We dropped by quickly for a McFlurry which came out quickly! We were glad the ice cream machine was working, but it was a little disappointing that the M&Ms and Oreo crumbs were not mixed in. Of course, we could do it ourselves but probably not as well as a machine. The location seemed maintained well, but it was interesting that utensils and condiments weren't out for us to grab. I used to eat here on occasion but will probably avoid it from now on. While waiting for an Uber outside, I was harassed, likely by management because I doubt a typical employee would care, for "loitering". They threatened to call the cops several times, and no matter how far I moved, continued to do so. I couldn't change my Uber's pick up location so I could really only move so far. Not to mention I was only waiting for about 10 minutes and they started harassing me after only 2. One and a half stars seems a little harsh. It's fast food. It's McDonald's. This is not fine dining. I stopped in for a quick lunch and got a Big Mac deal of buy one and get one for a dollar. A fine Mcdonald's. We got our order pretty quickly - ordering from the kiosk and the app. Burger and nuggets came as expected. Inside was relatively clean and overall a fine place, though one door was likely recently smashed but stable. Fountain drink machines are still busted so will need to get your drink at the front. Yes, it's McDonald's. I don't have high expectations. But I have been to this one twice - over the course of the past couple months and won't be returning. It was dead both times, and yet the service was slow. I had to call for staff to come out. Both times they were in the back, no greeting, no asking if they could help me. And the food? The second visit in a month and the second time they've gotten it wrong. At least this time the food was edible. Ordered a sausage biscuit without egg. Got a sausage biscuit with egg. Ordered a coffee with cream, no sugar. Got a coffee with four sugars. Beats last time when I was given a chicken sandwich so burnt and overdone I literally couldn't bite into it, and when you're going through the drive-through, you're (duh) in a hurry and don't have tie to go back. Went through the drive through tonight for a quick night snack, with zero expectations really. Picked up the cheeseburger happy meal. It's hard to find anything willing to serve food, even for delivery, in Portland after 1AM without paying an arm and a leg. This has been a difficult adjustment for me coming from Boston, especially where I work the night shift, UGH. Today, July 6th, I felt as tho I was almost being forced to buy a drink so I could sit inside and charge my phone. Immediately reversed out of my on my online application for employment here. This McDonald's is still lying to customers and telling them that the ice cream machine is "broken" when in reality they are shutting it down themselves. They have been doing it for the past year or so, but the times re now getting earlier and earlier. I spoke with someone that works there and he informed me that it's "easier" for them to tell people it is broken so people don't complain. When I went to this Mcdonalds and ordered a large meal for my family, I noticed something seriously concerning. The 20 piece McNugget as well as a 10 piece McNugget that we ordered, we only received 5 McNuggets total. It was a large order which I ordered for my family, so I couldn't tell by the weight of the bag. Therefore, I couldn't tell at first and drove away. When we opened the bag and noticed that most of our meal was missing. We were left not only hungry, but disrespected. I didn't feel the need to drive back and notify the McDonald's since we had a long day and didn't want to make the long drive back, but we felt it was necessary to not only want to inform others about this, but notify the McDonalds, so no family experience's this again. So unacceptable. Tonight my kids go to sleep hungry. I really didn't want to write this, but when I called the McDonald's upset, they hung up; after I told them they messed up my family's order.
