The service here is so slow! The line was 10 cars deep at one point. This happens every time I come here. Speed it up!

Dreadful Mcdonalds. Open till 11 pm. not really, closed at "1030". Food takes years to come to the window.

Highly irritated because I sat in drive-through for 10 minutes just to get to the window and she said I had to wait another five minutes for my food so we drove off! mind you I was on my lunch break. Never have I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a combo meal... I will never come back to this McDonald's! There was even a few cars ahead of me that drove off and I still had to wait 5 minutes no apology no accommodations. Just sad. read more

Slower than molasses. People were waiting forever for orders. This is lunch time on 1/11 at 1 pm. Took 10 mins to take my order. Another 15 mins to get my order and they forgot daughter's sauce for nuggets. Not sure what has happened to this place but not run well. read more

A Conan at McDonald's at $.69, but he Sunday three dollars. Asked for a little extra chocolate on my Sundae, since I barely got any,, and Mackenzie, the manager, refused. The amount of chocolate I got was definitely not worth the extra two dollars. read more

This McDonalds was absolutely horrible. I came in with a group of 9 people, when there was no one else inside or in the drive thru. It took 35 minutes for the workers to make 2 sandwiches and give my kids some cups for soda. One of my kids ordered a cheeseburger and it came without cheese! The manager was a complete jerk as well... he was swearing with his friends behind the counter, and he didn't do anything to help us! We like McDonald's food. So I was disappointed to find cold fries soaked in oil and barely cooked in the food bag. I took them back to the store and Manager Jordan handled the situation calmly and professionally. I was able to get well cooked fries and a replacement for the other food that had gotten cold throughout the wait. read more

I usually don't complain about restaurants, but this McDonalds has been consistently bad. My wife and I ordered two Big Mac meals recently and the meat was burned to a crisp. Sometimes we pick up Egg McMuffin meals there and we never know how they will turn out. Sometimes the English Muffin is dried and burnt, always apprehensive of what it will be. Yesterday was the topper. We ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and their new Smokey Quarter Pounder with bacon. The Smokey Quarter Pounder didn't have bacon on it, and it didn't taste "Smokey", With the cost of fast food now days I expect it to be at a decent level of quality. Its really sad. read more

I am not a fan of the food at McDonalds but when traveling I will stop for for coffee. This one is weird, the decor is modern and minimalist, large bathroom but only one stall and it was dirty. There is only one regiister and one self order kiosk, and very little seating. The kid's play area is large but there isn't much in it. It's like they want you to grab your food and get out. This McDonald's fulfilled it's job as a fastfood chain perfectly. The staff were also friendly, so I'd recomnend.

This location used to be a reliable and friendly McDonald's, but something has drastically changed within the last year or so. Through the drive-thru, the staff rarely acknowledge their customers. Most mumble at best. I don't remember the last time someone there told me "thank you." Usually they just give you your food and look at you until you leave. I now have to check my order while still sitting at the window so I don't have drive around to get what they missed the first time. I learned from experience. Lastly, when something isn't ready, they have you pull into a nearby parking space. That's fine. It's common practice at fast food establishments. But you'd expect hot food since they were scrambling to cook it for you. I've had to park and wait for my food two times in which every item cold and borderline gross. I totally love it!!!!!! If you want great food that is cheap and unprocessed mcdonalds is the place for you. The food is so fresh it is still warm when you get it. I need to know the magic of how they cook a burger in 2 minutes when it takes my 3 hours to make a single smoothie. It is all handmade for sure. The cheese on the burger was so good that's when you know it is fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed the burger and the chicken nuggets even though i am a vegan and gluten free. I got a milkshake and it tasted exactly like a milkshake that means it is good, i am so impressed. Do they a have cows in their to get fresh milk because that is what it is like it is so fresh. When the McDonalds cashier asks, "Is the Happy Meal for a boy or a girl?", I always respond, "Yes, yes it is."

Not that I'm a fan of fast food but this location is an embarrassment to the city of Port Washington and should be shut down or have replaced management. Most times there seems to be no adult supervisor or anyone over the age of 18, service is horrible, the workers do not understand what the word service is, big problem being in food service and you'll always be waiting, no matter an order of fries, or food for the family the depth of incompetence at this location is mind-boggling - save yourself grief and avoid this unmanaged dump of an otherwise decent food chain. read more

I have been to this location multiple times. Within the past two weeks, I have gone three consecutive times and ordered the same order. Every time, every SINGLE TIME, they have messed it up. What was my order, you ask? A large, black iced coffee. The first time they messed up what may possibly be the easiest order on their menu, they give me a medium iced coffee with sugar and cream. The second time, they give me the same thing so I send it back. The third time, which occurred this morning at around 8:10 AM, they finally get the size right, but once again it has cream and sugar. So many problems. It doesn't matter what you order, your food will be of varying temperature, except your fries, which are usually almost cooked. On 11/15/2017, at 1pm, I ordered two QPs w/ cheese and a large fry. I was told to pull ahead into one of the waiting spots. I informed the cashier all were filled. I was directed to pull ahead and block the entrance. After 12 minutes of waiting, I received my order, and silly me, forget to check it until I got back to my desk at work. I was given a QP deluxe and a medium fry. I called and was told that if I would like to leave work and drive back and wait 15 more minutes, I can get the correct order. As if getting something right the second time is great customer service. As referenced by the other reviewer on 9/25/2017, things here have changed. Ownership changed. And it is reflected in the low level quality employees they have. read more

How hard is it to get your order correct!!!??? I ordered a kids happy meal ( a 6 piece nuggets) and I got a 4 piece meal. Which is a smaller drink, fries, 2 less nuggets, and no yogurt . This is literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They can't even make a salad correctly. I work in the area and options are somewhat limited for a fast healthy lunch and I discovered that their southwest salad (when made properly) is really good! However, the last time I was there I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and ended up with a salad with no chicken, the bean/corn/salsa mix was frozen, and I got no utensils. This was after waiting a solid 10 minutes for it to come outside after being parked. Then today I figured I'd give it another shot and ended up with a salad with a few chunks of practically raw, rubbery chicken and it already had some sort of dressing ALL over it! I couldn't add the southwest dressing because it was drenched already with something else. It's disgusting. I would rather spend my entire lunch break driving to a different McDonalds in the area than go back to this one. If I had been given a receipt, I would have used it to leave a negative review that way too, and it deserves zero stars instead of the one I was forced to give here. read more
