside to tell them about the biscuit i was met with attitude and a 5 min wait. I went to this Bojangles mainly because it is conveniently located close to my work, and the simple fact that I have a really soft spot in my heart for fried chicken. Since the chain is based out of Louisiana, I really wanted to love the place. I have to confess my expectations were high. Unfortunately, they popped my bubble of enthusiasm in quick order. The chicken was crispy and the service quick, and that's the good part. The sad part is that the chicken is really lacking in flavor and character. To be blunt its actually bland. If you want good fast food fried chicken, Popeyes has chicken with some pop - no pun intended. But if you really want chicken done right check out Southern Flavor. I was coming down to visit friends before the huge spring break rush. As when you visit new areas you always try their faithful places which one of the mentioned places was to be this chain.
