Ordered, came to the window and paid, then they lost my order. no recollection of it. thankfully i found the receipt crumpled up in my door or else i would have no food right now. after waiting for 20 more minutes we got our food and it came back so horrible. everything in the bag crushed and fries halfway filled up. got a sandwich without pickles and i guess to them that means nothing at all. drinks are always wrong. they really just need to start giving better wages so people actually have a little bit of motivation to get one order right. please just go to any other mcdonald's around read more

If you're looking for a later night snack or dinner, I suggest go to another location or take your business elsewhere. The business hours doesn't mean much to them, there was one time I ordered something on the app, drove there to pick it up, turns out they closed at 9 pm, they do this randomly, and they don't notify anyone. Tried curbside pickup twice, one time they took more then 5 minutes, which is okay, but very confusing if they promised that on the app, we ended up having one of us went in to check on the food, and 5 minutes later, the manager walked out with the food while my boyfriend was still waiting for them to check on the food in the restaurant. Went for a curbside pickup. Went inside only to be told it was still there and a manager I'm guessing tried to shit talk saying being in your car is "curbside". No shit Sherlock. But app was now no longer showing my order and telling me to come again. Finally when someone came out again all the condiments I had asked for on the app where missing. The worst McDonalds I have ever been too and will never return here ever again!!! Went Tuesday 11/13/18 at 1:10am, service was really slow!!! It took 40 minutes from the time I pulled up to get my food. The staff was rude, unprofessional and had an attitude. They were only taking cash at this time. Considering the time it took for everyone to get their food, they did not even apologize for the delay. It is like they took the food order there, had someone go to another McDonalds location to pick up the food, and brought it back to this location. That is how long it took!!! I asked for a receipt and they said because I paid cash they don't give receipt. If this is the way this franchise owner runs this place, I hope their employees are robbing them blind! I'm sure it would have been faster for me to go to Jack In The Box and Del Taco down the street, order from both places, finished eating my food and it would have taken less time than the service at this McDonald's. I've never been to a McDonalds where they're so consistently slow when it comes to their drive thru that it makes it looks busier than it really is. Not only that but almost half the times I've been here for lunch or dinner they've asked me to park in the front and wait for them to bring it out to my car. Tight on parking and the drive thru has a tight turn if your coming off Chapman ave drive way. The service was great, very courteous and they operate fast. Guy in front of me had a huge order for a baseball team and I was very surprised how fast they got the order. The stars are mainly for the quality of service i get whenever i come here. The staff here are always friendly and helpful since the remodel. The drive thru is the same still super busy and slow but the walk in is quick and my food is always accurate. To turn into McDonalds is sharp and a bit narrow but theres a decent amount of parking since the drive thru line tends to wrap around the building it does block some parking spots. Use the McDonalds App and get a discount on the food and drinks here. They made this location more modernized and with the new tablet like device to order off of its definitely a good change. read more

Come through the drive-through and they have a little sign posted says cash only and it's on the place where you order so I had to come through the entire drive-through wait for people in the drive-through line because they can't post a sign any further back saying cash only no cards so I had to wait now 10 minutes and A-line that I'm not even getting anything these people need to get their craft together and start posting signs were people can read them before they get caught in a drive-through line they can't get out of very very unhappy read more

When we did, we were forced to tell her EXACTLY how many ketchup packets we wanted. Then she had "issues with her machine" and had to run our card at least four times. Then, upon finally arriving by at the last window, it was a ghost town. After literally a few minutes, our bags and drinks were shoved at us. No apology for the wait. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and there was toilet paper everywhere (that is the customer's fault of course), but the employees seem overworked and the restaurant is super packed with no parking. They need to hire more people and keep the restaurant in better shape and the employees less stressed. They forgot to give us our drink and did not include fries in our combo, all this after making us order from the kiosk (after waiting in front of the register for a while).
