Cecilia was the worst employee who not only didn't even thank me after I placed the order, didn't ask me what my name was so she could call out my order; she even forgot to give me a tray to put my food in when I wanted to eat inside. I told her this when I order, but she didn't listen nor did she remember. I'm not Hispanic, so it could be she discriminated me for being Asian because she was so rude. The other employees there was nice and polite saying thank you to customers and have a nice day. Management should look into this rude and discriminatory treatment of non-hispanics by cecilia. This McDonald's is just not a good representation of the McDonald's brand. This location degrades the reputation and reinforces all negative comments said about McDonald's. You just never know what type of service you're going to get. The cones are made blindfolded, the fries are undercooked and over salted, and the burger is slathered with oil. One time the cashier could not even calculate my change. It was simple math and after a brief moment of thinking, she was still short a dollar. Stopped to get 2 coffees and 2 breakfast meals this morning. It took over 10 mins for them to call our order number 303. Meanwhile most of the people that arrived and ordered after us got there meals. The manager did not seem to care when I asked about my order. Somehow staff knew nothing about the new combo plastered on their menu, walls, and website. I think corporate also gave employees shirts to advertise it so they might've even been wearing it. After explaining in two different languages, and the male employee having the audacity to laugh thinking we couldn't hear, a woman spoke to us and magically understood right away. Didn't seem like the first employee was just "new" or "confused" at all, I want to note that intentionally doing this sort of thing when there's a big line is disgusting, vile, and so inconsiderate to people's lives and time. Why is 0 stars not an option ? First of all there's only 2 people & a manager working with lines at both the drive through and dine in counter. After waiting over 5 minutes for someone to even come to the register. The people in front of my bf& I ordered and then I was told by the manager that the register needed to be "closed" temporarily. It's McDonald's. I mean, the food is pretty standard at most locations across the board. They've never gotten my order wrong here, so kudos, guys! This location is pretty busy, though, and the parking lot is kind of tight. What's more, sometimes there will be two or three cars jamming things up because they're waiting in line to turn into the drive-thru. This place is always busy and service could be a little better... "have a nice day" isn't that hard to say, is it? My biggest pet peeve is that they don't mix in the Reese's into the McFlurry... they just dump it on top. The machine does it for you, pure laziness... food is supposed to resemble the pictures on the menu as much as possible, when possible. Very disappointing. I really like this Mc Donald's, they always serve the freshest french fries. We all know that they have the best fries, but in this location, it is always consistently awesome. I am thinking maybe because they are always super crazy busy, so they always have to make fresh ones. In addition, they make the greatest chocolate chip frappes. Let me preface this by saying I don't normally review things, I had to download the yelp app just to leave this review. This location is usually GREAT, I mean it's McDonald's, hard to mess that up right? PSYCH! Last night upon arriving home with my maple bacon dijon chicken sandwich I was unpleasantly surprised to find something between the buns more along the lines of a hockey puck. I have literally, in 24 years, never had apiece of chicken so hard, dry, and overcooked. I took a single bite before immediately dumping it into the trash. Then the icing on the cake was when I was jolted awake at 5 am with some of the worst stomach cramps I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing, I then proceeded to spend the rest of my morning battling food poisoning I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
